This place was amazing! As soon as you get there, there are like 5 to 10 workers hopping out of the building just to assist you. They come open your car door for you. They grab all your luggage no matter how heavy they are, I tried helping them but they refused any help. And then during the Check-In, I was brought a glass of something to drink, it looked like an Old-Fashion but I'm not sure. Then after check-in, one of the employees named First, carried my luggage to my room. Again, I tried to help him but he was very persistent on doing it himself. I got the Deluxe Room with Ocean view, and it was amazing for only $200 for 3 nights. Comes with a small kitchen, a washer (might have been a 2 in 1, Washer/Dryer, I did not use it), a seating area that could probably fit up to 3 people, a bathtub & a shower, & the toilet was separated in it's only little space. Also, you can see through the windows to the bathroom, but there is a privacy setting, where it will instantly tint the windows where people outside of the bathroom can no longer see inside, I thought that was very cool and unique compared to other places. Breakfast was great, the views at breakfast are also amazing since it's basically at the top floor. It feels very fancy up there, I saw many people come up there just to take photos of the place. Also, I did not pay extra to have breakfast everyday, however when I went, I did want to try the breakfast out. So I paid for it one day, & luckily they were running a deal, buy one get one free, so I basically got 2 breakfasts for only 450 baht. I think the breakfast was pretty good. My trip consisted of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pattaya, & Bangkok, and of the 4 cities I stayed in, I enjoyed this breakfast the most. The pool from the top floor is a little small, but still great. I love the little sandy area they have up there with bean bag lounge chairs too. And then there's a lot of seating if you're not trying to get wet or sandy, it's a very intimate setting at night. The bar stays open until midnight, so I stayed up there until close one night. It's very relaxing. I think the only minor issue I could think of is, if your Grab driver is driving down from the north, they aren't able to make a right turn going into the Hotel's parking lot. There are dividers in the middle of the road preventing you from making right turns, so your Grab drivers have to keep driving until whenever they're able to make a U-Turn, & sometimes that takes a while due to traffic. I think that was very annoying for many of my Grab drivers. At night time, this area isn't too lively either, which I like, because it's quiet & easier to get a Grab driver or to get around. However, if you just walk like a good 10-15 minutes, it can get crazy, or you can get to Central Pattaya mall or the beach. So it isn't too far from all the good stuff either. Overall, this is a great place & I would love to stay there again whenever I'm in Pattaya. Also, Nisa & First were both amazing, great customer service from both of them. All of the staff were amazing actually, I had a really good waitress during breakfast too, but I didn't catch her name.

Su ubicación es inmejorable: justo enfrente de los grandes almacenes Central. A solo cinco minutos a pie de la playa y la calle peatonal, disfrutar de restaurantes, entretenimiento y mucho más es muy cómodo. 🛏️Experiencia en el hotel: El apartamento con vistas al mar es increíblemente espacioso, perfecto para familias o estancias largas. Me encantó la bañera grande y los electrodomésticos totalmente equipados. ¡Tener nevera, microondas, lavadora y un juego completo de utensilios de cocina en Tailandia es una gran ventaja! 💯 P.D.: El baño no tiene toma de corriente para secador de pelo ni aire acondicionado independiente. Un pequeño inconveniente, pero que no afecta a la experiencia general. 🌊Lo más destacado del hotel: 1. ¡La piscina infinita en la azotea es espectacular! 2. Disfruta de impresionantes puestas de sol sin ir a la playa; ¡aquí mismo puedes capturar las puestas de sol más bonitas! 🌇 3. Buen aislamiento acústico en la zona de los edificios altos. Aunque está cerca de la calle, no te molestará el ruido (a menos que te encuentres con motos ruidosas...). 4. Ideal para niños; hay muchas actividades para toda la familia. 🍽️Restaurantes: La selección de desayunos es limitada y el sabor es normalito. Sin embargo, ¡hay muchísimos restaurantes deliciosos cerca! ¡Perfecto para guardar espacio para la auténtica comida tailandesa! 😋 ⚠️Consejos: 1. Calles estrechas con tráfico mixto de peatones y vehículos; caminar es más rápido que tomar un taxi en hora punta. 2. Cerca de la calle de los bares; la clientela es variada. 3. La zona de los alrededores es relativamente antigua y no tan limpia como la zona T21. Quienes se preocupen especialmente por el medio ambiente deberían tenerlo en cuenta. En general, este lugar no tiene grandes defectos. ¡La relación calidad-precio y la ubicación son excelentes! 💥 ¡Es la mejor opción de alojamiento en Pattaya!

My fiancée and I stayed at this gorgeous resort for the first time and we were absolutely blown away by everything. The room we chose was the private pool villa which also had a view of the resorts pool on a beautiful balcony. The room was super clean and included a free mini bar. The bathroom had a his and her sink with a beautiful shower area. The bed was a really big one that could probably fit about 4 adults, but we really enjoyed how comfortable it was. The breakfast buffet was amazing with everything you can think of, including a kiddies section. They also had free golf carts that can pick you up from your villa and take you around the resort to where you need to be. The resort also had lots of other amenities such as a gym, pool bar that was accessible through the pool and free use of the electric bicycles for 30 minutes. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked our next trip!!!

The communication via email was prompt and professional. Khun Kaw (Front Office): It was a pleasure to be checked in by Khun Kaw again! The service was outstanding. She provided a very clear explanation of the facilities and all the exclusive privileges with a warm, genuine smile. Having a familiar face provide such high-level service made the welcome feel very special. For the breakfast, I noticed a significant variety of Indian cuisine during my stay. While it was more prominent than usual, it was completely understandable as there seemed to be an Indian group in-house at the time. The quality remained good nonetheless. Overall, it was another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for attentive service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

Como huésped frecuente de este hotel, me entristece la aparición de bares de cerveza al lado del establecimiento, lo que en esta ocasión hizo que mi estancia fuera mucho menos agradable. El ruido se oía hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Cerrar la ventilación de la ventana abierta de los baños sería una buena idea, ya que los baños ya están ventilados por un ventilador. Por ahí entra mucho ruido. ¿También poner burletes alrededor de la puerta de entrada? Sigue siendo un buen hotel, pero no es la ganga que solía ser.

Un muy buen hotel, muy cerca de la playa. Últimamente no hay muchos turistas de Tailandia. Sólo cuesta 300 yuanes y tiene dos piscinas. Y el edificio antiguo ha sido renovado muy bien. Me gusta más la orientación y las habitaciones del edificio antiguo.

- Buena ubicación, justo frente a la playa con un 7-11, masajes, muchos lugares para comer cerca. - El servicio del personal fue bueno. Fueron amables y respetuosos. No surgió ningún problema en particular durante la estadía. - El hotel en sí tiene 10 pisos. Me decepcionó un poco que la habitación de esquina que nos dieron esté en el quinto piso (edificio S), ya que la vista está parcialmente obstruida por otro edificio y una gran antena. Solo si hubiéramos tenido un piso más arriba habría sido perfecto. (Solicité un piso más alto al hacer la reserva, pero me dijeron que no está garantizado...) - Cabe señalar que hay 2 secciones de baño separadas (i) viene con ducha de lluvia + lavabo; (ii) viene con bañera, inodoro y un lavabo más pequeño. Ambas puertas de baño son ”puertas de vidrio” que no se pueden cerrar con llave, por lo que puede resultar incómodo para algunas personas usar el baño. - El desayuno era bueno, con una variedad decente. El personal también fue servicial y agradable. Hay una ”estación de huevos” que solo ofrece huevos fritos (no ofrecen tortilla, huevos revueltos ni nada más, no es un gran problema, pero creo que vale la pena señalarlo) - Intenté llamar a Recepción/Comida y Bebida varias veces alrededor de las 8:00 p. m. durante una noche, quería verificar si tenían servicio de habitaciones (quería verificar el menú y el precio), pero no obtuve ninguna respuesta después de 3 o 4 llamadas. Si alguien hubiera contestado y hubiera dicho que ya pasó la hora del último pedido o que no lo ofrecen, habría estado bien, pero fue extraño no obtener ninguna respuesta en la llamada en absoluto, dado que tienen recepción las 24 horas y solo eran las 8:00 p. m. - Tardó un poco en enfriar la habitación después de encender el aire acondicionado En general, definitivamente fue una estadía decente y no hubo un problema importante del que quejarse en particular. Aunque quiero señalar algunas partes que podrían mejorarse.

La ubicación es excelente, en Haibin 2nd Road, muy cerca de la playa. Reservé una habitación de lujo y quería balcón, pero por desgracia está en el primer piso y no tiene balcón. La vista desde la ventana estaba un poco sucia, y el gimnasio era demasiado pequeño, lo cual fue una pequeña decepción. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bastante bien.

El hotel estaba a pie de Central Pattaya, que era muy conveniente. El personal del hotel era muy amable, pero se espera que el lugar sea limpio en general a este precio. Definitivamente una buena estancia amistosa.
