カッパドキアに泊まるならギョレメが1番。ロケーション的には最適ではなかった。 それでも室内はゴージャスで清潔感がありました。 設備的にはドアの施錠がとても困難でした。 直して欲しいと思いました。 ホテルの朝食はとても美味しくトルコの伝統的な食事が取れました。あとツアーも予約してくれるなどサービスはとても良かったです。

Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

Как нам повезло, что из всех отелей в Каппадокии мы выбрали именно Serinn. Хотели переночевать в пещерном номере и наша мечта сбылась. Прекрасный отель. Номер по высшему разряду. Все сделано с душой и любовью. Одноразовые тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер. Все полотенца белоснежные. Чай, кофе, шоколадные батончики, вода бесплатно. В душе очень хороший напор воды. Отель небольшой, но есть зона для отдыха с диванами и стульчиками. Вокруг цветы, растения. Завтрак просто космос. Так вкусно и по-домашнему нас еще нигде не кормили. Овощи, сыры, настоящий бекон, клубника, киви, нутелла. Отдельно для каждого приготовили омлет и турецкие лепешки. Сама Эрен владелец данного отеля - очень чудесная женщина. Открытая. Добрая. Возле отеля есть парковка. До ресторанов и магазинов недалеко. На машине ездили до поляны с запуском воздушных шаров, дорога заняла минут 10. Однозначно рекомендую.

Me siento extraño, haha, la habitación es mucho mejor que imaginar y imágenes ~ La actitud del personal de servicio es muy buena. El hotel en Kapadochia básicamente puede traer toda la ayuda que puedas imaginar. Desde la reserva de la nave de transporte hasta la experiencia de balón caliente es muy bueno

Einfach und kurz gesagt; Wenn wir das nächste mal nach Urfa kommen, soll und wird es definitiv erneut dieses Hotel sein! Lage; Perfekt! - 5Min. von der Altstadt und ”Balıklıgöl” entfernt. Personal; nicht zu überteffen! - Das Personal übertrifft sich selber an Freundlichkeit und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Das Vertauensverhältnis ist sofort aufgebaut. Schaut euch nich nach Guides oder ähnliches um.... Das Personal und die Direktion ist bestens informiert und gibt gerne Tips und Tourenvorschläge. Zimmer; Traumhaft (schaut das Bild)

El hotel está muy bien y el personal era excepcional. Excepto que el aire en la habitación era muy estancado y caliente, y nos pusieron justo al lado de la carretera, así que era muy ruido y difícil de dormir, el techo de la habitación se hace de madera así junto con el ruido de coches y un autobús de personas muy alto a las 6:00 y luego alrededor de 7:00: 30 la gente arriba caminó sobre nuestras cabezas por una hora y los coches casi agitaron la habitación. La piscina también es demasiado fría para nadar en mayo...todo en todo es un bonito hotel con personal muy amable pero recomendo que le solicite una habitación tranquila lejos de la carretera y un fan para un sueño decente.

Simplemente un hotel increíble en el centro con un diseño genial de las habitaciones. Vivíamos en la habitación más sencilla y cara con piscina. Ambos son geniales, pero con una piscina, por supuesto, elegante. Ambiente muy agradable en el hotel, personal muy atento y amable, ayudaron en todo. Todas las excursiones las compramos en el hotel, nos salieron más baratas, lo cual es muy sorprendente. Me gustó mucho que cada habitación tenga su propia salida y una pequeña terraza con diferentes interiores. Desayunos muy sabrosos. Todo es muy elegante y estéticamente agradable, cada jarrón y taza en la habitación es simplemente una obra de arte. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel en Capadocia ❤️

the stuff is sooo friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the hotel location is near the ortahisar castle and the most popular street of the town with restaurants. it is 10 min from Göreme by car. the room is clean, comfortable, has everything you could need and WARM - the weather was cold and rainy, so this fact saved ours cold asses. but if you go during the warm or hot weather, take into account that room has no ventilation (no windows as well) except the door. so i recommend to book a room with a window here :)

generally we had a pleasant stay at this hotel! Our flight landed early and the staff let us check in in the morning so we didn’t need to wait outside. Rooms are pretty clean & nicely decorated. Breakfasts are authentic Turkish food and we enjoyed it a lot 🥰
