Digamos que el servicio es muy bueno ～ tirar un grupo un día antes, siete personas de servicio uno, y mentiendo que todos los segundos vuelven. Al llegar al hotel, varios directores esperaban en la puerta, un director tomaba a un huésped, no lo tomé yo mismo. Cuando me fui, también el director vino a recoger el equipaje y llamaba al coche. El desayuno se ajusta a la hora de la reserva, el sabor es excelente, el plato de la tarde, el almuerzo nocturno, el vino que come en el minibar, el día siguiente se llenará, entra en la casa para la salchicha, la salchicha, el viento pequeño, etc. Lo más importante es que se puede lavar las ropas. UUsuario invitadoI was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself.
The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

CCharms928Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service was absolutely impressive where free laundry service and daily afternoon tea with fresh fruits and cakes were served. They also helped to arrange free transport between the harbour and the hotel. The door gift is particularly thoughtful which contains a nice UV protective umbrella, mosquito repellant and sun block.
The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed! Ours was the ground floor room with the garden view. Though the hotel swimming pool is right outside, the lush greenery offered great privacy. The air-conditioned and pleasantly perfumes room was literally my oasis during this short island trip! And it is quite budget friendly!:)
Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit the island!
Overall A+ experience!
(Though it’d be a plus point if the laundry could be ironed.)

UUsuario invitadoThis was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful.
The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy.
I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

It’s very quiet and relaxing, and has lovely benches and swings outside surrounded by beautiful plants. The owner is very eager to please. You can walk about 10 minutes to get to the beach - the beach and the park next to it is beautiful and stretches for miles.
When I stayed in March/April, the weather was miserable and cold so I didn’t make use of the pool.
One thing to keep in mind, is that this is a homestay catering to Chinese people - that means breakfast is standard Chinese and the mattress on the bed is also Chinese-firm. Neither of the owners speak English, but you can add the lady on Wechat to communicate with her. Being a homestay means less crowds and more relaxing.
The owner was very kind to refund me one night when I decided to shorten my stay due to the crappy weather. I really appreciate that she was flexible and accommodating with this.

El dueño es cálido y atento, y nos ofreció cambiar nuestra habitación doble de 1,2 metros cuadrados a una habitación familiar de 1,8 metros cuadrados + 1,2 metros cuadrados sin costo alguno. Nos acompañaron al mercado de mariscos para seleccionar mariscos auténticos y asequibles, y la cocina del dueño fue realmente impresionante, tanto en apariencia como en sabor. Alojarse aquí fue realmente un segundo hogar.

El personal también es muy profesional y muy decente, desde la jesscal que acaba de reservar, justin para hospedarse hasta Simon en el restaurante occidental. Especialmente el hermano pequeño Simon del restaurante occidental me vio a mi hijo a comer solo, no es conveniente preguntarme si no necesito ayuda para cuidar de los niños y me comer. La próxima vez que viaja, optará por subir al Mar del Norte!!!

No daily room service , the hotel is clean but don't expect any will come to clean the room , you need to do it by yourself
Towels are not available, they provide 2 small towels , no one came to provide new one next day.. come ready
We find around there is other hotels , more nearer to the beach and with swimming pool.. next time will not come to this one , will book another
Family who run the business are nice , they tired to help , I think they can do much better if they have more regular cleaning service and add simple breakfast

In total , wasn't bad experience, as if you come , you will only sty at the hotel to sleep and the rest of the day at the water

I recently stayed at a beach view hotel in Beihai with a few friends, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The bathtub facing the ocean was an absolute treat, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the incredible sunset.
The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found it convenient to prepare our own meals when we felt like staying in.
