I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coastal Oasis Hotel, and I can confidently say that it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff at the reception. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning ocean view – a gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The breathtaking view of the ocean from my balcony was the highlight of the room, and I enjoyed many peaceful moments just gazing at the tranquil waters. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight. The menu featured a wide array of delectable dishes, and each meal was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, and they made dining a truly enjoyable experience. One of the standout features of the Coastal Oasis Hotel is its impeccable attention to detail. From the well-maintained grounds to the spotless pool area, every aspect of the property exuded elegance and luxury. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

El personal del restaurante nos brindó un servicio excelente durante los dos días de nuestra estancia. A los niños les encantaron las piscinas, tanto grandes como pequeñas. Cuando llegamos, probablemente acababan de limpiar la habitación y el suelo seguía mojado. El aire acondicionado era agradable y fresco. La cama era cómoda, pero había muchos mosquitos. Las cortinas de la entrada podrían haber sido más gruesas. La luz exterior era muy intensa cuando dormía. El televisor era antiguo, lo que me mareaba, así que rara vez lo encendía.

El hotel está situado a 20 minutos a pie de un centro comercial y a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses de Pattaya Norte. El hotel es limpio, acondicionado y cuenta con una bonita piscina donde se puede desconectar. Las habitaciones son agradables y son nuevas. La ducha tiene una buena presión. El gimnasio tiene 2 camiones, 2 bicicletas y otra máquina. No tiene equipo de peso, sólo algunos tornillos. El personal en la mesa delantera fue muy agradable. Gracias!

La ubicación está en una calle principal, por lo que es tranquila. A unos 20-25 minutos a pie de la playa. Al lado hay un supermercado y un KFC. Así que la ubicación está bien, aunque la caminata de 20 minutos hasta la playa puede ser molesta cuando hace mucho calor. La habitación parece pequeña, pero aceptable si te quedas menos de 5 días. La cama tiene enchufes cerca de un lado de la cama, pero no del otro. Las instalaciones son un poco extrañas teniendo en cuenta la clasificación de estrellas de este hotel. No hay zapatillas en la habitación, puede que no te parezca gran cosa, pero cuando tu calzado tiene arena debido a la playa, es útil tener un cambio de calzado. Solo se entregaron 2 almohadas y 2 toallas para dos personas, tuve que solicitar más (generalmente se esperan 4 en total) La presión de la ducha está bien, pero la temperatura del agua estará bien durante unos minutos y luego estará muy caliente; a pesar de apagar la ducha o mover el control a súper fría, no hay diferencia. Los servicios diarios incluirán gel de ducha, champú y acondicionador, pero solo 2 de ellos, no los 3. Por lo tanto, es molesto tener 2 acondicionadores y ningún gel de ducha. Ahora bien, todos los problemas anteriores son pequeños y se solucionan fácilmente a pedido... pero creo que la idea de un buen hotel es nunca tener que preguntar: todo debe ser proporcionado y estándar. El desayuno está bien, aunque el primer día nos dijeron que pidiéramos un menú en lugar de un buffet... esto no nos gusta. Pero la sala de desayunos es tranquila pero la cantidad, variedad y calidad de la comida es mejorable. Aunque me gustaba comer tostadas francesas. La habitación tiene una nevera con un pequeño congelador, un hervidor de agua y el hotel ofrece agua potable gratuita todos los días. En una nota más positiva, los miembros del personal son serviciales y amables. El aire acondicionado de la habitación es bueno (esto es vital en Tailandia) Creo que si quieres quedarte en Pattaya, puedes hacerlo peor que elegir Levana, pero también puedes hacerlo mejor. Sería mejor elegir un hotel más cerca de la playa, pero si sólo estás unos días en el pueblo no está tan mal. Por otro lado, hay una lavandería automática abierta las 24 horas de camino a la playa, por lo que es muy útil.

Nice hotel resort in its price. My room was at 7th floor. Clean, tidy, AC working well. View ia great (sea view and pool view. Breakfast:l OK (not bad not good) Staff: Friendly and helpfull. Cleaning: they clean the room in daily basis. Location: It is exactly next to the beaxh. Some restaurant nearby, 7eleven - 3 min walking. Huge swimming pool. Unfortuneatly, gym facility is very poor. Only 1 treatmill and set of barbel. Conclusion: I'd come back again.

El hotel tiene 3 edificios, el primer edificio, el primer día de entrar, el pasillo estaba bastante oscuro, al entrar a la habitación, las habitaciones estaban bien, limpias y ordenadas. Pero por mala suerte conseguí una habitación en el mismo piso que los huéspedes del dueño del hotel, según el personal, hubo un ruido fuerte, gritos, corriendo durante aproximadamente 2 horas y sin parar. Informé al personal y finalmente el hotel se responsabilizó dejándonos cambiar de habitación. La nueva habitación movida parece más nueva que la habitación original. Lo único que falta es un microondas a diferencia de la primera habitación a la que fui. Pero eso está bien. En general, se ve bien, cerca de tiendas y centros comerciales, viajes convenientes y el personal brinda un buen servicio.

The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort. The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation. The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch. Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful! Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google. This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot! Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍

perfect location for travelers, close to soi6 ,close to hollywood, tons of food / night market places near by. tons of massage places near by. good services , easy to locating by grab. the only thing that I might consern is since it's close to hollywood therefore, you can hear the subwoofer from outside.
