Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service was absolutely impressive where free laundry service and daily afternoon tea with fresh fruits and cakes were served. They also helped to arrange free transport between the harbour and the hotel. The door gift is particularly thoughtful which contains a nice UV protective umbrella, mosquito repellant and sun block. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed! Ours was the ground floor room with the garden view. Though the hotel swimming pool is right outside, the lush greenery offered great privacy. The air-conditioned and pleasantly perfumes room was literally my oasis during this short island trip! And it is quite budget friendly!:) Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit the island! Overall A+ experience! (Though it’d be a plus point if the laundry could be ironed.)

Estos vehículos se adaptan perfectamente a las carreteras de la isla y el trayecto dura tan solo diez minutos desde el desembarque, lo que le permitirá disfrutar de la brisa y el paisaje. También se pueden alquilar vehículos eléctricos para explorar la isla con mayor comodidad. Servicios: Se ofrece fruta en la habitación a la llegada. Se sirve un desayuno gratuito antes de las 9:30 h. Se ofrece asistencia con el equipaje. Instalaciones: El hotel cuenta con lavandería, restaurante, piscina, tumbonas y un patio con hermosas plantas tropicales. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos. En resumen, ¡muy recomendable! ¡Excelente relación calidad-precio durante la temporada baja!

Hotel is located in the villa area of Beihai, surrounded by good seafood restaurants, it's 7 minutes walk to the west gate of silver beach where swimming isn't allowed so you still need to walk for 10 more minutes to the middle gate where you can swim. Room is good , clean and equiped with things you may need . Breakfast is basic but still delicious and enough. Swimming pool isn't really big but ok. Nobody uses it , all people here are into ocean . Owners and receptionist are great , so kind , so helpful and always willing to support . We admire them . Things hotel may consider to improve 1- provide drinks for breakfast 2- provide disposable slippers at room, so ppl can use the other one when they go to swimming pool 3- putting mini fridge at the room. It's too hot in Beihai, things melt in a blink 4- frequently cleaning the pool , removing those leaf 🍀 🍀 🍀.... All in All , it was a pleasant stay, we highly recommend it

El hotel de Beihai, que se encuentra en el Marriott Hotel, es un hotel de calidad muy especial, y es un hotel de calidad muy especial. El buffet de cena era inrealo, especial y una experiencia culinaria real. La ubicación era ideal, a pocos pasos de la playa, y el jardín sensacional del hotel se sentía como un sueño. Confío en que se diga que esta era una de las mejores estancias que he tenido, y recomendo al Hotel Marriott en Beihai para cualquiera que busque una verdadera perfecta caja.

Had a really mixed stay at this Hotel. Only booked one night, with the option of extending, but decided against. My wife and I came on separated flight, with mine delayed over 5 hours. I arrived at 02:00 past midnight to check-in. First they the reception told me I’m in the wrong hotel. I had to proof my booking with them and the fact that my wife is already in the room. After some discussion they refused to check me in, but told me to call my wife to let me into the room. First, not checking in and registering a foreigner is against the law. Second, why should I wake up my sleeping wife at this late hours? After insisting on being checked in the process went fast and smoothly, which makes me wonder, why the discussions first? Room was spacious and clean. Nice view over the ocean. At the breakfast buffet we were greeted by hordes of waiters watching over a half empty buffet, at 09:30. Nearly no western food options and no cold cuts. After asking I was treated to a plate of two pieces of Camembert, hard cheese and some kind of milk cheese. Not the standard for a Sheraton breakfast. That’s also my final verdict. For this price and being a Sheraton Resort, it’s not up to the standards one would expect from a place with this name.

This was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful. The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy. I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

Hotel is operated by professional hotelier who owns chains hotel outlets in different places. The hotel service is far more beyond my expectations. We booked a double studio/ family room with big balcony on the roof level. Space is really big enough for 4-5 guests. The cleanness is A+, no blind spot dirty corner. Shower system, lighting, and TV / projector are installed with high technology. Due to political restrictions unfortunately it has no lift. But the counter service is very helpful. They provide you simple guide to different scenery spots, they help you to book local taxi tram/tricycles, they advice you the local shops, they even provide you professional fishing tips... In the hotel they have a Szechuan cuisine specialist chef to cook either simple dish or luxury banquets for you. Overall it’s a high quality stay in the island.

Location: OK. It’s a bit far from the city center, but transportation is well developed, so it’s not a problem. The sea-view rooms are quiet, and the new buildings being constructed below were not operating during our stay. Room: Small. It feels a bit tight for four people. Since the hotel is new, the room is clean, and the materials and furnishings are of good quality. Breakfast: Good, with a reasonable variety of choices. One thing we would like to mention: we hope the swimming pool could be made free of charge, as it is shared with the neighboring hotel under the same group. Instead of providing three vouchers that are not really useful, it would be much better to offer free access to the swimming pool. We kindly ask the management to consider this suggestion.
