Its a new hotel. Room facilities are all new and modern. Heavenly bed, aircorn is adjustable which is a bonus. The only down side is the pillows are too soft. One of the pillows has beads inside that caused me skin allergy. Room does not come with a fridge, safety box and hair conditional (they have stated on the booking) Very happy that the hotel has a laundry area. The hotel is close to the malls, but need to take didi.

TSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river. Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent. Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

這是第二次入住這家酒店，這次分到的房型面積更大，住着比上一次舒適不少。 衞浴區域做到了乾濕分離，淋浴和衞生間相互隔開，使用起來十分方便。酒店臨近鶴山廣場商圈，步行可達，還配有免費停車場，另外有機器人上門服務，十分貼心。 前台和保潔人員服務都很貼心，面對各類合理訴求都會積極配合，服務體驗很好。強烈推薦店裡的早餐，食材選材用心品質高，尤其是燒賣和糕點，一定要嚐嚐。

Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Helpful housekeepers. The only complain I have is the smell of smoke coming from other rooms. There’s no clear separation of smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Ash trays in all rooms and next to the elevator even though there are no smoking signs.

El hotel es de reciente apertura, la entrada no es evidente; no la encontré la primera vez que fui, pero la ubicación es conveniente. Breakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

La limpieza es una prioridad absoluta aquí. ¡Dormí como un bebé todas las noches, lo que es raro cuando viaja! El hotel dispone de una zona de lavavajillas, secadoras y vaporizadoras, que hacen que se envasen luz y se queden frescos. La máquina elíptica en el cuarto fue un toque fantástico, permitiendo que siga con mi rutina de fitness sin salir de mi habitación. Wonderful hotel with friendly reception, and a beautiful and spacious room with a balcony! I stayed here for a family wedding that was hosted at the hotel. My room was immense and immaculate, and I enjoyed sitting out on my own quiet patio before the festivities began. My afternoon coffee and snack in the lobby cafe was delicious. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and even the maids greeted me in the hallway. I ordered my breakfast to go, and it was thoughtfully packed and waiting for me in the morning at the front desk. I’m so happy to find such a lovely 5-star hotel in Taishan City. I felt well taken care of. Thank you so much!

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, equipped with all kinds of amenities. We were able do some laundry while we were there, which is a plus. All staff were friendly and professional, housekeeping greeted us with a smile every time. We had pleasant stay.
