Este hotel es el hotel más detallado en el que me he alojado en Canadá. La ubicación es en la calle peatonal, la decoración es exquisita, el baño está lleno de L'Occitane y ¡hay dos pares de zapatillas! Amado, el café también es una muy buena marca. La próxima vez que vaya a Victoria, nunca miraré otros hoteles. El elogio de cinco estrellas definitivamente es digno de él.

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

La ubicación está ligeramente fuera del centro; si tienes un coche, no es un problema. El estacionamiento de la calle es bueno; puedes pagar $19 por la noche. El apartamento es enorme para dos personas. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones. Como está fuera de la carretera principal, disfruté de la noche silenciosa sin ruido de tráfico.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite but the main living room doesn’t have an air conditioner so it was pretty stuffy. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom which was very noisy. Room is clean but dated. The location is fantastic and service from the staff very good. The hotel is in an amazing location right by the water, 5 min walk to parliament, empress hotel and water. The bus stop to the ferry is also 5 min walk so super convenient. There is a great green restaurant next to the hotel which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

The name of the hotel is very misleading , there is only a spa but it is not considered as a resort because there are no other facilities. The hotel does not have a restaurant ( there is a restaurant but it does not belong to the hotel and is not open for breakfast ) and they do not provide breakfast. There is a coffee place on the lobby level but they do not provide full breakfast. Rooms are spacious and very clean but do not understand why there is a coffee maker and no electric kettle .

Quaint hotel, with a great location.  Staff greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, we were able to check in early and dump our bags and walk into the city centre which is probably 10 minutes away.  Room was very big with 2 huge comfortable beds, no tea or coffee facilities in the room but you could get some from the reception area.  We decided to eat in the pub downstairs which was lovely, it was packed and there was a game on so everyone was very happy

My suite was immaculate and the appliances were new and in top notch shape.

I felt it was odd that they didn't provide free parking with their rooms at such a remote location. There is a pool next door available for about $45 however it closes at 7pm on Friday and Saturday. It appears on the website it is included but there is a link showing the costs. There is no shopping yet in the location. The pro shop did not have any medium or large ladies shirts available and I couldn't see any golf balls with Bear Mountain Logo. The room and view were amazing. Staff was wonderful. They played soft music in the restaurant in the evening. We enjoyed the hot tub outside in the garden. Go there to golf; bike or quiet time.

phenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩

The hotel is so beautiful from the outside and the inside. The guys at checkin and checkout were really nice too! We received a welcome drink and biscuits upon arrival, that was so thoughtful ! The room we had was out of a princess story but as its an old building theres no AC so in summer it can be difficult.. We still had fans and they told us that they re working on having rights to install them.
