La infraestructura del hotel se encuentra en un buen entorno de saneamiento y es difícil encontrar una plaza de aparcamiento en el centro de la ciudad. Sincronízate con amigos para reservar dos habitaciones del mismo estándar y al mismo precio. Pero las dos habitaciones son un mundo aparte, una habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, y el servicio de habitaciones por la noche y pequeños obsequios están disponibles. La otra habitación es extremadamente rudimentaria y no tiene servicio. Lo más insoportable es que una de las habitaciones no tenía control remoto de TV. La respuesta que recibí después de llamar a la recepción fue que no había forma de resolverlo. Un hotel de cuatro estrellas ni siquiera tiene un control remoto de TV de repuesto. Incluso si no hay un control remoto de repuesto, el personal de servicio puede tomar uno de la habitación vacía. El personal de recepción era arrogante y falto de cortesía. Nunca me quedaré de nuevo la próxima vez.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, las compras y la visualización son muy convenientes, el servicio del hotel es excelente, la conducción autónoma puede estacionar el automóvil en la puerta, el camarero lo ayudará a estacionar el automóvil en el estacionamiento, solo necesita encontrar el camarero y él lo llevará a la puerta.El servicio está en su lugar, la tarifa de estacionamiento es pequeña y costosa, pero personalmente creo que es equivalente al servicio, la habitación está muy limpia y los artículos de tocador son Hermes, alabanza 👍

Ubicado en la hermosa zona de Petite France, pero de fácil acceso en taxi. Nos sorprendió un poco cuando nos sacaron del edificio principal del hotel donde nos registramos y nos llevaron a un edificio antiguo (pero de aspecto pintoresco). Pero no teníamos motivos para preocuparnos, ya que el interior era moderno y estaba bien equipado. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, con una gran vista del canal. Hay muchos restaurantes a poca distancia a pie del hotel y pudimos explorar toda Petite France a pie desde nuestro hotel. El personal era muy amable y servicial.

El hotel es una pasada, la ubicación maravillosa. Un hotel muy romántico. el desayuno esta bien pero sin duda mas que la comida , poder desayunar mirando el canal te llena de paz. No hemos alojado 4 días y dos de ellos decidimos cenar alli, un poco caro pero bueno se tiene que pagar el lugar, y la atención, El personal del hotel super amable. La habitación que teníamos era bastante grande y las vistas encantadoras. Pero sin duda lo mejor la ubicación, hemos estado en diciembre durante los mercadillos y hacia mucho frio y la ubicación te permite ir al hotel descansar calentarte y volver a salir. Sin duda lo recomendaría. 100%

La ubicación de este hotel de 4* es inmejorable, ubicado en pleno corazón de la Petit France, y con muchos restaurantes alrededor.. Habitaciones de varios tipos.. la que cogimos nosotros un poco pequeña para 2, pero es cierto que bien aprovechada y muy tranquila. Nos gustaría recalcar, el excelente trato del personal.. te hacen sentir como en casa.. A destacar la atención excepcional y muy profesional de FADELA, SAMAR y MARC, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. El desayuno, sin ser súper variado, es completo y suficiente Por poner un pero, en el baño había en ocasiones, mal olor por las tuberías.. Lugar recomendable, y que repetiríamos

Considero que el hotel está muy bien desde la atención inicial hasta la habitación, muy cómoda y detalles especiales, el café, el te, las galletas, todos detalles que van creando la experiencia. La habitación tiene un escritorio y buenas vistas. Esta en una zona universitaria, por tanto tránsito se personas hay. Tiene restaurante y supermercados cerca. Por tanto nada les faltara, el tranvía pasa a unos pocos pasos y tienes a unos minutos caminando la zona europea y muchos parque. Como siempre problema de los hoteles el wifi, nunca sirve. Dos hechos importantes el ascensor tenía una falla en el piso 5 y no abría la puerta. Y al estar en zona universitaria ya sabemos que tendremos ruido, las paredes son muy finas.

No service at all. The reception is only available till 7 pm. So if you arrive 30 min later there is nobody to acomodate you not even by telephone. We booked the hotel exclusively for the underground parking but as there is nobody at the desk you cannot enter the parking either. The streets around the appart hotel al full of cars and there is no spot early in the evening. It is also difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. We had to ask the neighbors as it is an entry for the apartment complex and another entry around the corner for the hotel. Via de email at 18.59 hr you get a message that they leave a credit-card form key for you in a locker that you have to localise inside of the lobby. An old person will not be able to follow these instructions. We found the key but did not enter the room as we first wanted to get the car parked. But as the hotel parking is only open with a remote control you cannot enter if no one is there. The neighbors are nice and let you in, but Néméa parking is blocked by a barrier and you cannot get in. Inside the garage are warnings not to park elsewhere or you are transpassing. So we got so stressed that we decided to leave and book elsewhere last second. It was 20.30 hrs in the meantime and bookings via booking.com did not get through. We had to book in situ. All with all a lot of stress. The people from Néméa were not apologetic that nobody answers the phone after 19.00 hrs not even at 19.30 hr, when we called. You cannot arrange for a parking spot only on the arrival day upon arrival. They do not tell you this nor that it costs you 50 euro extra as deposit that you hope to get back. Either ways, Néméa is not willing to reimburse us. We will definitely never book with them again. And if you come by car, unless you can arrive prior to 18 hr (so that you can be sure you can arrange the parking) avoid this place as well. The area is not safe to leave a heavily loaded expensive car on the streets. Safety first! Booking.com censors this review this is why we place it here❗❗❗

No hablando sucio en los bunks (gratificada), pero por lo que parece nuevo, los espacios compartidos son crudos. Las habitaciones son muy duras, la mitad de la jabón y los secador no funcionan (no es una buena cosa para la higiene, obviamente), las duchas estaban siempre cubiertas en agua y agua caliente, para debate. No albergue, algunas personas están hablando alto y sin duda no a las 8:00, como la habitación estaba básicamente en el bar y el bar estaba ocupado (ver el siguiente artículo) hasta después de 1. Por supuesto, podríamos haber cerrado la ventana para ayudar un poco, pero sin otro flujo de aire en la habitación, es una opción entre super alto y caliente/estupendo. Alto ganado. La última vez, durante mi estancia, estaban hospedando un evento que significaba una tonelada de personas que estaban ahí. Ahora el evento fue para un gran propósito y que es increíble y todos eran amigables también, pero todavía significaba que el bar fue tomado básicamente por los locales que se conocieron y llenaron los espacios de la comunidad, en lugar de un viajero o incluso una vibe general del bar. No es una cosa emocionante para descubrir después de la entrada. El bar / restaurante está bien hecho con una buena variedad de opciones y precios decentes aunque no he encontrado el desayuno que vale la pena el bufete. Como en las demás localidades, las habitaciones están bien hechos, los bunks tienen buenas cortinas, energía, luces, todas las obras de un 10/10, pero no.

Nos alojamos el 30 y 31 de diciembre. La ubicación está bien para ir caminando al centro de la ciudad. El personal muy amable y atento. Nos alojamos en familia en dos habitaciones, una de ellas tenía un baño adaptado para personas con discapacidad física, muy amplio y con el sumidero en el medio, con lo cual al ducharte todo se llenaba de agua (incomodidad) y sin ningún tipo de fuente de calor en el mismo (incomodidad), con lo cual tuvimos que pedir un radiador en recepción que nos fue entregado rápidamente. La habitación muy amplia pero sin lugar para apoyar las maletas, mobiliario minimalista. Básicamente el hotel está bien, pero tienen que mejorar esos detallitos para estar mejor.

The hotel is affordable, stylish and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. They speak multiple languages. They welcome your well behaved dog and provide treats and dog bowls. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet and allow your dog to eat with you. The room was clean and equipped with a refrigerator and Nespresso machine. They have private parking available for small cars. You must make arrangements in advance to park in their garage. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus and tram stations. You can also walk to Petite France and Notre Dame Cathedral.

We had an overall wonderful experience in the Hotel Beaucour. The staff was super-friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the interior of our room was cozy. The location was perfect; nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with cafés/bars/restaurants in front of your doorstep and right by the river, it is just a 3-min walk from the cathedral and the city centre. A parking lot is just opposite and the price is slightly reduced for hotel guests. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Strasbourg.
