Es absolutamente el mejor hotel de vacaciones del mundo! La más digna de celebrarse es el equipo de servicio, multitud de personas, rápidos, educados, todo el personal, incluidos ingenieros, jardineros, se saludará educadamente a los huéspedes. El servicio de restaurante es de alta calidad, puede ser la característica de la mano de obra mexicana. El diseño ambiental responde a una expresión milenaria de China: ”Las montañas son pesadas y no hay camino para dudar, y la ciudad es más oscura.” Vivimos cinco días y tenemos nuevos descubrimientos todos los días. No sólo hay piscinas, sino también piscinas calientes y piscinas fluviales. La noche es extraordinariamente romántica, además de un restaurante de diferentes estilos, los huéspedes también pueden reservar su propia reunión con el hotel, como la playa, el fuego de la piscina, etc., no menos de doce escenas, por supuesto, incluyendo escenas de boda. El restaurante tiene: comidas de vacaciones, frutas de mar, comidas creativas tailandesas, comida japonesa. Está muy rica. La cama en la habitación es demasiado alta para que se descanse. No sé por qué. ¡Llegamos a limpiar las habitaciones dos veces antes y después. ¡Junto con las seis de la mañana en tres días, vemos el sol salir al mar, lanzamos una fotografía, y el corazón se relaja. ¡Hay un fuerte estilo extraterrestre!

If you’re actually hoping for great food and excellent service at an all inclusive, this place is a must. Extremely clean, fabulous food and service. Far exceeded our expectations - Abraham was very friendly and helpful and he made our stay extra enjoyable.

The hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price. The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe. On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing. The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

We’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

Hotel familiar con buen servicio de todo incluido. Sin embargo, durante nuestra estancia estaban haciendo reformas en algunos lugares. Algunas habitaciones eran muy ruidosas, por lo que solicitamos un cambio de habitación.

整個resort 非常美！ 無邊際泳池絕對是亮點。 房間在club這邊非常吵 因為離主要公路太近了。 別墅特別好！ Mexican restaurant 驚艷！早餐也非常棒！

Excellent experience at Paradisus. The resort is a 20-25 minute car ride from the airport and is located in a beautiful and peaceful location. Staff members were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The food at Paradisus was decent, the Mexican restaurant was our favourite and would definitely recommend eating a few meals there. One thing to note is the daily activities schedule, there are tons of different activities scheduled daily on a weekly basis so make sure to keep an eye out for those. Overall, we had an amazing time staying at Paradisus, and would definitely recommend this resort!

The hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

Don’t like the fact, the hotel sent a letter basically not wanting guests to leave the premises. There’s a lot is reasons to leave. The beach, massages are only 60 for 90 min

Si quieres sentirte como un americano en Las Vegas, este es tu sitio. Pasé 5 noches aquí solo para estar cerca de mi playa de pesca favorita. Este lugar tiene música alta sonando por todas partes constantemente, en las habitaciones, ascensores, piscinas, jardines, es demasiado. Incluso en su zona zen la música está a todo volumen. Cada restaurante (si es que están abiertos) para cada comida tiene filas de 1 hora o más, ya que no se pueden hacer reservas. Nos asignaron un 'mayordomo personal' pero lo vimos una vez al hacer el check-in y nunca más. El lugar estaba lleno de americanos siendo los típicos americanos ruidosos y la comida era muy normalita, casi sin auténtica comida mexicana. Todo estaba adaptado a los gustos americanos. El personal no parecía importarle nada y obviamente estaban hartos de tratar con americanos desagradables. Es excesivamente caro y nunca volvería.
