¡La experiencia general de mi estancia fue muy satisfactoria! La habitación estaba impecable y bien mantenida, y la ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, lo que me permitió descansar muy bien. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y acogedor, y el proceso de check-in y check-out fue eficiente y rápido. Respondieron a mis necesidades con prontitud. La ubicación es conveniente, facilitando tanto el transporte como las opciones para comer. El ambiente es tranquilo y el aislamiento acústico es bueno, lo que garantizó un sueño de calidad. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Definitivamente, la próxima vez que esté en la zona, este será mi hotel de elección. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Location wise just right outside the subway exit. Easy to travel around many tourist spots nearby. Clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is better to contact the staff for easier and faster check in.

Although this hostel is clean, there's many issue although it is the price you pay for it. 1. Yes it was listed to have KTV nearby, but wasn't expect to hear it very loud like it was next door, yet it was down one level. Walls are super thin, so you can hear from the common room if people are singing. There was a group of aunties and uncles singing between 8-10pm. If planning to sleep before 10pm, make sure to wear earplugs otherwise wait till 10pm. 2. Key card having so much issues and it wasn't just me, but my roommates as well. Opening locker was a pain in the ass, literally tapping non stop yet had to get it reactivated, and going back to receptionist many times, only to be told: once u tap the keycard, push in then pull it opened, and it did. 3. Lack of aircon in room to adjust, it is fixed, so if it's too hot, will need to bear with it. Temperature is alright the longer you are in the room. 4. The mattress js as if it's like sleeping on those Chinese wood bed without the mattress. I love my bed firm, but mine felt like it had a plank than the mattress underneath it. Bed is super creaky so every single move made a sound, felt like it was just mine. The mattress is sitting on top of a wood plank on top of the bunk bed, which is interesting. At least it straightened my posture. 5. The toilets are like public toilets where you must remember to carry toilet paper with you otherwise there's none awaiting you in there. Lots of squats so really good for many people living. 6. For the shower rooms, make sure to close the curtain properly otherwise privacy is gone, door is just a curtain 3/4 full. Water pressure is great, lots of space to move around, both dry and wet area, lots of space to store stuff too. 7. Location is great, like really nice. Getting to the metro felt sketchy at first but it is close by 7min walk. Surrounded by Chinese sports brands, you have milk tea stores near by as well as food. Can see the Yellow Cane tower as well. Luckin coffee is opposite of the building. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, but the price is actually good for what you get, just not the best but it does have everything you need that are basic level.

The hotel's location near the metro station and World Trade Center also adds to its charm. Pricing: Despite its high quality and stunning scenery, the Shell Hotel offers pricing that is more reasonable than the Hilton. This makes it an even more attractive choice for discerning travelers like myself. Overall Experience: In conclusion, my stay at the Shell Hotel has once again been exceptional. As a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that this hotel offers a level of comfort, luxury, and convenience that is unmatched by the Hilton Hotel downstairs. Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)

La habitación de estilo crema es limpia y luminosa, con vista a una fuente y al lago. Es muy cómodo tomar un baño en la bañera mientras contempla la vista del lago. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son muy completas, incluyendo nevera, lavadora, horno microondas, inodoro inteligente y cortinas automáticas con control remoto. ¡El precio es asequible y la relación coste-rendimiento es muy alta!

The staff were very helpful assisted us with washing our clothes, as we struggled to work the machine. The room was clean, and checking in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!
