The initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is new and hence in a very good condition. We adored the amenities and especially the steamer in the room. A small improvement might be heated swimming pool outside as it's always freezing cold. Another thing is we weren't exactly informed about the a la carte menù or what was complimentary from spa services like sauna etc

The crew are very diligent, considerate and friendly. The atmosphere is what to be expected from a boutique hotel in a very nice off the track location. Avoid Goreme circus, this hotel gives you a quick access to all the Cappadocia sites with the feeling to be an honored guess.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

El hotel es perfecto en todos los sentidos. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, las camas eran cómodas y la habitación era nueva. La habitación tenía minibar y hervidor de agua con agua, té y café de cortesía. El baño tenía agua caliente, jabón, champú y secador de pelo. La comida y el desayuno eran abundantes y deliciosos. Este es un hotel donde puedes alojarte con tranquilidad. Muchas gracias por todo. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a todos.

Uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado. Tenía piscina privada en mi habitación, aunque solo reservé una habitación estándar. El personal fue muy amable y las habitaciones estaban impecables. Y los precios eran muy razonables. Volveré.
