UUsuario invitadoWith our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

IIlia(伊莱）Well, first of all this is really wonderful place!
The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring.
The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool.
The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest.

AAlwaysBeBirdinThe staff were extremely pleasant and quick to offer help when needed. Our room had a private hot tub which was excellent however it wasn’t set up beforehand so we had to coordinate them coming in to do so. Easy enough but I was slightly bother by them not taking off or covering their shoes while walking around our room. The public baths were absolutely lovely, biking the lake is wonderful, overall fully recommend for a quick get away.

Bienvenido a las frutas, la tarde de la comida, los billetes enviados, y el calor. Wang Wang, el director, es especialmente intimidad. Desde que no partimos, nos contactaremos. KKaluote山裡麪的獨一家的民宿，早上起個大早去看了日出，邂逅到了山野的浪漫，絕美的景色，房間整理的很温馨，小茶几下鋪着彩虹地毯，下午給我們送來了下午茶，坐在房間裏面喝着精緻的下午茶，真是愜意，出門就是草坪喔，我家的寶貝狗狗開心死了，很適合大家帶寵物來喔，草坪很大，這邊的小哥哥小姐姐們都熱情的很，還給安排了好多的伴手禮給我們帶回去，太開心太驚喜了，下次我要約着朋友來游泳

UUsuario invitado房間面向青山風景秀麗，有個小陽台晚上坐坐吹吹晚風很舒服，配套設施很齊全，個別設施有一點點老舊不過整體都挺出色的
衞生做得很好，酒店內房間內處處都打掃得很整潔
環境非常好！依山傍水，打開窗就是山林，空氣特別清新，酒店裝修很大氣，處處有細節，電梯口擺放得飲用水，四處裝飾得插花盆景非常漂亮，空氣中一直有淡淡得香茅氣息很舒服。
酒店服務尤其出色，客服小朱從入住前到到家後一直處處關心到我們，提的要求都能及時響應，入住體驗非常好！在餐廳和大堂遇到的服務人員也都很nice。
温泉尤其推薦，要不是泡不了太久恨不得三天都在温泉玩，種類多，活動豐富，泡得很放鬆也很開心，家裡人都很滿意，下次來天目湖還是優先考慮這家！
