I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Esta estadía llegó a la temporada de Navidad del hotel, el ambiente estaba arreglado con super-agua. Muchas gracias a los directores Ada y Coco por el cuidadoso servicio. No sólo la estadía envió frutas, sino también la cortesía de Zhou Black cuando se retiró, esta pequeña sorpresa es realmente muy cálida. ¡La experiencia global está mucho más allá de las expectativas!

We stayed here for Christmas and it was a brilliant stay. The hotel is bright, modern and has great areas to relax and have a drink. The rooms were very modern and comfortable, and the food served in the restaurant was also very good. The reception staff are also very helpful and welcoming, and will do anything to accommodate your needs. A special shout out goes to Sophia, who, even though we didn’t meet face to face, was a massive help through WeChat before and during our stay. My only criticisms: we ordered cocktails from the Lounge bar and the waitress took almost 20 minutes to make the drinks, and we were the only customers in the bar. I’d suggest better training the bar staff on how to properly make the cocktails, and faster. Also the standard pillows were a little uncomfortable as they were far too soft - ask for the buckwheat pillows if you need harder. My only other criticism is that I had to request twice for wine glasses to be brought to the room, as the first request wasn’t acted upon. Other than that, it was a great stay.our

Pros: Central location within Wuhan, close to Metro stop, Decent swimming pool Cons: Not much going on (food or entertainment) within a 5-minute walk, swimming pool is across a walkway outside so you need to leave the building to access it, Chinese brand hotel so no AC in October due to govt energy regulations (it was like 80-82 degrees in my room during the day every day). If I had to visit Wuhan again for fun, I would stay somewhere closer to a commercial street like near Hubu Alley with lots of food options. I didn't discover this till the end of my stay, but there's a lot of food options underground in the Metro station near the B exit. Otherwise, you need to walk a few blocks if you want some simple meals for a single person (as opposed to a family style restaurant).

Exceptional Stay at Fairmont Wuhan! The service exceeded expectations attentive and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and feature modern amenities. The prime location offers convenient access to Wuhan Tianhe Airport and major train stations (approx. 30-40 minutes by car) Houkou less than 15. Early check-in at 10 AM was seamlessly accommodated, a huge + . Leisure facilities like the indoor pool and fully equipped gym are top-notch, perfect for relaxation or workouts. A flawless experience from start to finish!

Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.
