En este hotel, me gustaría estar en el centro de la ciudad, pero no me gustan los restaurantes que necesitan una mejora.

We hesitated at first to stay in this hotel. It's an old hotel (started to be built in 1979) and the building's exterior looks so shabby. The hotel was affected by Covid-19, too, so we know to not set the bar too high for this hotel. Well, when we arrived at the lobby, we could really see the 90's vibes, glamorous hotel at that time. Check in was easy and fast, and surprisingly there were still so many employees working for this hotel. This place was more alive than I thought it would be. The room was good, not exquisite but I can see that it was designed well and was very nice initially. The AC worked well, hot water and water pressure were nice, but the bathroom door was jammed. And the bathtub had black stains (or maybe chipped). The sheets, blanket, and towel all had some stains but I'm sure they were all washed clean. The pillow smelled bad, like musty or damp, but we asked to be replaced and got the fresh ones. Amenities were just okay. No slippers, soap and shampoo were very standard, but they provided a safe deposit box, electric kettle, and coffee/tea. The view outside was amazing, we could see the heart of Surabaya from above, sitting in the japanese-styled chairs. Bed was nice, too. We slept soundly. Breakfast was great, surprisingly! We expected nothing, but turned out there were many varieties of the food, and they were all pretty good. From western to Indonesian, all great. I was happy to see all the employees there, like things are finally getting normal again. The visitors were a lot, too. I'm so relieved that they were doing great ❤️

Gran hotel, no tan espacioso pero era decente. El desayuno no estaba lo suficientemente caliente a pesar de que lo comí justo después de recibirlo. El jugo de manzana estaba bien. La selección de frutas fue perfecta.

I have spent decades travelling for work and the Majapahit is now my favourite hotel on earth. It is like staying in the pages of a history book. My beautiful king suite room opened onto the swimming pool and my only regret is not having more time to stay there. Everything about this hotel is classy, from the fantastically friendly general manager, through the fabulously helpful and kind staff, to the facilities such as the great restaurant (breakfast is never to be missed!), rocking pub and beautiful swimming pool area. The hotel is also in a very good downtown location and near the big shopping malls if that is your thing. To travel to Surabaya and not stay in the Majapahit, would not only be a missed opportunity, it would be a crime against future memories. I cannot wait to get back there.

I stayed here when my cousin get married on March 2021. Verwood hotel located in the very strategic area which near to toll, restaurant, public facility, etc. Guest only need to walk less than 5 mins to reach many restaurant around there : Warung Sederhana (Padang Restaurant), Ayam Bakar Prima Rasa, Boncafe, etc. This hotel divided into hotel and apartment. I stayed in the hotel because it already been renovated. Room Spacious enough and covered by carpet. Completed by sofa, desk, and chair, and also other amenities : mini refrigerator, TV, coffee/tea maker. This room looks like already being renovated. Bathroom Bathtub and shower is not separated. Need to pay more attention on the cleanness. Amenities was complete Pool I was asking for swim towel to reception, but they said that I can use towel in my room and they could change it if I want. No staff on the pool. Breakfast Standard variant menu for 4 star hotel : Indonesian menu, omelette, noodle, salad, dessert. We were waiting for several minutes to have fried rice while being refilled. Only less staff standby on the restaurant. Overall this is a good hotel because of their location. But, because this is not a new hotel, they need to have good maintenance to ensure that all facilities in a good condition.

Me quedé en este hotel 14-15 enero 2022. Sin embargo, este viejo hotel tiene una buena mantenimiento. Sala superior era tan pequeña y un poco olor. Olvídese de la habitación. El momento increíble y memorable acerca de este hotel fue el restaurante de café. Lugar agradable n ambiente clásico. Estaba ahí. Y el menú bhast estaba bien. La piscina estaba limpia. Buena elección para permanecer aquí. Definitivamente regresar aquí.

Me siento muy agradable al estar en el Vasa Hotel Surabaya, desayuno con una variedad de opciones, agradables y modernas habitaciones y un buen servicio Es sólo que las habitaciones de este hotel no son muy sonido, así que el sonido de fuera de la habitación es bastante audible y creo que este parque de hotel tampoco tiene acceso que está bien conectado al edificio principal del hotel

La habitación de la ciudad de Shangri La Surabaya fue muy agradable. La habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena. El baño era pequeño, pero tenía todos los elementos esenciales que necesitarías - sin embargo, tanto la puerta de la ducha como el suelo podrían haber sido limpiados a un nivel más alto. El hotel está situado en el centro de Surabaya, que ha facilitado el acceso a las tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. En general, mi estancia en Shangri La Surabaya fue muy agradable y no he tenido ninguna duda en recomendarlo a nadie que busca algo de lujo, aunque amistoso con presupuesto en esta parte de Indonesia. El servicio prestado por el personal fue excelente y se hizo un trabajo sorprendente, lo que se hizo para asegurar que mi estancia se desconectó todo el tiempo de mi visita.

¡Qué experiencia maravillosa, me quedo aquí por 3 días 2 noches, por el servicio sin duda si tengo 10 pulgadas les daría esos y también la habitación así Clean, comodidad de oc! Aquí así recomendar que te quedes mientras tú en Surabaya! Gracias, Sra. Vida y el equipo por su gran hospitalidad!
