We had a great time and the owner was lovely. The room was very clean and it is walking distance to Zili Village, coffee shop and restaurant. Overall the location is very convenient! Looking forward to come back again!

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and politel. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the place, set in the middle of the village in a 100 year old villa. The villa was charming. The room was spacious and clean. Towels were fresh and ean. Breakfast was good.

Higiene: cómoda dormida. Una pequeña humedad, pero se seca con la boca. La boca está cubierta de seda, la boca está cubierta, y es fuerte. Ambiente: Aunque la puerta es alta la noche, no está molesta y duerme muy bien. El brillo de las ventanas es fuerte, el sol es muy molesto la mañana, pero no se puede ver en la habitación. I had a very comfortable stay at Mandarin Elegant Hotel. The hotel has all the amenities a traveller would need. It is also near to the newest mall in the city and next to a river with beautiful walking paths. The staff were attentive and personable. Special call out to 熊管家 and 赵经理 who answered all my questions and attended to my requests. The service by all hotel staff is impeccable. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Tai Shan city.

No tengo nada de qué quejarme, todo es genial. Me gusta el lugar, el entorno, el servicio, el entretenimiento, etc. Hay un servicio de autobús gratuito a Dialou y a la estación de tren de Kaiping South. Por la noche hay fuegos artificiales.

El hotel de Taishan es un hotel muy elegante. La puerta delantera es increíble con fuente de agua exterior. Dentro del lobby, usted será el techo de las pinturas, pensando en Italia. Y conocí a mi amigable ”robot” que trabaja tan duro para entregar comida a tu puerta.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

來這邊就是為了放鬆，果然選對了。頤和温泉別墅遠離喧囂，晚上衹聽見蟲鳴，非常治癒。温泉泡池分佈合理，不會人擠人。床墊軟硬適中，睡得很好。服務員輕聲細語，服務到位但不打擾，這種分寸感很難得。周邊美食齊全，對於農家菜忠實粉絲來講，真是天堂

Chosen this hotel for its location which is located inside the Chikan resort. In terms of a hotel standard, very limited amenities. I believe the 2 blocks of propertylies used to be the hotel employees’ hostel as the setup equipped with 2 units of study table placed side by side, 2 units of super single bed, big balcony for laundry & 2 units of wardrobe. As i saw opposite ours there are properties, 3 blocks of the same properties are occupying by their hotel employees & seeing all their laundry hanging at the balcony. Anyway, they converted 2 blocks which have better view to rent out. Good idea for business income & the colour & multiple rooms given me the impression of the famous squid game.

The place is quite interesting, looking more like a museum than a hostel. However it looked a little run down and rough. Room 308 was huge but didn't feel cozy. It was cold at night and the heater was not working well. There is a bad sound isolation so I could hear every word that the people next to my room spoke. The young female receptionist that checked me in when I arrived was very helpful. She managed to rent an E- bike for me ! She deserves 5 stars for that. The location is alright, near some coffeeshops and restaurants and close to Zili and Li Garden historical sites.
