LlittleAliWe had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk team was extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. UUsuario invitadoTSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river.
Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent.
Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.
2. Restaurant
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.
3. Rooms
Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

UUsuario invitadoWe have been travelled around the globe for several decades, obviously we had stayed in many hotels before, but Wish Hotel is an exceptionally one to our party (6 people), they may not be a five star hotel, but their hospitality and friendliness, it’s rated number one in our hearts. For someone from Canada, who is a beginner with WeChat, I had no idea how to call a DiDi (Uber), book bus tickets and ….., Miss Ng (伍海美） had patiently taught me how to complete all these tasks, when Miss Ng was left for the night, Miss Lee (李小卿）also assisted us. I would like to say Thank you to both of you !
Should I ever return back to Tai Shan again, I will definitely come back to Wish Hotel .

酒店地處鶴山廣場商圈，步行可達鶴山廣場，周邊餐飲、購物一應俱全，覓食逛街超方便，自駕的話有超大免費停車場，停車無憂。
裝修是雅緻的西式風格，大堂簡約大氣，客房位於高樓層，視野開闊，可俯瞰城區美景。房間配備電動窗簾、舒適沙發，浴室乾濕分離，體驗一流。
酒店的配套設施很完善，免費健身房、自助洗衣房（帶烘乾機）、影院都有。早餐豐富，量大管飽。服務更是無可挑剔，前台24小時響應需求，令人住得安心。
這個酒店性價比直接封神，下次來鶴山一定還住這裏！

UUsuario anónimoBreakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent visit to Taishan and this Fairfield Marriott has to be a hotel of 1st choice. This is a new hotel that opened in 2025 in Taishan’s newer residential areas.
Responsive service although language-wise, front desk communicates best in Putonghua. Their Cantonese is average and English is poor (but they try). This is a weak point as many visitors may be overseas Taishanese where English may be the 1st language.
Rooms were large and comfortable. They are well-designed, making use of sliding glass panels to demarcate private toilet/shower area from the bedroom area.
I paid a bit more for a corner room which had large windows on two walls (North-Easterly Aspect), improved glass panel design features and a separate table/desk with chair and light for getting work done.
Room design comes with a long Oakwood and Marble shelf which runs the length of the suite which was very useful for placing luggage and for visitor seating.
Restaurant is excellent with Chinese, local Taishan delicacies and Western food choices.
Washer-dryer facilities are excellent and on-screen TV gives a realtime update of laundry room machine availability - the first that I have seen this in a hotel, but makes sense.
Hotel adjoins a very large 4 floor shopping centre with all of the shopping that you might want, and multiple food options.

LLilcccI recently returned to my hometown for a visit and stayed at Meisi Park, and I cannot recommend it enough! As a solo traveler, I was looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations.
The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet yet accessible area. It’s just a 10-minute drive to the charming old town, where I spent hours exploring nostalgic spots, and the same distance to a modern shopping mall for some retail therapy. Whether you’re into history or shopping, the location is ideal.
The staff here truly made my stay special. They were not only warm and welcoming but also went above and beyond to recommend great local places to visit. Their insider tips helped me discover hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. It felt like having a personal guide!
Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here—my room was immaculate. The bedding deserves a special shoutout: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and high-quality, and the pillows felt like clouds. I slept like a baby every night, which is rare when traveling!
The amenities at this hotel are incredible, especially considering the price. The common area had a washer, dryer, and steamer, which made packing light and staying fresh a breeze. The in-room elliptical machine was a fantastic touch, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine without leaving my room. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The area around the hotel is peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being so quiet, it’s incredibly convenient to get around, whether by car or public transport.
All of these for under $50 a night?! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was for such high-quality accommodations. It’s rare to find a place that offers so much at such an affordable rate.

Bbackpack travelingTaishan new world hotel is a very elegant hotel. The front door is amazing with outdoor water fountain. Inside the lobby, you will be the ceiling paintings, thinking you at Italy. And I met my special friendly “robot” that works so hard delivering food to your door.
