The villa itself is very very good. Clean and tidy. It got KARAOKE system, high end speakers and mics. Directly connect to YouTube music, Netflix, private pool, bathtubs, snooker table, open kitchen. It really has everything. Definitely need your own car or your own sort of transportation other than that it ticks every box. 7-11s are also closed by. 100% would definitely come back again with my group of friends when we are travelling to Pattaya again. Perfect for big family’s, couples and groups of friends together. The pictures in these reviews couldn’t do its justice. When I stepped foot inside I was running around like a kid. It was simply that good! Had the chance to stayed there for 3-4 days straight. Also got its own washing machines and dryer 😂

Our stay was very pleasant: daily cleaning, a beautiful area with peacocks and a rooster)) and delicious food at the resort restaurant. The location is close to Central Marina and Big C, and not too far from Terminal 21, but it’s a bit far from the beach. Good Wi-Fi.

We had a fantastic stay at Pattaya Zhongtian Beach Villa. The villa is spacious, modern, and very well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, there was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The private swimming pool was a big highlight—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both daytime fun and evening relaxation. The living areas are large and comfortable, making it great for group gatherings. Bedrooms were clean, air-conditioned, and the bathrooms were modern and convenient. The location is another plus: close to the beach, quiet, and private, yet still within easy reach of central Pattaya. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the property was easy and responsive. Overall, this villa offers great value for money, privacy, and comfort. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay near the beach in Pattaya. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything is good.Front Desk is good and friendly , room cleaning services is good and fast . Except the Wifi Internet the room I stay at almost the far end is bad . Should check as this is very important as sometimes we need to access the internet for work The air con .noise are loud beside the control of fan and temperature may have broken.

Estaba en un viaje de negocios a Pattaya y contacté con el dueño del hotel. Inicialmente, pensaba registrarme en inglés, pero como el dueño es chino, nos comunicamos exclusivamente por voz y vídeo. Al llegar, descubrí que el hotel estaba ubicado en una zona de Pattaya que antes era acomodada, lo que me pareció seguro y tranquilo. El hotel ofrece comida china y tailandesa, y el chef chino es chino. Quienes viajan frecuentemente a Tailandia saben que no hay que fiarse de las reseñas online de la comida tailandesa; basta con probar un par de platos para comprobar la calidad de la cocina china. Esa noche, con mucho interés, el dueño me llevó personalmente a explorar diferentes restaurantes. Encontramos uno con una relación calidad-precio inmejorable: era la primera vez que comía allí y ¡fue absolutamente fantástico! Sin duda, volveré a reservar en este sitio la próxima vez. 👍👍👍
