Waldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

Rodeado de centros comerciales, conectado con Hankyu Daimaru y otros edificios comerciales. El servicio fue excelente

Ubicación: La ubicación es el mayor atractivo por este precio. Básicamente, se encuentra en el centro del distrito comercial de Umeda, no muy lejos de los grandes almacenes Daimaru, Hankyu, Yodobashi, Luca (1100) y Grand Front Osaka. Puedes ir caminando a estos centros comerciales desde Mikimoto, en el primer piso, hasta el segundo piso y tomar el paso elevado, pero es demasiado agotador. Si realmente quieres ir de compras, ve a Yodobashi para comprar electrodomésticos, ve a Luca para comprar especialidades japonesas locales y ve a Hankyu para comprar artículos de lujo. Eso es suficiente. Tenga en cuenta que la mayoría de las tiendas cierran a las 8:00 y algunas no aceptarán clientes después de las 7:45. Servicio: Estuvo bien, ni bueno ni malo. Una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa de principio a fin. La habitación estaba impecable, la ubicación inmejorable y el trato con el personal fue siempre cálido y profesional. Las comodidades eran justo lo que se espera de un W: elegantes, funcionales y lujosas. Celebrábamos una ocasión especial y el equipo la hizo aún más memorable. Sin duda volveríamos; ¡esta sería nuestra segunda estancia!

Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

I arrived at 10:30. It was sunny so everything looked really nice! The staff is so kind and gave me the room right away so was even more impressed. The hallway is lined with carpet, but doesn’t smell stuffy. The room is spacious and well design. I love that they have a little lounge area by the bed. The room doesn’t have a bathtub, but I find it really nice because lately I have been very skeptical and a little bit scared to use Hotel’s bathtub so I think taking it out is good. The room even have steam iron. The glass that is provided in the room is good quality very thin. They have an espresso machine in the room as well, which is a nice touch. The location is a little bit off, but not that bad.

A diferencia de muchos hoteles japoneses, no había artículos de tocador específicos para mujeres, solo champú, acondicionador y gel de ducha básicos en botellas grandes, lo que le resta categoría al hotel y da la sensación de estar en un establecimiento más sencillo; incluso los cepillos de dientes eran del mismo tipo que en hoteles de menor categoría. Solo nos proporcionaron dos botellas de agua el primer día y, a pesar de nuestra estancia de tres días, no repusieron el agua los días siguientes. Al reservar en Ctrip, la descripción indicaba que cada habitación tenía una cafetera de cápsulas, pero ahora ya no hay; ha sido reemplazada por café instantáneo en sobres. La ubicación del hotel no está particularmente cerca del centro de la ciudad. Coger un taxi a Hankyu o Umeda cuesta más de 2000-3000 yenes. Sin embargo, a la estación se tarda solo unos 6-8 minutos a pie. Llegamos al hotel alrededor de las 12:00 del mediodía y el personal de recepción se ofreció amablemente a hacer el check-in anticipado, cuando lo normal es que sea a las 15:00. Nos obsequiaron con galletas de cortesía, aunque eran bastante dulces.

We had a pleasant stay in OMO7 with our 4 yrs old kid, it's a very kid friendly hotel. The baby room, the drinking water supply and the self service laundry room made everything convenient. The location is only 2mins from shin-imamiya station, and near by got many convenient stall and restaurants and also walking distance to Shinsekai. We love the lobby and the outdoor area too, we enjoyed the free drinks/beer with the takoyaki during their pika-pika night where kid can have fun running and playing around. And not forget about the shuttle bus to USJ that made the travel much easier. The ramen we had for our dinner was the best through out the trip.

La habitación es bastante grande y hay una ventana desde donde se puede ver la vista nocturna de Osaka. La ubicación está a cinco o diez minutos a pie del metro. Aceptable. Después de obtener una mejora de habitación, puede ir al restaurante del tercer piso a comer. Para desayunar se recomienda acudir al restaurante principal, que tiene más variedad.
