Club Hotel Nashville Inn & Suites

It was a last-minute decision to visit Nashville. I set out around 8:30 in the evening, and after driving along a long, narrow country road, I finally entered the interstate highway. By the time I arrived at the hotel, it was nearly midnight. Thankfully, the receptionist was kind enough to wait for me. I checked in and carried my luggage up to the room. The hotel seemed to be retrofitted from an older property. The lock on the door was loose and creaked when I turned the knob. The toilet flush switch was broken, so I had to lift the lid of the water tank to flush it manually. In addition, the bathtub faucet kept leaking and making noise. I even tried to fix it myself but failed, and in the end, I placed a towel to divert the flow just so I could get some sleep that night. In the atrium, there was a swimming pool. Around 9 a.m., I saw two ladies swimming and later sunbathing, and their laid-back lifestyle looked very appealing. Before booking, I had read some reviews on the app where guests highly praised the continental buffet breakfast. I must admit, the breakfast was indeed abundant, though most of the utensils were disposable. Overall, I would say this hotel is probably one of the better choices for travelers on a limited budget.

The hotel itself was ok. I was just disturbed by the consistent rudeness of one of the front desk staff. I had more than one experience with her over the course of a couple days where she explained things rather quickly and when I clarified to ensure I understood she shamed me for asking her questions. She did this very loudly and the other front desk staff person seemed to step in and offer additional clarification. My husband and I were displaced and without power for a week during the ice storm in Nashville and it was very uncomfortable being treated like this during check in. Then again when we inquired about extending our stay due to still no power at home she snapped at me again. We decided to move the following day to a different hotel instead of extending our stay. All the other staff were perfectly nice and helpful but having to deal with her soured our experience. I was never unkind to her in any way and didn’t understand why she was going out of her way to be so aggressive. We will definitely not be back and will warn family members who visit us to not rent rooms there either.

The room and customer service was good. Nice early breakfast bar. Free parking.

The staff has been super friendly and helpful to assist with whatever I needed. I've enjoyed my stay so much ☺️ decided to stay another night.

Front desk was fast and easy at check in and out and very clean hotel and staff

Had a great experience. We stayed to go to a concert in Nashville and it was perfect. The evening snack time was a wonderful treat, showers were awesome and the beds were super comfortable! Would absolutely recommend it!

The room was clean and comfortable, but we knew that since we stayed there last year too. The staff are very helpful and friendly from the front desk to the maids. Special shout out to Lance who handles the drinks and snacks from 5 until 7, 6 days per week. The pool is clean and they also have a hot tub, which we took advantage of. Great place to stay and very reasonable within 5 miles from Broadway.
