La infraestructura del hotel se encuentra en un buen entorno de saneamiento y es difícil encontrar una plaza de aparcamiento en el centro de la ciudad. Sincronízate con amigos para reservar dos habitaciones del mismo estándar y al mismo precio. Pero las dos habitaciones son un mundo aparte, una habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, y el servicio de habitaciones por la noche y pequeños obsequios están disponibles. La otra habitación es extremadamente rudimentaria y no tiene servicio. Lo más insoportable es que una de las habitaciones no tenía control remoto de TV. La respuesta que recibí después de llamar a la recepción fue que no había forma de resolverlo. Un hotel de cuatro estrellas ni siquiera tiene un control remoto de TV de repuesto. Incluso si no hay un control remoto de repuesto, el personal de servicio puede tomar uno de la habitación vacía. El personal de recepción era arrogante y falto de cortesía. Nunca me quedaré de nuevo la próxima vez.

Ubicado en la hermosa zona de Petite France, pero de fácil acceso en taxi. Nos sorprendió un poco cuando nos sacaron del edificio principal del hotel donde nos registramos y nos llevaron a un edificio antiguo (pero de aspecto pintoresco). Pero no teníamos motivos para preocuparnos, ya que el interior era moderno y estaba bien equipado. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, con una gran vista del canal. Hay muchos restaurantes a poca distancia a pie del hotel y pudimos explorar toda Petite France a pie desde nuestro hotel. El personal era muy amable y servicial.

El hotel es una pasada, la ubicación maravillosa. Un hotel muy romántico. el desayuno esta bien pero sin duda mas que la comida , poder desayunar mirando el canal te llena de paz. No hemos alojado 4 días y dos de ellos decidimos cenar alli, un poco caro pero bueno se tiene que pagar el lugar, y la atención, El personal del hotel super amable. La habitación que teníamos era bastante grande y las vistas encantadoras. Pero sin duda lo mejor la ubicación, hemos estado en diciembre durante los mercadillos y hacia mucho frio y la ubicación te permite ir al hotel descansar calentarte y volver a salir. Sin duda lo recomendaría. 100%

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, las compras y la visualización son muy convenientes, el servicio del hotel es excelente, la conducción autónoma puede estacionar el automóvil en la puerta, el camarero lo ayudará a estacionar el automóvil en el estacionamiento, solo necesita encontrar el camarero y él lo llevará a la puerta.El servicio está en su lugar, la tarifa de estacionamiento es pequeña y costosa, pero personalmente creo que es equivalente al servicio, la habitación está muy limpia y los artículos de tocador son Hermes, alabanza 👍

La ubicación de este hotel de 4* es inmejorable, ubicado en pleno corazón de la Petit France, y con muchos restaurantes alrededor.. Habitaciones de varios tipos.. la que cogimos nosotros un poco pequeña para 2, pero es cierto que bien aprovechada y muy tranquila. Nos gustaría recalcar, el excelente trato del personal.. te hacen sentir como en casa.. A destacar la atención excepcional y muy profesional de FADELA, SAMAR y MARC, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. El desayuno, sin ser súper variado, es completo y suficiente Por poner un pero, en el baño había en ocasiones, mal olor por las tuberías.. Lugar recomendable, y que repetiríamos

We had an overall wonderful experience in the Hotel Beaucour. The staff was super-friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the interior of our room was cozy. The location was perfect; nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with cafés/bars/restaurants in front of your doorstep and right by the river, it is just a 3-min walk from the cathedral and the city centre. A parking lot is just opposite and the price is slightly reduced for hotel guests. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Strasbourg.

Estabamos en Estrasburgo por una noche en nuestro viaje de Austria a Inglaterra. Está totalmente deseable con nuestra estadía en el Hotel des Arts. Está en el centro de todas las atracciones, a menos de 100 metros de la catedral. El hotel está situado en una zona pedestrianizada, pero la recepción recomendó un parque de coches a 4 minutos a pie. El hotel es intencionado, pero muy limpio y cómodo. Altamente recomendado.

El hotel está bien situado y nuestra habitación de piso superior tiene una vista a la catedral. Muchos cafés y restaurantes cerca. Obviamente fue ruidoso con las ventanas abiertas a la noche, pero tranquilo una vez que las cerramos. La habitación misma era decente. La zona de la ducha y la piscina se separaba con una cortina. Un par de muebles estaban un poco ocupados y podrían haber sido reemplazados. También necesitaban un par de ganchos adicionales para colgar toallas húmedas para secar. La cama estaba muy cómoda, pero dormimos bien. El desayuno era bueno con una selección justa. El personal estaba muy guapo. Muy amable y útil.

Estuvimos una noche. Nos alojaron en una habitación a la que se accedía por una escalera no había ascensor.la habitación estaba pegada a la terraza del bar con lo que pensamos que no íbamos a poder dormir en toda la noche. Pero cuando llegamos a la noche ya estaba cerrado el bar con lo cual podemos descansar estupendamente. La habitación y el desayuno buffet maravilloso de los mejores que he probado en mi vida , además el precio por todo esto en un hotel de 5 estrellas , en el centro de estrasburgo, no nos pareció caro. Tiene un convenio con un parking privado cercano a 18 el día, sino 44

The hotel is affordable, stylish and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. They speak multiple languages. They welcome your well behaved dog and provide treats and dog bowls. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet and allow your dog to eat with you. The room was clean and equipped with a refrigerator and Nespresso machine. They have private parking available for small cars. You must make arrangements in advance to park in their garage. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus and tram stations. You can also walk to Petite France and Notre Dame Cathedral.

Hoteles en El País Vasco: El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas. A diferencia de lo que dicen los demás, mi habitación estaba al lado de la calle y era relativamente tranquila, quizá porque era un domingo por la noche. Estaba en Estrasburgo para el fin de semana y estaba buscando un hotel con navegación para el aeropuerto y era el único que indicaban los sitios web. Mientras que finalmente después de paseos en la ciudad hay otros cerca de la estación de trenes SNCF, porque para ir al aeropuerto es suficiente un billete de tren a 2.50 €

Wir haben zu dritt Straßbourg erkundet. Dafür liegt dieses Hotel sehr zentral. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fußläufig ist auch sehr viel zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat eine individuelle Gestaltung. Die Betten bequem. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett. Ein kleines Manko hatten wir beim Frühstück: Der Raum ist etwas klein, so dass nicht alle Gäste Platz finden bzw. warten müssen. Der Kaffeeautomat hat gestreikt, schlecht für mich. Das Frühstück selbst war mittelmäßig. Ich würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen!

I stayed at Hotel les Haras for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. It is across the river just a few blocks from Petite France and the old town. It is a 15 mins. walk from the train station. So everything is close, but you are just outside the centre so it feels really quiet and peaceful. It is near the teaching hospital and the cave historique des hospices de strasbourg (old wine cellar) is worth popping by and is very close. There are also several excellent and affordable restaurants within steps of the hotel - less touristy than the ones near the cathedral. I chose this hotel because hotel guests have access to the spa area/pool for 1 hour daily and this was a highlight of my stay. You do have to reserve a time slot, but I would usually book it on the same day and whatever time I wanted was available. Sometimes I had the facilities to myself, and at maximum there were 3 other people there. The swimming pool is heated and beautifully designed. It is peaceful but big enough you can actually swim some laps. There is also a Finnish sauna, steam room, showers, and one of those buckets where you pull the cord and it dumps cold water on you. Then there is a relaxation area with chairs, loungers, blankets and tea. Just blissful!! If you want to stay over 1 hour, it is 25 euros but I also did not feel they were strict and timing your stay to the minute. I did not use the gym but took a peek and it is small without any mirrors, but has some basic equipment if you need (cardio machines, free weights). They let me borrow the pilates mat as I prefer to workout in my room so that I can use videos from my laptop. When I checked in, I was shocked to see my room was not cleaned and was a mess from the previous guest. I was surprised at the oversight. I would also say the woman who checked me in was not particularly warm. She just gave me my key and did not make any small talk whatsoever (e.g. asking where I came from/how the flight was etc). So my first impression was not the best. But there was a staff member in the hallway, so I told them my room was not ready and she quickly fixed the situation. At first, she said I can wait and they will clean it. But I was annoyed as I had been traveling almost 24 hours (flight to CDG then taxi to train station then train then 15 mins walk in the heat) and just wanted to rest and shower. Plus, it was after 3pm which is the designated check-in time. It's not like I arrived early. Thankfully, they found me another room and immediately took me there and were apologetic. I did not require much assistance from the concierge as I already had things planned out. I did not eat their breakfast, as I preferred to go to different cafes nearby to try their baked goods and coffee. I did enjoy sitting in the courtyard and reading. Front desk staff (a kind man, didn't get his name) were helpful when I needed to borrow a universal adapter. The room itself (the basic queen room) was near perfect.
