Aunque el edificio es bastante antiguo, el servicio, las instalaciones y todo lo que hay dentro del hotel son 5 estrellas.

Everything is just superb. Very lovely, the amenities are well and I feel very relaxed and satisfied stay at this hotel. Definitely will come back

Had the most wonderful stay at JW Marriot! Though dated, the hotel's upkeep and cleanliness was impeccable; most outstanding of all was the professional yet friendly service throughout our stay. From the doorman and security personnel to the cleaners and waiters, everyone had big smiles on their faces, radiating genuine kindness :) We were served by Deny and Wachid during breakfast, who gave us valuable info about Surabaya and it's sights + cuisines. Will 100% recommend staying at JW Marriot!

The room we had was spacious and clean for the most part (tiny cleaning issue that was sorted immediately). The pool area is beautiful, could do with more umbrellas. Breakfast was a little on the disappointing end with the exception of the amazing Deny. I had my first taste of Kunyit asam because Deny insisted😋😋😋😋😋refreshing!!!!!!! Service from the general staff is excellent.

Lokasi hotel dan keramahtamahan sangat baik, dan all the breakfast menus are amazing and superb. The only thing when I book for three member of family, the staff may forget to provide three towels and all the bath room items and the bottle water, pillow should also for three. I felt that I need to contact the house keeping staff over and over.

The hotel is very nice. It is located in the downtown of Surabaya. Security measures and hotel service also wonderful!

One of the nicer hotel in surabaya. Located in the central business district, there is a big mall nearby and places to hangout.

A very good place to stay

the hotel is clean the staff are friendly, not much different from the pre-pandemic period. Breakfast food menu is very varied as usual. very impressive.

Clean, high end, not quite comparable to Jw marriott in other countries but still for the price a very good stay. Breakfast included in a nice restaurant buffet, local indonesian food (rice, noodles, soups) and some western, some dimsum and sushi. Bakery area with lots of different donuts pancakes fresh and waffles. Rooms were large with large bathrooms and good view
