YyuannleeLa ubicación es súper conveniente, justo enfrente de la estación Tenmabashi. Es muy fácil tomar la línea Keihan para ir a Kioto, Uji o Nara. La habitación no es muy grande, pero tiene todo lo necesario y el diseño es muy elegante. El servicio de recepción es excelente y el check-in fue rápido y sencillo. Tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio, ¡muy recomendable!

A welcome warmth anniversary chocolate gift box on the table when we walk into the room.
The room might look tiny but not really I can tell that. They have smart design on the long couch sofa with ample space below , thus we can open up luggage and put under the couch sofa .
So smart and Neat design! Overall service is 5 stars like . They have plenty of counter with fluent English speaking staffs .
No worries for foreign who can't speak Japanese.
Highly Recommend to purchase room with breakfast along .
They have provide both Japanese style and Western mix Japanese style buffet at different level .
We have tried both restaurants for the different breakfast days .
Overall Experience is superb !
Last but not least , we managed to purchase way bus ticket from Hotel to Osaka Kansai Terminal Airport that limo bus services by the Hotel Nikko !!!
So convenience for us once again !!!

Higiene: Muy limpio
Entorno: A la entrada del cine, muy cómodo. Reservé una habitación con vista al parque, solo para ver si hay mucha gente antes de irme. Además, es muy conveniente ir a la Expo y Kaiyukan.
Servicio: Experimenté el servicio de taxi, el cual fue bastante bueno.

Hoy en día, la mayoría de la gente carga pequeños dispositivos electrónicos mediante un cable USB, pero este hotel no ofrece esta opción a los clientes y todavía estamos obligados a llevar nuestros propios enchufes para cargarlos. Realmente no fue tan cómodo para los clientes.
El funcionamiento del spa para mujeres fue terrible mientras mi familia y yo nos alojamos en el hotel durante 2 noches. Mi esposa utilizó el spa durante 2 noches. Se sorprendió mucho de que alguien trajera a un niño de al menos 7 años y usara traje de baño para usar el servicio de spa. Mi esposa se sintió muy avergonzada e insatisfecha. Es ridículo que haya ocurrido un incidente así. El hotel debería controlar esta área con mucha frecuencia y garantizar que todos los clientes tengan suficiente privacidad, seguridad y protección.

UUsuario anónimoI stayed at Oriental Hotel Universal City and had a comfortable overall experience. The location is definitely the highlight—just steps away from Universal Studios Japan and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, which made everything very convenient.
The room was clean, spacious compared to typical city hotels, and the beds were comfortable. The décor felt a bit dated in some areas, but everything functioned well. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re visiting USJ and want convenience and comfort without needing anything too fancy. I would stay here again for a future park visit.

HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

It’s a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and take some nice photos of the scenery.
The hotel staff is very efficient and helpful, although they don’t speak fluent English. However, they’re always ready to assist and communicate via online translators, which makes interactions easy and pleasant.
Another advantage for those traveling by car is the hotel’s automated parking system, which is well-designed and easy to use. This mobile parking system allows stress-free parking and quick access to the car, ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding areas of Osaka independently.

The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining.
Check-in Experience:
The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival.
Room Comfort and Amenities:
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries.
Breakfast:

Abajo está la estación de metro Shin-Osaka, Lawson 711 y Family Mart, y hay grandes supermercados cerca. Está muy cerca de todo después del Shinkansen, y solo se tarda 15 minutos en llegar a Shinsaibashi. ¡La próxima vez elegiré este lugar!
