Küçük bir butik otel. 7-8 Haziran 2025 tarihlerinde aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otel Ürgüp'te tarihi vadiyi hakim bir konumdan görüyor. İşletme sahibi Turgut Bey müşterilerle bizzat ilgileniyor. Kapadokya yöresinde görmeniz gereken yerler hakkında bilgi veriyor, böylelikle bölge hakkında bizim gibi bir fikriniz olmasa da bilinçli bir şekilde geziyorsunuz. 2 gün dolu dolu güzel bir tatil yapıp evimize döndük. We stayed at Potamia Cave Hotel for 3 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cave room was beautifully designed. Cozy, clean, and full of authentic caves. Every corner of the hotel felt magical and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious Turkish breakfast and a great variety of local dishes that made every morning special. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and romantic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cappadocia. Waking up in a cave room was such a unique and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire Potamia Cave Hotel team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would love to come back again!

Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Services are excellent. Cleanliness are best. Their restaurant are affordable and services are tip top. Highly recommend. Will want to stay again when we come back.

The crew are very diligent, considerate and friendly. The atmosphere is what to be expected from a boutique hotel in a very nice off the track location. Avoid Goreme circus, this hotel gives you a quick access to all the Cappadocia sites with the feeling to be an honored guess.

the stuff is sooo friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the hotel location is near the ortahisar castle and the most popular street of the town with restaurants. it is 10 min from Göreme by car. the room is clean, comfortable, has everything you could need and WARM - the weather was cold and rainy, so this fact saved ours cold asses. but if you go during the warm or hot weather, take into account that room has no ventilation (no windows as well) except the door. so i recommend to book a room with a window here :)

特別好！我們是熱氣球被取消了，所以臨時在卡帕多住了一天，之前住附近dedeli,臨時訂的這家，除了房間比dedeli小，但是衞生，洞穴各方面都和dedeli差不多，酒店還有一個庭院，可以坐坐！而且價格很美麗！尤其是老闆！特別熱情，還給我們嚐了他自己醃的菜和用當地葡萄做的糖漿！自由行的朋友強烈推薦，第二天去熱氣球很近

El hotel está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, a unos dos o tres kilómetros, hay muchos grupos de turismo chinos allí, espero hasta las 4:00 de la tarde para ingresar.  El cuarto es muy grande, el paisaje es muy bueno y muy limpio, viene a limpiar todos los días, no hay nada que provocar aparte de la ubicación geográfica. El desayuno es muy rico

Such a lovely host at this hotel. We loved the suite, with the amazing jacuzzi, lounge space and the room which had a king-size bed and a single bed for our child. The breakfast was outstanding and the view over the city too. We'll be back!
