A hidden gem. I don't even want to share this review to make this hotel too popular! As a person who doesn't speak very good Chinese, the staff at this hotel were very accommodating despite the language barrier. When you first arrive at the hotel, you are greeted by a creative garden complete with outdoor dining areas, swings, a fish tank, and more. On check in, the receptionist was very attentive to all of my questions and directed me to the places I asked about through wechat. It was very easy to follow the directions. I was also offered a spread of fresh fruit to enjoy before settling in my room. The room was spacious and clean and had the most advanced toilet that I have ever used! There was a wide open window for a beautiful view of the dialou across the pond. The suite of amenities was also much appreciated, including snacks, toiletries, and slippers. A highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. They not only provide the standard Chinese breakfast fare such as porridge and pastries, but also served local kaiping specialties. They also have food you can order off of a menu but I didn't have anything during my stay. Upon checkout I was also given a goodie bag filled with local specialties and treats which was much appreciated!

Breakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

Overall experience was good. Only issue was the ac not able to adjust but was offered to change room. Also, if you want to do laundry, make sure not to use the wash and dry machines. We had an issue where the machines won’t dry for hours. We ended up having to air dry. This is no hotel fault. Seems like all machines there are like that.

Instalaciones: Algo viejas, algunas encimeras del baño están oxidadas. Higiene: Hay olor al abrir la puerta de la habitación, afortunadamente hay una puerta del balcón que se puede abrir. Entorno: El hotel está situado en una ciudad concurrida, con muchos centros comerciales y supermercados a su alrededor. Servicio: a la recepcionista le falta una sonrisa y es demasiado indiferente. Desayuno: Hay papillas, verduras, postres, frutas, etc., pero hay muy pocas variedades, sería mejor si se pudieran agregar más boniatos, fideos fritos, etc.

a very nice hotel with a lovely stuff. I highly recommend it. the room was spacious with a nice decoration and a big smart screen. They were so nice to allow me me to check out 1 hour late in order to watch my national team match in World Cup.

We had a wonderful stay at the ChaoQi Hotel. After a smooth check-in, a convenient cart picked us up and brought us directly to our room door. The location is incredible, situated inside the Chikan resort where you can find numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. A great perk was that our stay included entry tickets, giving us the chance to enjoy many of the resort's lively shows. Our room was super comfortable, impeccably clean, and very family-friendly. Our kids especially loved the indoor playground on the ground floor. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, featuring multiple live stations with both Asian and Western choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to the Kaiping area.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y ofrece una habitación muy bonita y espaciosa con balcón. La habitación era inmensa e inmaculada, y me disfruté de sentarme en mi propio patio tranquilo antes de que comenzaran las fiestas. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable y muy profesional, y las chicas me saludaron en el pasillo. Estoy tan feliz de encontrar un hotel tan bonito 5-star en Taishan City. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

來這邊就是為了放鬆，果然選對了。頤和温泉別墅遠離喧囂，晚上衹聽見蟲鳴，非常治癒。温泉泡池分佈合理，不會人擠人。床墊軟硬適中，睡得很好。服務員輕聲細語，服務到位但不打擾，這種分寸感很難得。周邊美食齊全，對於農家菜忠實粉絲來講，真是天堂

La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. El servicio de la mesa delantera es útil para reservar un show limitado que no tenemos número de contacto con la tierra. Pueden comprobarlo a las 1:00 horas. Recomendar quién viene con grupo o familia.
