Me alegro mucho de mi estancia en el Grand Hyatt. Lo hago todos los años. Fue mi cumpleaños y Celine (no sabe la ortografía correcta, tal vez Selene) fue tan amable en arreglarnos el pastel. El hotel de la ciudad de Checkin fue muy amable y profesional, nos ayudó a llevar nuestros bolsillos a la habitación. Al checkout, Alisha era muy útil y amable, así fue su gerente (no se le dio su nombre), nos caminaron todo el camino a la puerta. Amit también mostró un gran servicio al ayudarnos con nuestros bolsillos, y Vinay también en la puerta delantera fue tan amable y útil con nuestros bolsillos. La ubicación es también muy buena. 35 minutos al aeropuerto si no hay tráfico, media hora de viaje a DLF Cyberhub para una gran cena. Oh y en invierno sirven un delicioso chocolate caliente como bebida de bienvenida. El desayuno también fue fantástico. Hotel is lovely and the bed very comfortable. Although fairly close to the airport there are no walkways if you wanted to go out for a stroll. Excellent function facilities. The pool was a bit disappointing. Lots of pigeons around it with pigeon poop so didn’t attempt a swim so if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool this is not for you. Staff were very attentive and always on hand so can’t fault the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Lots of variety in restaurant. Lovely gesture to get a plate of cookies and chocolates delivered to your room mid afternoon. Nice bar with happy hour.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disturbing and amounts to harassment by the hotel staff, ***** with gross mismanagement and lack of basic humanity. We were explicitly allowed to enter and stay in the room, including having guests. Once permission was granted, there was no justification for the staff to continuously interrupt us throughout the night via repeated phone calls and visits to the room. This constant disturbance, despite having allowed us to stay, felt like deliberate harassment. Further, the housekeeping staff initially confirmed that pets were allowed, based on which we proceeded. Later, the front desk team contradicted this information, stating that pets were not allowed. This internal miscommunication is entirely the hotel’s responsibility, yet the consequences were unfairly imposed on us. During the night, my mother was asked to stand outside the hotel at around 12:30 AM, in the cold and darkness, for nearly 30 minutes, and was repeatedly told to move aside instead of being assisted. This was both unsafe and inhumane. The front desk staff, Alisha and Pankaj, were rude, repeatedly poked and provoked the situation, and invaded our privacy by attempting to enter the room under the pretext of noise complaints. Ironically, they themselves escalated the matter by calling multiple staff members into the lobby and creating a scene. Ultimately, we were forced out of the hotel at 3:30 AM, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Asking guests to leave hotel premises in the middle of the night due to the hotel’s own policy confusion cannot be justified on any humanitarian or professional grounds. Hotels are not just about rulebooks—they are about hospitality, safety, and empathy. This incident reflects a serious failure on all three fronts. We strongly urge the management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action, so that no guest is subjected to such harassment, humiliation, or risk in the future.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Service was awesome very clean rooms, amazing food over the breakfast, and even when small things like the air con not pumping enough cold staff immediately takes action to help out. Specially like the detail when on 2nd day they already knew how I like my coffee

Whoever trying to book this hotel through trip.com has to be careful of potential payment issues throughout your stay. When I was checking in at the reception, I was told that the hotel haven’t receive any payment from trip.com’s partner. Hence, they have to ‘charged’ a pre-authorised sale (which wasn’t refunded to me yet, I’m still waiting) because I don’t want to waste time waiting for travel agencies and hotel to deal with this. (I have fully paid my stay to trip.com). I have contacted trip.com several times on this issue and all updates I have received was that payment was successfully made but even after checking out, the hotel reception keep telling me and calling my WhatsApp that no payment have been received yet. I’m annoyed throughout my stay and even after my stay. Other than that, In terms of my stay experience, overall it is still okay. The hotel decorated one of my room for my grandmother’s birthday which is great and the room is spacious enough. However, the room is a bit old and definitely would help with some refurbishment especially the washroom. I also see stain which suggests cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel breakfast buffet was great with many options (but not suitable for meat lovers) and restaurant staff was helpful. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the experience was just ok. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this place for tourist who intend to visit Delhi’s attractions as there is a distance.
