He staff here on march lb in Stockton ca. Is awesome they are very understanding as long as u communicate with ur situation. You never know what someone is going thru and front desk made my bad day turn around. I recommend this place its clean no roaches and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would.😁👌

The people behind me in the next room kept hitting on the walls till late night like it was kids in there or something. I couldn't change the room because it was sold out i was there for a death in the family to rest but had to wait till they settled down late night ..

Not the best area, but they take extreme safety measures. Very clean property. Staff is amazing! Rooms are clean and look nice. Overall excellent stay.

It was just a pleasure to enjoy peace and quietness. I be visiting again soon this time for a much longer stay

Easy access to highway 5 and many dining options walking distance. Free parking and Dave Wong's Chinese Restaurant is a must try.

The staff was not friendly, very short or not courteous. Like they didnt make it enjoyable. Around 1 am the hallway smelled like ****, and the room cleaning lady woke me up around 6 am cleaning next room. I was on third floor not sure why they couldnt wait until later

There were bugs everywhere in the room, the towels smelled like mildew, and the floors were filthy dirty. My sons socks were so black. My kids were scared to sleep in one of the beds because of the bugs on the floor and the stains on the sheets. We left bright and early the next morning and went to a better hotel. I would love my Money back!!

The location was good. The breakfast should be better then the offered one. THey got the reservation response done by orbitz/******* are taken late. Dr. Arslan

The Hotel is rundown, Noisey early mornings 12:00 midnight on. Three Handicapped Parking Only. I called regarding 1st Floor. The Manage claimed she tried to call me, she did not. The most UnProfessional when lied about taking Cash, only if you are there more than 7days,, who is going to give them over $2,000 cash (No Hotel) for they can be Robbed. I'm reaching out to the Main office and not give the Hotel and a BAD Rating. The Surrouning Are is in a Business Professional, with views of the Waterfront and Very good Resturants.

Poorly maintained, filthy property . Not recommend. So many people standing & Smoking at parking lot .

Property isn’t that bad. A lot of homeless people around the area and can tell some people staying there actually live there. The staff was a amazing very sweet and helpful.

No breakfast, just a continental breakfast- and a minimal poor quality one. 2 star accommodations.
