✈✈️ Sonia ✈️Poor service attitude – booked for my boss and felt embarrassed I booked two rooms through Trip.com for my boss during their long business trip across multiple cities in China – one single and one triple. Two days before check-in, the hotel contacted me via the app and asked to connect on WeChat. I agreed, thinking it was just for easier communication. On WeChat, the hotel representative suddenly told me to cancel the booking because of an ”urgent maintenance issue.” However, I checked on Trip.com and saw that the hotel was still accepting new bookings for the same dates. Cancelling at the last minute (just before a weekend) would mean much higher prices for alternative hotels. After some back and forth, the representative said he would reply the next day, then later confirmed that check-in was fine after all. When my boss arrived at the hotel, there was no maintenance work happening at all. This made the whole situation feel dishonest and confusing. Worse, the staff member at the front desk wasn't even ready when my boss arrived – a cleaner had to call him out. He came out looking very sluggish and yawned loudly, which my boss found extremely rude and unprofessional. My boss arrived before the official check-in time and left luggage at the front desk. A few hours later, the same staff member kept calling and messaging nonstop, rushing my boss to come back and even asking if he could put the luggage inside the room without permission. My boss has stayed at many hotels but has never experienced such pushy and strange service. As the person who made the booking for my boss, I felt quite embarrassed. The attitude and handling here are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially business travelers.

FFree N EasyThis hotel is located in a commercial building. The check-in counter is located on the 1st floor (Ground floor) of the building but the rooms are situated upstairs above some commercial floors. When we first checked in, we found the floor of the hallway where our hotel rooms are located to be smelly. We have reported to the front desk counter and they quickly resolved the issues. Apparently some food delivery guys have spilled some sauce during the delivery. The breakfast is served on the 1st floor (Ground floor) which is a few shop lots away from the check-in counter. A small breakfast hall to cater for the hotel guests. Not much choice. Location wise, the hotel is located in the same building as the Hankou railway station. So very convenient to access the railway station especially if you have someone on wheelchair and luggage to carry. Do take note if you planned to leave your luggage at the hotel, they have limited storage locker for you to store your luggage which can only store up to 48 hours. So not advisable if you are planning to leave your luggage at the hotel if you have a lot of luggage or planning to store them for more than 48 hours.

La habitación también está muy limpia. I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience.
