The difference a day made! I have only positive things to say about my experience at this hotel. Check-in was welcoming and informative. Without prompting, I received a detailed orientation to the site and its amenities, and was encouraged to use them. The commitment to providing outstanding customer service at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center extends beyond the front desk. Literally every employee I encountered was helpful, gracious, or attentive. For example, one employee gave me recommended two local grocery stores. This morning's breakfast was bountiful and tasty. By contrast, yesterday's breakfast at the Home2 Suites Erie was basic and blah -- breakfast bowls heated by a lamp, plain bagels, and cereal with milk. No yogurt. Mainly for work, I spend approximately 60 nights per year at hotels. I recognize that hospitality is largely performative. Even if hotel employees are in a bad mood, they tend to meet the expectation to smile and provide useful information. My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center was flawless. This was a sharp contrast to my previous night's stay at the Home2 Suites in Erie. Unlike at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center, where my stay was very pleasant, there were zero smiles at the Home2 Suites in Erie. At the Home2 Suites, I was not greeted by name, even after I introduced myself to three employees -- front desk; front desk manager; manager on duty. When I tried to ask questions about the location of the elevators and when breakfast was offered, the front desk manager stopped emptying the trash to butt in the conversation and threaten to cancel my reservation. I obtained that information from the manager on duty, but only after she looked it up. My room at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center was clean and comfortable. All the expected amenities were present. Nothing was untidy. By contrast, my room at the Home2 Suites by Erie was clean-ish. There was no lotion in the bathroom. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. In the shower, I noticed a VERY dirt place where one might place a bar of soap. While showering, I discovered that there was NO shower gel in the wall-hung dispenser. When I removed its cover, I confirmed the dispense was bone dry. Yet another letdown by the Home2 Suites by Erie. I mean, essentially an employee has to *never* check the dispenser for it to be empty. I had high hopes that my next stay at the Home2 Suites, for which I had pre-paid would be more pleasant. I confirmed my reservation with Hilton Honors on 5-31-23 and 6-1-23. I used the Hilton app to select my room and check-in on 6-1-23. As I approached the front desk at 3 p.m. to get my card keys, I saw the side profile of the front desk manager from the day before. She dashed into the office, closed the door, and canceled my reservation at 3:02 p.m. In my experience, that is an all-time low in customer service by a hotel employ

Ah, eso es. Es un cachorro sucio, de vapor. Al despachar mis cosas, me volví a comprobar el reloj, pero no había reloj en la vista. “Gracias a Dios tengo mi teléfono celular”, pensé en mí mismo. Entonces de repente comienza mi nariz a correr y me acerco a la caja de tejido. Espera, no hay caja de tejido. La casa de baño es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Agarro las únicas dos toallas que me han proporcionado y buscaré el mini champú y condicionador complimentario. “¿No? No más”. Digo como me agito la cabeza. No hay ni champú y condicionador complimentario. Bien. He traído mi propio. Después de mi ducha me quedo delante de la vanidad que combina mi pelo fresco limpio. No quería poner mi pelo húmedo en uno de los cuchillos y saturarlo para llegar al secador de pelo. Espere un minuto. ¿En serio? No hay ni siquiera un secador de pelo? ¡No me gustan los coches! Es sólo hora de ir a la cama con todos estos dejados abajo. ¿Quién sabe lo que más descubro. Ah! Eso es. Un papel fin de tela. Así que, digo una oración y gracias a Dios que no esperaba una microonda y mini refrigerador. En la mañana, como estoy empacando mi vehículo se dejó un alivio. Gracias por la bondad que se acabó. No tengo que quedarme aquí y no habrá más sorpresas desagradables. Pero cuando caminé del lobby, la esencia de un perro húmedo se puede encontrar en mi ropa en el checkout. No soy de Erie ni conozco a muchas personas de aquí. Si conozco a alguien que viaja aquí, recomendaré absolutamente este motel si no me gustan.

My visit to the hotel was great. We stay there or at quality inn. We r frequent visitors every yr. My only problem is theres alot of derteration on the outside of hotel that really needs to be fixed before concrete hits some one in the head. House keepers r not so nice either. They need manners. I do believe hot breakfast should be served everyday. But we had an awesome relaxing time. Rooms were very clean.

¡Nuestro hotel está conectado a Splash Lagoon y ha sido capaz de obtener una gran cantidad! El mayor pro es que este es el mejor golpe para tu dinero si buscas un divertido viaje familiar (especialmente a un parque de aguas interiores). El hotel está convenientemente situado fuera de la autopista. Está conectado a Splash Lagoon. Los seis de nosotros se quedaron en una suite de dos camas reinas que incluye una cocina, un sofá, 5 x 2 días de agua y un gran desayuno caliente gratis por $353. BOOM! El hotel es limpio, las habitaciones son limpias, el personal es muy amable y acomodable. Hay mucho parking y WiFi gratuito. Se conecta a Splash Lagoon y central a un montón de restaurantes de la zona. El desayuno era delicioso y era gratis! Tenía omeletas, tostadas francesas, panqueques frescos, salsa, cereales calientes y fríos, yogurt, frutas, café, té, jugos, leche, pan de variedad, etc. Mi única pequeña queja es el check-in no es hasta las 4:00 y el check-out es a las 11:00. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. En general, sería posible quedarse aquí otra vez.

The difference a day made! I have only positive things to say about my experience at this hotel. Check-in was welcoming and informative. Without prompting, I received a detailed orientation to the site and its amenities, and was encouraged to use them. The commitment to providing outstanding customer service at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center extends beyond the front desk. Literally every employee I encountered was helpful, gracious, or attentive. For example, one employee gave me recommended two local grocery stores. This morning's breakfast was bountiful and tasty. By contrast, yesterday's breakfast at the Home2 Suites Erie was basic and blah -- breakfast bowls heated by a lamp, plain bagels, and cereal with milk. No yogurt. Mainly for work, I spend approximately 60 nights per year at hotels. I recognize that hospitality is largely performative. Even if hotel employees are in a bad mood, they tend to meet the expectation to smile and provide useful information. My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center was flawless. This was a sharp contrast to my previous night's stay at the Home2 Suites in Erie. Unlike at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center, where my stay was very pleasant, there were zero smiles at the Home2 Suites in Erie. At the Home2 Suites, I was not greeted by name, even after I introduced myself to three employees -- front desk; front desk manager; manager on duty. When I tried to ask questions about the location of the elevators and when breakfast was offered, the front desk manager stopped emptying the trash to butt in the conversation and threaten to cancel my reservation. I obtained that information from the manager on duty, but only after she looked it up. My room at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center was clean and comfortable. All the expected amenities were present. Nothing was untidy. By contrast, my room at the Home2 Suites by Erie was clean-ish. There was no lotion in the bathroom. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. In the shower, I noticed a VERY dirt place where one might place a bar of soap. While showering, I discovered that there was NO shower gel in the wall-hung dispenser. When I removed its cover, I confirmed the dispense was bone dry. Yet another letdown by the Home2 Suites by Erie. I mean, essentially an employee has to *never* check the dispenser for it to be empty. I had high hopes that my next stay at the Home2 Suites, for which I had pre-paid would be more pleasant. I confirmed my reservation with Hilton Honors on 5-31-23 and 6-1-23. I used the Hilton app to select my room and check-in on 6-1-23. As I approached the front desk at 3 p.m. to get my card keys, I saw the side profile of the front desk manager from the day before. She dashed into the office, closed the door, and canceled my reservation at 3:02 p.m. In my experience, that is an all-time low in customer service by a hotel employ

The difference a day made! I have only positive things to say about my experience at this hotel. Check-in was welcoming and informative. Without prompting, I received a detailed orientation to the site and its amenities, and was encouraged to use them. The commitment to providing outstanding customer service at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center extends beyond the front desk. Literally every employee I encountered was helpful, gracious, or attentive. For example, one employee gave me recommended two local grocery stores. This morning's breakfast was bountiful and tasty. By contrast, yesterday's breakfast at the Home2 Suites Erie was basic and blah -- breakfast bowls heated by a lamp, plain bagels, and cereal with milk. No yogurt. Mainly for work, I spend approximately 60 nights per year at hotels. I recognize that hospitality is largely performative. Even if hotel employees are in a bad mood, they tend to meet the expectation to smile and provide useful information. My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center was flawless. This was a sharp contrast to my previous night's stay at the Home2 Suites in Erie. Unlike at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center, where my stay was very pleasant, there were zero smiles at the Home2 Suites in Erie. At the Home2 Suites, I was not greeted by name, even after I introduced myself to three employees -- front desk; front desk manager; manager on duty. When I tried to ask questions about the location of the elevators and when breakfast was offered, the front desk manager stopped emptying the trash to butt in the conversation and threaten to cancel my reservation. I obtained that information from the manager on duty, but only after she looked it up. My room at the Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center was clean and comfortable. All the expected amenities were present. Nothing was untidy. By contrast, my room at the Home2 Suites by Erie was clean-ish. There was no lotion in the bathroom. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. In the shower, I noticed a VERY dirt place where one might place a bar of soap. While showering, I discovered that there was NO shower gel in the wall-hung dispenser. When I removed its cover, I confirmed the dispense was bone dry. Yet another letdown by the Home2 Suites by Erie. I mean, essentially an employee has to *never* check the dispenser for it to be empty. I had high hopes that my next stay at the Home2 Suites, for which I had pre-paid would be more pleasant. I confirmed my reservation with Hilton Honors on 5-31-23 and 6-1-23. I used the Hilton app to select my room and check-in on 6-1-23. As I approached the front desk at 3 p.m. to get my card keys, I saw the side profile of the front desk manager from the day before. She dashed into the office, closed the door, and canceled my reservation at 3:02 p.m. In my experience, that is an all-time low in customer service by a hotel employ

La habitación estaba limpia con un agradable edificio en la mesa y el sofá. Un pesado, profundo sueno llenó mis nostrilos al abrir la puerta a mi habitación. “¿Qué es eso”, pensé a mí mismo. Ah, eso es. Es un cachorro sucio, de vapor. Al despachar mis cosas, me volví a comprobar el reloj, pero no había reloj en la vista. “Gracias a Dios tengo mi teléfono celular”, pensé en mí mismo. Entonces de repente comienza mi nariz a correr y me acerco a la caja de tejido. Espera, no hay caja de tejido. La casa de baño es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Agarro las únicas dos toallas que me han proporcionado y buscaré el mini champú y condicionador complimentario. “¿No? No más”. Digo como me agito la cabeza. No hay ni champú y condicionador complimentario. Bien. He traído mi propio. Después de mi ducha me quedo delante de la vanidad que combina mi pelo fresco limpio. No quería poner mi pelo húmedo en uno de los cuchillos y saturarlo para llegar al secador de pelo. Espere un minuto. ¿En serio? No hay ni siquiera un secador de pelo? ¡No me gustan los coches! No tengo que quedarme aquí y no habrá más sorpresas desagradables. Pero cuando caminé del lobby, la esencia de un perro húmedo se puede encontrar en mi ropa en el checkout. No soy de Erie ni conozco a muchas personas de aquí. Si conozco a alguien que viaja aquí, recomendaré absolutamente este motel si no me gustan.

¡Nuestro hotel está conectado a Splash Lagoon y ha sido capaz de obtener una gran cantidad! El mayor pro es que este es el mejor golpe para tu dinero si buscas un divertido viaje familiar (especialmente a un parque de aguas interiores). El hotel está convenientemente situado fuera de la autopista. Está conectado a Splash Lagoon. Los seis de nosotros se quedaron en una suite de dos camas reinas que incluye una cocina, un sofá, 5 x 2 días de agua y un gran desayuno caliente gratis por $353. BOOM! El hotel es limpio, las habitaciones son limpias, el personal es muy amable y acomodable. Hay mucho parking y WiFi gratuito. Se conecta a Splash Lagoon y central a un montón de restaurantes de la zona. El desayuno era delicioso y era gratis! Tenía omeletas, tostadas francesas, panqueques frescos, salsa, cereales calientes y fríos, yogurt, frutas, café, té, jugos, leche, pan de variedad, etc. Mi única pequeña queja es el check-in no es hasta las 4:00 y el check-out es a las 11:00. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. En general, sería posible quedarse aquí otra vez.
