The service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind.

Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.  I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs.  A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

The view is incredible! You may see sunrise and sunset at the property. Everything here is great! However, the airport shuttle service is provided for weekends and Monday only. Uber is not allowed to come for the pick up service. The only option to go to the airport is taxi which is $85.

Estuvó muy bonita la experiencia en Westin, excelente vista y ubicación. No remiendo los buffets de la noche por que son muy caros y sin mucha variedad. Pero definitivamente es un hotel al que si regresaría.

Slow check in, slow check out, need more professional staff in front desk, the their faces look like they are making you a favor. Need to change that

El hotel está situado en el aeropuerto con un servicio de navegación gratuita que dura aproximadamente cinco minutos en total. El hotel hace lo que se construyó, le da un lugar para la noche cerca del aeropuerto. Reserva previamente y en línea a través de los revendedores. El precio local era mucho más alto. Cuando se trata de la entrada, comienza exactamente a las 3pm no un minuto antes. Entonces hay una corrida y el agente se sobrecarga durante algún tiempo mientras que otros en el escritorio frontal sólo miran alrededor. Bueno, el desayuno... era muy pobre. Pero todo en el estadío fue bueno.

Este lugar es mi lugar porque los propietarios/inversores están presentes y sobre todo y quieren que el lugar tenga un alto fin estética y energía, como con el menú y la música en vivo. La única cosa que he notado es que los trabajadores quieren pasar el dinero o ignorar lo que esperan. Para el servicio.No hay manera de que los gerentes sepan a menos que realmente escuchen cómo van las interacciones. Es divertido para los empleados, pero es doloroso como patrono tener que negociar cada vez que tengas una necesidad. Algunos de los empleados son buenos, pero hacen todo el trabajo para las personas que pasan el dinero
