We stayed for one night on the 16th as a family of five and had a really great experience. At first, the hotel couldn’t reach us because our phone number isn’t registered in China, but once we got in touch, they sorted everything out quickly and had our check-in arranged in no time. The staff were super responsive the whole time, whenever we needed anything, they were there right away. They also kindly let us check out later so my son could spend more time in the water, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, the beach is right outside, and having a pool in the room makes it especially good for families. We also appreciated their help when we went to Crocodile Island, they suggested a walking route that avoided a lot of uphill walking. They kept us updated about the heavy rain as well and were very flexible in helping arrange transport to the pier. Overall, everything was handled really well, even the small details. Would definitely recommend for families.

臨時決定來潿洲島旅遊，本來訂酒店的時候對潿洲島沒有太大的期待，但是這幾天天氣很好，所以潿洲島還是很出片的！ 這個酒店就在海邊，是一個新開的酒店，設計的非常有特色，有一種南洋風，定的4人的套房，樓頂有私人泳池的，一樓是一個獨立的卧室二樓也是一個獨立的卧室，每間卧室床頭直接對着大海，每天睜眼就是藍色的大海，太治癒了，三樓就是私人泳池，可以實現快樂玩水。 酒店的樓頂還有兩個很大的泳池，在泳池裡看日落很治癒。可以實現直接在酒店躺平。酒店的後面還有一片香蕉園，拍照很出片，還可以直接通向海邊大概3分鐘路程

潿洲島情侶住宿天花板｜巨鯨度假酒店太驚喜✨ 兩三千一晚的懸崖海景酒店，環境絕美，隨手拍都是海島大片。 封神的管家服務必須誇爆！管家幽幽細緻又專業，事事提前為客人考慮，服務直接超出預期。（我們登島較早，十二點之前就到了酒店，由於我們原訂的房間還沒打掃出來，管家幽幽為了不讓我們等太久直接升級了客房，立馬辦了入住。就這一點直接秒殺了國內很多自稱管家式服務的度假酒店。住了兩天，大大小小的事情衹管提，管家都能幫忙解決）建議全網推廣。這樣的管家服務絕對值得這個價格！ 來潿洲島過二人世界，住這裏幸福感直接拉滿🌊

Had a really mixed stay at this Hotel. Only booked one night, with the option of extending, but decided against. My wife and I came on separated flight, with mine delayed over 5 hours. I arrived at 02:00 past midnight to check-in. First they the reception told me I’m in the wrong hotel. I had to proof my booking with them and the fact that my wife is already in the room. After some discussion they refused to check me in, but told me to call my wife to let me into the room. First, not checking in and registering a foreigner is against the law. Second, why should I wake up my sleeping wife at this late hours? After insisting on being checked in the process went fast and smoothly, which makes me wonder, why the discussions first? Room was spacious and clean. Nice view over the ocean. At the breakfast buffet we were greeted by hordes of waiters watching over a half empty buffet, at 09:30. Nearly no western food options and no cold cuts. After asking I was treated to a plate of two pieces of Camembert, hard cheese and some kind of milk cheese. Not the standard for a Sheraton breakfast. That’s also my final verdict. For this price and being a Sheraton Resort, it’s not up to the standards one would expect from a place with this name.

設施：最大亮點是泳池直連酒店公共泳池，度假感拉滿，娃超喜愛；我們房間陽枱面向海，開窗是泳池景＋海景雙重加持，放鬆又美好。唯有一點，我們上面兩層就是氛圍感超棒的酒吧，美妙歌聲直接持續到每晚十一點，躺在床上可以跟着唱起來，就是對需要早睡的娃不太友好。 還有一點務必改進：衞生間翻蓋小垃圾箱，衞生理念雖好，但一是容量不足，反而垃圾不得不丟到外面，整理打掃不便，環境也容易污染。二是翻蓋設計雖看似衞生，但一不小心手很容易碰到蓋子就很不衞生。這對於帶娃家庭其實還挺重要的。 衞生：環境衞生都很好，畢竟新酒店，處處賞心悦目，維護的也不錯。 服務：服務也很好，管家Hugh從很多天前就加微信，提供很多有用訊息，比如可以評價加工海鮮以及去哪裡買、甚至幾點去買，怎麼租車，非常細心到位。spa水療中心閻義服務熱情，介紹了很多旅遊訊息，可見酒店培訓到位。客房服務淩小姐每日都將房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，抱歉我們要求也多，她都能一一做到，點贊。餐廳也很棒，去了很多次早飯和一次午飯，味道很好。我們着急走的時候也能配合很快加急上菜，服務員去催菜都是小跑的👍酒店還在海邊新開了一家海邊目的地餐廳，可以點菜、海鮮燒烤等，環境氛圍超讚的～ 酒店就在海邊，出門三分鐘就到絕美海景，每天伴着漫天紅霞吃晚餐，滿滿的幸福感！ 抱歉沒怎麼拍酒店，上一個酒店的晚霞，一個大堂的蛋糕，一個酒吧的飲品😄對了贈送旅拍也很有質量👍
