Hoteles con piscina en Beihai

We stayed for one night on the 16th as a family of five and had a really great experience. At first, the hotel couldn’t reach us because our phone number isn’t registered in China, but once we got in touch, they sorted everything out quickly and had our check-in arranged in no time. The staff were super responsive the whole time, whenever we needed anything, they were there right away. They also kindly let us check out later so my son could spend more time in the water, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, the beach is right outside, and having a pool in the room makes it especially good for families. We also appreciated their help when we went to Crocodile Island, they suggested a walking route that avoided a lot of uphill walking. They kept us updated about the heavy rain as well and were very flexible in helping arrange transport to the pier. Overall, everything was handled really well, even the small details. Would definitely recommend for families.

設施：因為入住時有許多小孩子在泳池，所以小姐姐免費為我們升級了二樓的房間，會安靜很多，而且還有個小露台，非常nice！房間裏面什麼都有，加油晾衣服的架子，非常便利。 衞生：超級乾淨，和圖片上一模一樣！而且管家也會提醒我們關好門窗，避免蚊蟲進入。 環境：房間正對石螺口的大海，露台一出去就能看到大海，每天都有不一樣的晚霞，早上起來也能看到大海，太棒了！ 服務：每一位工作人員服務態度都超級讚的！我們出去遊玩，因為可能會下雨，所以還會給我們雨披，離店的時候還有小禮物，真的是太捨不得了！ 白·HOTEL下午茶:入住時每天都會有下午茶，種類挺豐富的。 潿洲島碼頭接/送各一次:這點真的超級棒！避免我們自己打車去碼頭了。

El hotel es hermoso y la habitación (con balcón) era hermosa. Las terrazas son grandes y tiene acceso directo a la playa. Fue extrasónico, por lo que las opciones de servicio de restaurantes y habitaciones parecían bastante limitadas, pero se puede obtener lo que quiera fácilmente entregar.  Una cosa que hay que notar es que nadie fue capaz de hablar en inglés, completamente comprensible, sólo algo que ser consciente de para los huéspedes extranjeros - aunque todos trataron de saludar, adiós, etc. , en inglés, que fue muy pensativo.  There's also no Spa, which was a bit disappointing for the quality of the hotel, but the gym was great.  A special thanks to housekeeping who always made sure to tidy the room every day even if I didn't leave it until late. El hotel es ideal para familias con niños, menos para solteros o amigos, pero todavía adorable.

Very quaint and aesthetic bed and breakfast. Situated in a small village that is a 8-10 minute walk to the five colours volcanic beach. The room we rented had a beach house feel with high ceilings and white washed beams. The pool is beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the deck looks out to the ocean and the village. The breakfast is noodles or congee with assorted condiments and side dishes and very delicious. The downsides may be that as a foreigner, you cannot rent a small car, only a small scooter if you have experience and they don’t have didi (like uber) service on the island only tuk tuk like cars that the hotel has to call for you. The shower room in our specific space also needs upgrading although the pressure is adequate. Staff is helpful but would need translation if conversing in languages other than mandarin.

This was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful. The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy. I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

Hotel is located in the villa area of Beihai, surrounded by good seafood restaurants, it's 7 minutes walk to the west gate of silver beach where swimming isn't allowed so you still need to walk for 10 more minutes to the middle gate where you can swim. Room is good , clean and equiped with things you may need . Breakfast is basic but still delicious and enough. Swimming pool isn't really big but ok. Nobody uses it , all people here are into ocean . Owners and receptionist are great , so kind , so helpful and always willing to support . We admire them . Things hotel may consider to improve 1- provide drinks for breakfast 2- provide disposable slippers at room, so ppl can use the other one when they go to swimming pool 3- putting mini fridge at the room. It's too hot in Beihai, things melt in a blink 4- frequently cleaning the pool , removing those leaf 🍀 🍀 🍀.... All in All , it was a pleasant stay, we highly recommend it

Had a really mixed stay at this Hotel. Only booked one night, with the option of extending, but decided against. My wife and I came on separated flight, with mine delayed over 5 hours. I arrived at 02:00 past midnight to check-in. First they the reception told me I’m in the wrong hotel. I had to proof my booking with them and the fact that my wife is already in the room. After some discussion they refused to check me in, but told me to call my wife to let me into the room. First, not checking in and registering a foreigner is against the law. Second, why should I wake up my sleeping wife at this late hours? After insisting on being checked in the process went fast and smoothly, which makes me wonder, why the discussions first? Room was spacious and clean. Nice view over the ocean. At the breakfast buffet we were greeted by hordes of waiters watching over a half empty buffet, at 09:30. Nearly no western food options and no cold cuts. After asking I was treated to a plate of two pieces of Camembert, hard cheese and some kind of milk cheese. Not the standard for a Sheraton breakfast. That’s also my final verdict. For this price and being a Sheraton Resort, it’s not up to the standards one would expect from a place with this name.

Hotel is operated by professional hotelier who owns chains hotel outlets in different places. The hotel service is far more beyond my expectations. We booked a double studio/ family room with big balcony on the roof level. Space is really big enough for 4-5 guests. The cleanness is A+, no blind spot dirty corner. Shower system, lighting, and TV / projector are installed with high technology. Due to political restrictions unfortunately it has no lift. But the counter service is very helpful. They provide you simple guide to different scenery spots, they help you to book local taxi tram/tricycles, they advice you the local shops, they even provide you professional fishing tips... In the hotel they have a Szechuan cuisine specialist chef to cook either simple dish or luxury banquets for you. Overall it’s a high quality stay in the island.

El paisaje es muy bueno, pero es el hotel de paisaje marítimo, el servicio también es muy bueno, la hermana de la recepción es muy amiga, es que puede ser un poco de año en el hotel. No sé dónde ir a la agua a media noche. Hay un gran saco a nosotros cuando entramos, así que el personal de servicio se ha ocupado de él.

Nos quedamos durante una semana y se perdió el servicio de mantenimiento de la casa un día. Necesitamos hablar con el escritorio delantero para los servicios de limpieza. ¡La comida que se suministra en el desayuno no tenía muchas opciones, no cambiaron el menú en esa semana que nos quedamos!! Niños a 2 años y medio de edad necesita pagar. No lo sabíamos cuando reservamos el hotel!! No hay una política escrita sobre la tasa por el desayuno infantil!! Hay una tienda de café y pastelería al lado del lobby. Nadie limpia la zona de asiento en la tienda de café durante la noche!! Vimos desperdicios alrededor de la zona por la mañana cuando pasamos la tienda. La biblioteca de niños, la piscina de pelota interior, el slide de agua, los niños están felizes de ahogarse.
