I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Before each trip, I always message the manager, Coco, to let her know about my specific needs, such as having large-print labels on the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. 連定了三個晚上，臨時決定付費升級豪雙，房間乾淨，面積更大更舒適些（衹是房間設計有點不太習慣）。前台小張挺利索的，幫忙給隨行家人備了個小禮物，給旅途增添幾分喜樂！酒店在武昌區，有地鐵到機場、火車站都很方便；地鐵E口有升降電梯提行李更便利（D口為步梯距離更近）。到武漢各景點都方便的，老式酒店服務更人性化些，酒店近期做了裝修，設施較新；法拉利老了也還是法拉利。對了，酒店正園出品很不錯，個人覺得出品很棒！

The prime location offers convenient access to Wuhan Tianhe Airport and major train stations (approx. 30-40 minutes by car) Houkou less than 15. Early check-in at 10 AM was seamlessly accommodated, a huge + . Leisure facilities like the indoor pool and fully equipped gym are top-notch, perfect for relaxation or workouts. A flawless experience from start to finish!

La comodidad es muy alta para que me duerma mucho tiempo. El hotel también ofrece gratis para ayudar a los alquileres a limpiar sus ropas sucias para limpiar sus vasos y secarlos para enviarlos de vuelta a la habitación a los alquileres, esta capa no es obligatoria. La mayoría de los hoteles también le permitirán a los huéspedes llevarlos a lavarse. Pero su casa está muy en la posición, ayuda a resolver y me da tiempo suficiente para descansar. La habitación era muy confortable, con una vista impresionante y una vista maravillosa del río Yangtze al día y unas luces de edificios encantadoras con el puente brillante a la noche. 🌊🌃 El gimnasio está bien equipado con agua y toallas gratis, añadiendo un buen toque. 💪 El desayuno se incluyó, pero la comida se sentía básica, muy local con poca variedad internacional y sin cambios diarios. 🍽️ El duche fue difícil, bien caliente o frío sin tierra media. 🚿 Gestión ofreció un excelente servicio, deslumbrando a los receptores regulares que podrían ser más amigables para hacer que los huéspedes se sienten más bienvenidos. 😊 ¡Total las increíbles vistas y una habitación limpia y cómoda lo hizo una estancia memorable y lo recomendé para las vibes del río! 🌍 #HiltonWuhanRiverside #TravelMemories

First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.

En general, fue una gran experiencia. Conseguimos 3 habitaciones para nuestra familia de 6 con 2 niños en el piso 20. Este hotel está al lado del río, por lo que la vista es impresionante. Daba al gran río Yangtze. La vista nocturna era hipnotizante. Todos los rascacielos iluminados en sincronía alrededor de la ciudad a lo largo del río. Impresionante. Fuimos a mediados de junio y el río se estaba inundando debido a las fuertes lluvias. Hay una gran pasarela al lado del río donde mucha gente iba a pasar el rato incluso cuando estaba inundado. Realmente genial. También hay una calle famosa similar a Beijing Road en Guangzhou a unas pocas cuadras. Olvidé el nombre. Hay un centro comercial moderno de lujo llamado MixC a 15 minutos en taxi DD. Somos de California y este centro comercial es comparable a nuestra costa sur de California. Durante la temporada de inundaciones de verano, puede ser un problema viajar al otro lado del puente, así que tenlo en cuenta. Le di 4 estrellas por la limpieza porque esperaba que nuestra habitación fuera un poco mejor. Una de las habitaciones en las que nos alojamos tenía un olor a tabaco.
