UUsuario invitadoWaldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

The rooms were also ok with the size being more spacious, however, the rooms were very warm and the air conditioning was set to fan mode instead of cool, and we found it very difficult to sleep with the rooms being warmer, so we didn't really get good sleep during our stay. The staff did provide us with an additional Dyson fan, but that didn't really help much. It was ok and probably depends on the time of the year that you visit. Staff were friendly and tried to do whatever they could to help.

UUsuario invitadoAunque la ubicación del hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren y la habitación está muy limpia y ordenada, mi opinión general no es buena. Hoy en día, la mayoría de la gente carga pequeños dispositivos electrónicos mediante un cable USB, pero este hotel no ofrece esta opción a los clientes y todavía estamos obligados a llevar nuestros propios enchufes para cargarlos. Realmente no fue tan cómodo para los clientes. El funcionamiento del spa para mujeres fue terrible mientras mi familia y yo nos alojamos en el hotel durante 2 noches. Mi esposa utilizó el spa durante 2 noches. Se sorprendió mucho de que alguien trajera a un niño de al menos 7 años y usara traje de baño para usar el servicio de spa. Mi esposa se sintió muy avergonzada e insatisfecha. Es ridículo que haya ocurrido un incidente así. El hotel debería controlar esta área con mucha frecuencia y garantizar que todos los clientes tengan suficiente privacidad, seguridad y protección.

También hay muchos restaurantes en los alrededores, y es fácil llegar a la USJ (Universidad Estatal Universal). Umeda, Nipponbashi, Namba y Shinsaibashi están a poca distancia. El desayuno del hotel es italiano, las habitaciones son bastante amplias y los colchones son muy cómodos. Muy recomendable.

HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

AAmarFromUKLocation: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

Location: The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Check-in Experience: The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival. Room Comfort and Amenities: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. UUsuario anónimoLa habitación era pequeña y tenía algunos problemas (moho en la rejilla del aire acondicionado, polvo en el teléfono), pero el resto del baño y la cama estaban limpios y era suficiente para dormir una noche. Me molestaba el ruido constante del inodoro, así que pregunté en recepción y enseguida me prepararon otra habitación. Fueron muy amables. Como la estación está cerca, se oyen bastante los trenes y la mininevera no enfriaba. Creo que el ruido puede molestar a algunas personas sensibles. Si usas la línea Midosuji, la salida 7 está muy cerca, así que es conveniente porque no tienes que ir hasta la estación JR.
