A hidden gem. I don't even want to share this review to make this hotel too popular! As a person who doesn't speak very good Chinese, the staff at this hotel were very accommodating despite the language barrier. When you first arrive at the hotel, you are greeted by a creative garden complete with outdoor dining areas, swings, a fish tank, and more. On check in, the receptionist was very attentive to all of my questions and directed me to the places I asked about through wechat. It was very easy to follow the directions. I was also offered a spread of fresh fruit to enjoy before settling in my room. The room was spacious and clean and had the most advanced toilet that I have ever used! There was a wide open window for a beautiful view of the dialou across the pond. The suite of amenities was also much appreciated, including snacks, toiletries, and slippers. A highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. They not only provide the standard Chinese breakfast fare such as porridge and pastries, but also served local kaiping specialties. They also have food you can order off of a menu but I didn't have anything during my stay. Upon checkout I was also given a goodie bag filled with local specialties and treats which was much appreciated!

Its a new hotel. Room facilities are all new and modern. Heavenly bed, aircorn is adjustable which is a bonus. The only down side is the pillows are too soft. One of the pillows has beads inside that caused me skin allergy. Room does not come with a fridge, safety box and hair conditional (they have stated on the booking) Very happy that the hotel has a laundry area. The hotel is close to the malls, but need to take didi.

Tuve una estancia increíble en este hotel en Taishan, realmente superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier detalle. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, muy cómodas y bien equipadas, perfectas para descansar después de un día explorando la zona. La ubicación es excelente, especialmente si planeas visitar las montañas de Taishan, ya que está muy bien conectado. El ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y agradable, ideal tanto para relajarse como para disfrutar del viaje. Además, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y todo funciona perfectamente. Sin duda, fue una experiencia 10/10. Definitivamente volvería y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite Taishan.

Excellent visit to Taishan and this Fairfield Marriott has to be a hotel of 1st choice. This is a new hotel that opened in 2025 in Taishan’s newer residential areas. Responsive service although language-wise, front desk communicates best in Putonghua. Their Cantonese is average and English is poor (but they try). This is a weak point as many visitors may be overseas Taishanese where English may be the 1st language. Rooms were large and comfortable. They are well-designed, making use of sliding glass panels to demarcate private toilet/shower area from the bedroom area. I paid a bit more for a corner room which had large windows on two walls (North-Easterly Aspect), improved glass panel design features and a separate table/desk with chair and light for getting work done. Room design comes with a long Oakwood and Marble shelf which runs the length of the suite which was very useful for placing luggage and for visitor seating. Restaurant is excellent with Chinese, local Taishan delicacies and Western food choices. Washer-dryer facilities are excellent and on-screen TV gives a realtime update of laundry room machine availability - the first that I have seen this in a hotel, but makes sense. Hotel adjoins a very large 4 floor shopping centre with all of the shopping that you might want, and multiple food options.

We love our stay at the Flower Season Hotel just name a few of a highlight: *The room is huge size immaculate clean simplicity upscale The bed and Linens is very comfortable *The staff is really helpful and friendly. *The hotel also have complementary laundry for hotel guests. Which equip with top-of-the-line washer & dryer. *The room includes complementary beverage bar which they refilled daily. *Heathy breakfast buffet with a good dining atmosphere. *Most important they are gear for. business travelers. We extended our stay at flower season hotel for three extra days because there’s a typhoon that went through the area . In which we have an opportunity experience and witness how this hotel staffs and managers helping surrounding residents during typhoon , we feel the deep rooted community involvement , A business that care ! Regardless your trips is for business or for pleasure The Flowers Season Hotel is a great place to stay ! We will certainly be back to stay at Flowers Season Hotel Anytime in the near future.

Overall experience was good. Only issue was the ac not able to adjust but was offered to change room. Also, if you want to do laundry, make sure not to use the wash and dry machines. We had an issue where the machines won’t dry for hours. We ended up having to air dry. This is no hotel fault. Seems like all machines there are like that.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

I had a pleasant stay at the Manley Hotel during my visit to Taishan. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, helpful, and made the experience feel welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options just steps away. Even if you need to head into downtown Taishan, taxis are easy to find and very affordable, making it simple to get around the city. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, though it’s worth noting that it’s entirely Chinese cuisine—something I personally enjoyed, especially for an authentic local experience. The downside was the laundry dryer— There was only one dryer for 3 washing machines, it didn’t work very efficiently and took about six hours to dry a single load, which was a bit frustrating. The Wi-Fi was also very unreliable, it would connect and then drop constantly. Even when it would work, the speeds would fluctuate. Overall, I’d recommend the Manley Hotel for its excellent service, local charm, and convenient location.

Rong'an is located very close to the North gate, and situated next to its sister, Cheng Shen hotel. In fact, the check-in/out is done at Cheng Shen, and the breakfast is also served there. We stayed in the double bed standard room on the 5th floor in No.3 Rong'an building. When we checked in, the front desk staff was very helpful in using English translation app (we don't speak Chinese), and walked with us to the room as the No. 3 building entrance is a bit difficult to find in the back of Cheng Shen building. The room faced the scenic town view with a veranda (photo from the room). The room looked exactly as shown in Trip.com hotel site. Clean and spacious, although a bit dated and simple. The beds were comfortable. Good value for money and a very pleasant stay.
