Lovely for the price - clean and what I needed. Comfy bed, cute room. A bit worn around the edges but the value was fantastic!

I was unable to stay there. I received an email that there was something wrong with my CC payment and to contact the premises directly. I tried many time to contact and got the run around. If I am charged I will dispute the bill to the cC Company.

I had stayed here a few times and thought was ok because of area and the first few seemed acceptable so kept coming back when in area however this last time I was given a room that had before never a problem this particular stay I woke up itching with welts all over my neck and arms hand. I had over 20 red marks when I woke Up and they were really itchy. I called the front desk immediately and the woman that runs it started yelling at me when I told her had been bit by something. I said “” I think you have bed bugs”” she started screaming that they don’t have them. It made me mad that she wasn’t listening to me or compassionate that I clearly got but on her property. She said to me that I was yelling at her”” I was frustrated and it’s was not a good feeling to have these on my skin it took week to go away and it was very uncomfortable. She said fine I will call an exterminator which I told here “” yea you should!!! I’m willing to bet they did not. They have bed bugs in 219 so I’m sure they are in the rest of the building. Beware

The shower and bed were ok. The couch in the room was stained and grossed me out. The floor was a little sticky. Warm enough and pretty clean.

It was easy to find and convenient off the local highways. It was easy check in. Room was warm and very clean.

Excellent, considering it was the cheapest hotel in the area. Microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, hairdryer, clean, quiet floor heat (not a loud window unit), hot water worked well, so did shower and commode. Cons: One of the queen beds was kind of saggy, and the bed coverings were a bit thin. If you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep, this is a good choice.

Rooms are good, but don't expect breakfast. The staff don't bother to look anything up for ask either. But if you just want a room is great.

The front desk staff was rude when i called ahead to confirm our late arrival after a long day. Even though it says 24/7 front desk, I got in trouble for arriving after 11pm. The sidewalk outside the 1st floor rooms are littered with dead cockroaches. Disgusting.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. She didn't even offer any information about breakfast. The microwave was malfuncting and she didnt offer a different room or have anyone come look at it. The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. There is a tub but you cant use it because there is no plug and it had been painted at some point and the paint was chipping. The breakfast isnt breakfast by any stretch of the imagination. There was rock hard bagels or rock hard brownies. That was it. The only thing to drink was coffee. There were dogs barking all night feom another room, so sleeping was next to impossible.
