To the Management of Golden Lake View Cinema Apartment, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. The experience was so far below any reasonable standard for paid accommodation that I feel compelled to leave this feedback. The apartment was marketed with a focus on comfort and views, but the reality was appalling. From the moment I entered, the overall condition was one of neglect and dirt. The building and common areas felt old, worn down, and poorly maintained. The room itself was unacceptable. It was visibly dirty, with dust and grime in corners and on surfaces. However, the bathroom was the lowest point. It was in a state of severe disrepair, with extensive rust staining the fixtures and walls. The condition was so unhygienic and off-putting that I could not bring myself to use the shower at all. Beyond the filth and rust, the apartment was inexplicably cluttered with items left behind by previous guests. Most shockingly, I discovered a pair of used ladies' shoes in the cupboard. This is not only a glaring failure in basic cleaning but also a complete violation of guest privacy and comfort. Finding such personal items was unsettling and frankly unbelievable. For a establishment with "Cinema Apartment" in its name, suggesting a modern and enjoyable experience, this was a complete misrepresentation. The only view I will remember is that of neglect, dirt, and rust. This stay was a complete waste of money and a significant inconvenience. I expect a full refund and strongly urge you to conduct a deep cleaning and maintenance overhaul of your property before renting it out again to unsuspecting guests.
