Crowne Plaza GURGAON by IHG

Everything was perfect: the room, the service, the lavish breakfast. Overall great experience and will definitely stay here again. The only two minus points were cold A/C that couldn't be regulated (for me +23 is cold) and risotto delivered to the room was not up to the mark (overcooked and truffels couldn't be felt at all). Otherwise really enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza Gurgaon.

Everything was fine. Very good breakfast. I was only missing a good place where to smoke.

Service, location, amenities were top quality. Only feedback would be cleanliness on the bed sheets and towels could be newer.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Great

The room was spacious, staffs were friendly. Overall the hotel is good. But the outdoor swimming pool was full of pigeons…. Disgusting

Good Hospitality, Good service and very courtious staff, the hotel is very conveniently located and the breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is super comfortable :)

Great hotel and easy access to the main road and to the mall from this hotel

Great hotel
