Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/West End

I had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville West End. The hotel was in a really convenient location for exploring Nashville, with easy access to the city centre and Broadway. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel had a modern feel and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great base for experiencing Nashville. I’d happily stay here again.

The location of the property was great. The staff was not very friendly and the response for service was quite slow- for example valet and housekeeping.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/West End was absolutely exceptional. The hotel itself is clean, welcoming, well-maintained, and perfectly located for anyone looking to experience Nashville. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely valued as a guest. What truly elevated my experience, however, was a specific staff member, Bernicia. Her professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality were second to none. In an industry where great service can make all the difference,  Bernicia stands out as someone who genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work. She  was attentive, thoughtful, respectful, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect during my stay. Her calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and willingness to help made a lasting and indelible impression. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such authentic kindness and mindfulness. I would highly recommend this hotel not only because of its excellent accommodations and outstanding location, but because of team members like Bernicia who make guests feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Marriott should be proud to have individuals like him representing their brand. Thank you for a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning and recommending this property to friends, family, and colleagues visiting Nashville.
