This hotel is located off the main road, requiring a short drive on a dirt path up a hill. On clear days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious. Every room offers a view of the snowy mountains. The in-room amenities are of high quality, the room is cozy and comfortably warm, and the size is just right — not too big or small. My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them. The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.

Clean and very new. Comfy bed . Very good location. Decent breakfast. Parking is very difficult inside the city center due to geographical constraints. There is free parking and Staff can park car for you but may need to tell them check out time in advance. The towel situation is strange. Only supply paper thin single use towels.

A beautiful hotel with stylish and well-designed decor. We were very impressed with the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. The location is ideal for visitors exploring Tagong Grassland, and the views from the property are stunning. Waking up to the surrounding scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We booked a family room with two beds for four people, and the hotel kindly offered complimentary breakfast for the two additional guests in exchange for a review, which was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, beautiful surroundings, and great hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Tagong area.

Great location for a stopover as it is located right next to the bus station. The room is ok but overpriced. The beds are confortable. The bathroom provides 0 intimacy. Expect everyone in the room to hear and smell whatever happens there (and inevitable loud flush noise at night). As often, the AI generated pictures are misleading : the view is on the neighbourhood, currently under construction, and the room is obviously not as new as shown. Out of 3 people at reception, only one was nice, the others couldn’t care less and were quite rude. They even made fun of my wife for not being able to read Chinese (***, seriously). All in all, I would not recommend.

Esta vez vivía aquí dos veces consecuentemente, la experiencia es realmente muy buena. La habitación es limpia y limpia, está muy templada y vive muy cómoda. La cadena de hoteles Mushan Yingxue es definitivamente la mejor opción para viajar al oeste de Sichuan. Especialmente esta tienda insignia de Kangding tiene sus propias aguas termales geotérmicas naturales, que son realmente cómodas. El ambiente del hotel es muy bueno, el paisaje circundante también es hermoso y el jefe también es muy paciente y entusiasta. Un amigo que estaba un poco drogado incluso nos dio algunas botellas de Rhodiola rosea. El hotel está completamente equipado y los suministros. Son todos de marca e higiénicos. También es muy bueno. El precio es realmente bueno para este lugar y la vista. Cuando te despiertas por la mañana, puedes ver la montaña y el río. El desayuno es muy rico y muy delicioso. La sopa también se come aquí para la cena. El chef es un chef local de Sichuan, por lo que el sabor es absolutamente confiable. Grand library with many books. It is apparent that owner had invested substantial capital in the building and room construction. Room has all amenities with both choice of cloth bath towel and disposal. Bed is clean and comfortable but carpet needs attention. The property also has a resident friendly cute mini Yorkshire terrier who greets guests on arrival. Very charming. We had dinner at the property, restaurant table was closed and we were seated in cafe library. Very comfortable and calm environment. Meals were reasonable and not bad. For improvement: Not sure if it is due to off peak season, service attitude of a few front desk receptionists is lacking and can be improved. Cafe library is closed and we weren’t able to have breakfast there. Reluctantly we had to have breakfast in room which isn’t our preferred choice as the lobby is closed even at 8:15am when we went downstair to check on status of our breakfast.
