La ubicación está ligeramente fuera del centro; si tienes un coche, no es un problema. El estacionamiento de la calle es bueno; puedes pagar $19 por la noche. El apartamento es enorme para dos personas. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones. I was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars.

I had to book this room at the last minute late at night after a cancelled flight then had to zip back to the airport in the morning so I didnt have time to enjoy the ammenities but it looked awesome. Fireplace, spa bathtub, and balcony with a view. Just lovely. The front desk staff at both checkin and checkout were both so kind and helpful.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

There’s free parking, swimming pool and a drive through kfc within walking distance. There’s also a shopping mall just across the street. Free parking on site as well. Room was decent with hot water and mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea from reception.

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

房間衞生還可以，但比較簡陋，沒有熱水壺，衹有最簡單的咖啡機，讓人驚訝的是，竟然連瓶裝水都沒有提供。前台印度小哥，辦入住也很慢，問了各種訊息輸入電腦後，最後竟然給我個表格讓我把剛才的訊息再填寫一遍，這入住效率在加拿大確實第一次遇見。現在是淡季，空房很多，竟然給我安排了一個緊靠電梯的房間，我説能否換一間，他説那就要加錢升級，徹底無語了。總之感受很一般，不推薦。

This was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.

The service was outstanding and the location ideal if you are biking.    The hotel also has a room where you can store your bikes.  The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.
