Very enjoyable stay overall. Location is good, very peaceful and close to many restaurants. Some points for improvement 1) provide toothbrushes and hair conditioner 2) bartenders at sky bar need to refrain from talking so loudly.

Objetivamente no es un 5*... Bueno *3. El desayuno es escaso en cuanto a platos, pero todo es sorprendentemente comestible. Ubicación: la llamamos en ruso ”acogedor f...s”. A unos 5 km de la terminal 21, el mercado más cercano y las tiendas de masajes están a 2 km del hotel. El hotel en sí, aunque está en sus inicios, todavía está vivo. Limpian normalmente. El hotel es tranquilo, a diferencia del centro de la ciudad.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

El hotel está situado a 20 minutos a pie de un centro comercial y a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses de Pattaya Norte. El hotel es limpio, acondicionado y cuenta con una bonita piscina donde se puede desconectar. Las habitaciones son agradables y son nuevas. La ducha tiene una buena presión. El gimnasio tiene 2 camiones, 2 bicicletas y otra máquina. No tiene equipo de peso, sólo algunos tornillos. El personal en la mesa delantera fue muy agradable. Gracias!

La ubicación está en una calle principal, por lo que es tranquila. A unos 20-25 minutos a pie de la playa. Al lado hay un supermercado y un KFC. Así que la ubicación está bien, aunque la caminata de 20 minutos hasta la playa puede ser molesta cuando hace mucho calor. La habitación parece pequeña, pero aceptable si te quedas menos de 5 días. La cama tiene enchufes cerca de un lado de la cama, pero no del otro. Las instalaciones son un poco extrañas teniendo en cuenta la clasificación de estrellas de este hotel. No hay zapatillas en la habitación, puede que no te parezca gran cosa, pero cuando tu calzado tiene arena debido a la playa, es útil tener un cambio de calzado. Solo se entregaron 2 almohadas y 2 toallas para dos personas, tuve que solicitar más (generalmente se esperan 4 en total) La presión de la ducha está bien, pero la temperatura del agua estará bien durante unos minutos y luego estará muy caliente; a pesar de apagar la ducha o mover el control a súper fría, no hay diferencia. Los servicios diarios incluirán gel de ducha, champú y acondicionador, pero solo 2 de ellos, no los 3. Por lo tanto, es molesto tener 2 acondicionadores y ningún gel de ducha. Ahora bien, todos los problemas anteriores son pequeños y se solucionan fácilmente a pedido... pero creo que la idea de un buen hotel es nunca tener que preguntar: todo debe ser proporcionado y estándar. El desayuno está bien, aunque el primer día nos dijeron que pidiéramos un menú en lugar de un buffet... esto no nos gusta. Pero la sala de desayunos es tranquila pero la cantidad, variedad y calidad de la comida es mejorable. Aunque me gustaba comer tostadas francesas. La habitación tiene una nevera con un pequeño congelador, un hervidor de agua y el hotel ofrece agua potable gratuita todos los días. En una nota más positiva, los miembros del personal son serviciales y amables. El aire acondicionado de la habitación es bueno (esto es vital en Tailandia) Creo que si quieres quedarte en Pattaya, puedes hacerlo peor que elegir Levana, pero también puedes hacerlo mejor. Sería mejor elegir un hotel más cerca de la playa, pero si sólo estás unos días en el pueblo no está tan mal. Por otro lado, hay una lavandería automática abierta las 24 horas de camino a la playa, por lo que es muy útil.

We had a great stay here , the room itself was great. Very spacious,cozy and modern at the same time. The restaurant offers a huge variety of different options although the breakfast was the only average part. The swimming pools are nice and well looked after and the massage bed beside the pool is a very nice touch. I recommend everyone to try it at least once. The staff was very nice,cheerfull and very much helpful and ready to assist us in any matter. The gym was very underwhelming for me as the equipment is very very limited and it’s not a 24h gym as other hotels around here offer. The hotel is located by the beach so that is a big advantage as well. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I praise the staff for the wonderful hospitality and the smooth service they provided us.

El personal es amable y te saluda muy a menudo. La vista es buena, abierta y se puede ver la curva de la playa de Pattaya. La habitación es espaciosa, pero el aire acondicionado hace ruido toda la noche. La cama no es muy cómoda. El enchufe es difícil de utilizar porque hay que alejarse mucho de la cama para enchufarlo. Hay luces empotradas en la habitación. El baño cuenta con artículos de aseo completos, incluidos cepillo de dientes y jabón. El desayuno está bien. En general se considera aceptable. Pero el precio es un poco alto.

I stayed at this hotel about 7–8 years ago and had a great experience. At that time, I stayed in the original (old) building, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. However, during my recent visit, I was a bit disappointed. My booking placed me in the J Residence, which is separate from the main building. This meant I had to walk back and forth to the main building for breakfast and to use the swimming pool, which was quite inconvenient. The biggest issue was that water was leaking from the air-conditioning unit in my room, which was quite frustrating and unexpected. Despite these problems, I want to highlight that the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was still very good—just like I remembered. Overall, I hope the hotel can improve the maintenance and room allocation for future guests, as it used to be a wonderful place to stay.

perfect location for travelers, close to soi6 ,close to hollywood, tons of food / night market places near by. tons of massage places near by. good services , easy to locating by grab. the only thing that I might consern is since it's close to hollywood therefore, you can hear the subwoofer from outside.

Considering the price and delivery ratio the hotel is ok. Not advisable for Indians with families. There is no mirror in the room, the light in the washroom is very dim... No toiletries kit.. That is ok, most hotel with low room rates do not give. The location is at the far end of the beach, but situated very near to the beach, just across the road. The front office is very helpful. Understandably it's a big hotel in transitional phase due to change of management..... The things may improve over a period of time.
