El apartamento es enorme para dos personas. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones. I booked a 1 bedroom suite but the main living room doesn’t have an air conditioner so it was pretty stuffy. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom which was very noisy. Room is clean but dated. The location is fantastic and service from the staff very good. The hotel is in an amazing location right by the water, 5 min walk to parliament, empress hotel and water. The bus stop to the ferry is also 5 min walk so super convenient. There is a great green restaurant next to the hotel which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

We liked well renovated rooms and pop decorations. The pool was not specious but my daughter had fun with it. They provided nice and honest service!  My daughter left her allowance on the shelf accidentally then a cleaning staff took it (of course) but  when she explained that it wasn’t tip, they returned it to her. I was very touched by their response. It’s located in front of a mall.  We will definitely be back this hotel.

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

El lugar cerca del aeropuerto y el puerto es conveniente para el día siguiente. Todo el hotel tiene un ascensor. Es muy difícil esperar que haya una posición para salir de la mañana en el pico, especialmente con el equipaje para salir por las escaleras. El entorno general es bueno, es el problema de los electrodomésticos

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

房間衞生還可以，但比較簡陋，沒有熱水壺，衹有最簡單的咖啡機，讓人驚訝的是，竟然連瓶裝水都沒有提供。前台印度小哥，辦入住也很慢，問了各種訊息輸入電腦後，最後竟然給我個表格讓我把剛才的訊息再填寫一遍，這入住效率在加拿大確實第一次遇見。現在是淡季，空房很多，竟然給我安排了一個緊靠電梯的房間，我説能否換一間，他説那就要加錢升級，徹底無語了。總之感受很一般，不推薦。

It was amazing to stay there! The staff were so friendly! One of them greeted us in our language, which was so nice! The room was so clean too!

Como era la temporada caliente de verano, no se notó que el sitio web no declaró que el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado en el cuarto. Un pequeño ascensor en el cuarto 204 🈶️ no podía abrir el aire fuera de la ventana. En la segunda noche, cuando se encuentre en el hotel, el personal del hotel le dijo al hotel que no había espacio libre para cambiar otros cuartos. Contáctense con trip.com El servicio de clientes no puede resolver el problema del cambio de hotel. La primera noche no puede descansar bien. La señorita de servicio de la noche tenía la misma razón. Me dijo que el hotel no estaba lleno hasta que el personal del hotel avisara al gerente de cambiar de habitación, sin ropa interior y sin ventilación. El personal del hotel recomendó 👍🏼 que mi viaje a Victoria se hiciera perfecto. No se recomienda el verano que los hoteles sin aire acondicionado se encuentren en el sitio web, y se recomienda que los sitios web indiquen que no hay aire acondicionado.
