第一次來川西，就被“山清水秀”折服了，酒店周圍很有生機，還看到了彩虹。川西這邊還是春天，康定櫻花浪漫，酒店温泉邊也有櫻花樹。房間風格像全季，還是很不錯的。温泉突顯的就是野，不奢華但卻很舒服

這次入住體驗超驚喜！房間是很舒服的侘寂風，整體乾淨得發亮，床品柔軟得像雲朵，睡感滿分。細節也很貼心：床頭的智能控制面板超方便，燈光和插座的位置都很合理，牆上的肌理畫和房間的原木色調搭配起來，氛圍特別治癒。 窗外就是開闊的貢嘎山景，無邊泳池更是絕配，隨手拍都是大片。早餐的種類很豐富，紅油米線、雜糧、小菜和水果搭配得剛剛好，營養又好吃。 房間的空間也很寬敞，沙發和電視區的設計很有質感，燈帶和大理石背景牆讓整個空間很有格調，連衣架區都佈置得很精緻。服務也很貼心，整體體驗下來，不管是硬件、環境還是細節都無可挑剔，下次來還選這家！

先説酒店，房間很不錯，在週末也衹需要兩百多就能住，還是免費泡温泉♨，白天去看了雪山🏔回來泡個温泉後，睡覺特別舒服，房間有地暖，並且設施也很新，很喜歡。再説温泉，是天然温泉，因為過濾沉澱過硫磺味會沒有那麼重，水質很清，看中哪個池子什麼時候泡老闆就去按時間放上温泉水，泡起來真的特別舒服。雖然這次沒看到日照金山，但是睡了一晚上起來剛好遇上下了雪，也很滿足了，下次再來還住這裏，哈哈哈哈

直奔主題。 酒店園區內養了三衹貓鼬，它們住在露天的籠子裏。我不得不教育酒店的員工，並當麪指出他們製造的亂象。事情是這樣的：我在酒店園區散步（園區本身確實不錯），偶然看到了貓鼬的籠子，裏面的狀況讓我震驚。水非常臟，裏面甚至已經滋生了蟲子，整個籠子到處都是垃圾。 我叫來一名員工，請她給貓鼬換水。5分鐘後，來了一個女孩，手裡拿着胡蘿蔔。我問她籠子的鑰匙在哪裡，好讓她進去換水，她説她沒有鑰匙，要叫負責人過來。負責人來了，我讓他換水，他説他也沒有鑰匙。大約15分鐘後，又來了一個人，這次帶了鑰匙。他嘗試了5分鐘都打不開籠子，然後去找了什麼溶液來開鎖。他回來時，我看到他手裡拿着一罐汽油或機油。我試圖阻止他，説如果這些東西濺進籠子裏對動物很危險（而整個過程都在動物頭頂上進行，因為門是從上面打開的）。結果他還是把液體倒在了鎖上，部分液體流到了動物身邊，散發著汽油溶劑的氣味。 最後，這名工人打開了籠子，爬進去開始撿垃圾。我問他上次換水是什麼時候，他答不上來（但從他打不開生銹的鎖來看，水已經很久沒換了）。他撿垃圾時，是我在旁邊幫着一起撿，他才開始認真做——本來他自己衹撿了一個糖紙就準備出來了。之後他總算把垃圾全清了，把那個三分之一都是污垢的水盆洗乾淨，倒上了乾淨的水。 我站在那裡，教育着這些成年人，告訴他們不能這樣對待動物。它們被關在籠子裏是為了取悦人類，那就應該為它們提供正常生存所需的一切條件。而正常的生存條件，起碼是乾淨的籠子和新鮮的水。 懇請管理層重視此事！你們付錢給員工，他們就應該做好本職工作！ 也請所有入住的客人，務必檢查它們的生活狀況，並把照片發到點評裏，讓大家看看它們的真實境遇。 謝謝！ 酒店本身不錯，很乾凈，温泉也很棒，但員工素質有待提高，服務水平令人堪憂。 Getting straight to the point. There are three meerkats living on the hotel grounds, in an outdoor cage. I ended up having to educate the hotel staff and call them out on the unacceptable conditions they had created. Here’s what happened: while walking around the hotel grounds （which are undeniably nice）, I came across the meerkat enclosure and was horrified by what I saw. The water was filthy, with worms already breeding in it, and the entire cage was full of trash. I called a staff member and asked them to change the water. Five minutes later, a girl arrived with a carrot. When I asked where the keys to the cage were so she could change the water, she said she didn’t have them and would call the person in charge. That person arrived, and I asked him to change the water—he said he didn’t have the keys either. About 15 minutes later, a third person showed up with the keys. He spent about five minutes trying to open the cage but couldn’t, so he went off to get some kind of solution to unlock it. When he came back, I saw he was holding a can of gasoline or motor oil. I tried to stop him, warning that it was dangerous for the animals if any of it got into the cage （and the whole process was happening right above them, since the door opens from the top）. In the end, he poured the mixture onto the lock, and some of it dripped down into the enclosure, spreading gasoline fumes around. Eventually, the worker opened the cage, climbed inside, and started picking up trash. When I asked when the water had last been changed, he couldn’t answer （but judging by the fact that he couldn’t even open the rusted lock, it had clearly been a very long time）. He only gathered all the trash after I joined in and helped—on his own, he had picked up just one piece of wrapper and was about to climb back out. After that, he finally cleaned up all the garbage, scrubbed the bowl—which was one-third caked with dirt—and refilled it with clean water. I stood there lecturing grown adults, telling them that this is no way to treat animals. They were put in that cage for human entertainment, so at the very least, they should be provided with basic conditions for a normal life—clean water and a clean cage. I urge the management to look into this situation! You pay these people to do their jobs! And to all the guests who come here—please check on the animals' condition and post photos in your reviews to show how they are really living. Thank you! The hotel itself is nice, clean, and the hot springs were enjoyable, but the staff leaves much to be desired, and the service suffers as a result.

老闆人挺好的，早餐也可以。但是這個温泉可能淡季沒有清理，太臟了，底下全是青苔，温泉裏還有像螞蝗一樣的東西，不乾淨……再也不敢去了還有熱水器衹夠一個人洗的水，第二個人洗一半沒熱水了，可真是……
