I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. We stayed here for Christmas and it was a brilliant stay. The hotel is bright, modern and has great areas to relax and have a drink. The rooms were very modern and comfortable, and the food served in the restaurant was also very good. The reception staff are also very helpful and welcoming, and will do anything to accommodate your needs. A special shout out goes to Sophia, who, even though we didn’t meet face to face, was a massive help through WeChat before and during our stay. My only criticisms: we ordered cocktails from the Lounge bar and the waitress took almost 20 minutes to make the drinks, and we were the only customers in the bar. I’d suggest better training the bar staff on how to properly make the cocktails, and faster. Also the standard pillows were a little uncomfortable as they were far too soft - ask for the buckwheat pillows if you need harder. My only other criticism is that I had to request twice for wine glasses to be brought to the room, as the first request wasn’t acted upon. Other than that, it was a great stay.our

Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. My favourite hotel in China! Spacious room and has everything you might need. Very near the metro. Not sure if it was just me but we faced issues with our booking. They had some difficulty finding our booking but somehow later found it.

Exceptional Stay at Fairmont Wuhan! The service exceeded expectations attentive and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and feature modern amenities. The prime location offers convenient access to Wuhan Tianhe Airport and major train stations (approx. 30-40 minutes by car) Houkou less than 15. Early check-in at 10 AM was seamlessly accommodated, a huge + . Leisure facilities like the indoor pool and fully equipped gym are top-notch, perfect for relaxation or workouts. A flawless experience from start to finish!

La comodidad es muy alta para que me duerma mucho tiempo. El hotel también ofrece gratis para ayudar a los alquileres a limpiar sus ropas sucias para limpiar sus vasos y secarlos para enviarlos de vuelta a la habitación a los alquileres, esta capa no es obligatoria. My stay at Hilton Wuhan Riverside was wonderful! 🏙️ The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and boasted a stunning view of the Yangtze River by day and dazzling building lights with the bridge sparkling at night. 🌊🌃 The gym was well equipped with free water and towels adding a nice touch. 💪 Breakfast was included but the food felt basic, leaning heavily local with little international variety and no daily changes. 🍽️ The shower was tricky, either scalding hot or cold with no middle ground. 🚿 Management provided excellent service, outshining the regular receptionists who could be friendlier to make guests feel more welcomed. 😊 Overall the incredible views and clean comfortable room made this a memorable stay and I’d recommend it for the riverside vibes! 🌍 #HiltonWuhanRiverside #TravelMemories

國慶武漢遊住了好幾天，點評 環境：不錯，地鐵就在對面，樓下面就是湖，周邊好幾家商場，還有萬松園美食街，吃飯很方便 設施：有點太老了，電視又小又模糊，窗可以打開但是關不緊，下面廣場舞的聲音會飄上來，大堂就幾個座位，人多了根本沒地方坐 衞生：還行，但是打掃的有點晚，下午回到酒店剛打掃好…… 服務：很差，2點多到酒店告知不能入住房間還沒打掃好，先辦理了手續交了按金，等一圈玩好了晚上回到酒店，拿房卡了告知還沒做，還要繼續等待，體驗很差，下午大堂有現煮熱乾麪，換過幾個人煮，都不戴口罩，有位小哥還在那裡挖鼻子 很不衞生，酒店明明有外賣機器人，但是利用率很差，等了半小時多也未見機器人，衹能自己下去拿，服務基本上稀爛和掛牌5星完全不沾邊 早餐:品種還算多，當地特色的美食不多，中餐的熱乾麪不錯，西餐不好吃 總體一般，和5星不符，也就位置好，其他很一般

Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.

El hotel está situado en la avenida Yanjiang, el emblemático edificio de la Bola de Oro, un hotel de cinco estrellas de larga trayectoria con una ubicación superior. Las habitaciones con vistas al río tienen una vista amplia y dan directamente al río. Desde las habitaciones del hotel se puede contemplar el espectáculo de luces por la noche y ver edificios antiguos como la Casa Ba Gong. Se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la calle Lihuangpi. Hay muchas comidas deliciosas en la calle Cai E y la calle Dongting, al lado del hotel. Las instalaciones de la habitación están bien mantenidas y el servicio es correcto. La habitación con vista al río es muy recomendable.
