El Sacher es, con razón, uno de los mejores hoteles del mundo. El servicio es inimaginablemente bueno, el personal extremadamente profesional y amable, y esto en Viena.

호텔 위치도 좋고, 시설도 좋고 , 1층에 식당도 좋았습니다만 오페라뷰를 선택하고 돈을 지불했지만 내가 볼 수 있던건 호텔 앞에 나무들뿐이고 컴플레인을 걸었지만 호텔측은 이것도 오페라 뷰라고 말했고, 높은 층을 원한다고 이야기 하지 않아서 이렇게 배정했다고 말했습니다. 오페라 뷰가 나무에 가려져 있지만 어떻게 오페라 뷰인가요!? 그리고 꼭 높은 층이 아니더라도 잘 보인다고 생각했기 때문에 안쓴거지 알았다면 당연히 높은 층을 배정해달라고 하지요. 기념일을 망칠뻔 했습니다. 오페라뷰를 보고싶은 분들은 참고하세요. 사진은 내가 머물렀던 방에서 찍은 사진입니다. 그리고 샤워실은 깨끗했는데 하수구 냄새가 심했습니다. 그냥 문닫고 있으면 냄새 안나서 넘어갔지만 샤워실 이용하실 분들은 참고하세요.

The location of this hotel couldn’t be better – tram stop right outside the hotel making it so easy to explore the city. We were only there for one night, but I truly wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful, spacious room that was both elegant and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully have the chance to return for a longer stay next time!

Some places you visit, and some places stay with you. The Ritz-Carlton in Vienna is one of those places. Every detail, every smile, every moment here has a soul. And then… the kitchen. I was so blown away that I had to ask who was behind it all. That’s how I learned about Thomas and Lukas – the masterminds leading a team that creates pure culinary magic. I had to capture the moment because this wasn’t just a meal – it was a gastronomic journey that’s hard to describe and even harder to forget. If perfection exists, this must be it.

We booked this hotel because of the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. However no information was showed at trip.com or the hotel website during booking (3 weeks before the trip) the restaurant is undergoing renovation. The breakfast was relocated to the 4th floor with no view. It also changed to semi buffet which you need to order the main course. It is extremely disappointing! Most of the places of the restaurant has been blocked for renovation, just having 5-6 tables for drink during night time. If we know it before, we would not book the hotel. The cost of the hotel is more expensive than other five stars and the premium is mainly due to the breakfast experience at the rooftop. It was so disappointed the booking website and hotel website did not mention it. Also, we were there during World Cup and it was surprised none of any places such as the rooftop bar during night time nor the lobby lounge has any TV showing the game! Can’t expected a so called five stars stylish hotel from Accor group missing this world event. Many others commented the room and it is true that room true to have some design but ending up not so convenient to travellers. Anyway will not stay this again as there are a lot of better options in Vienna for this price.

This is the third night, and the second booking via Trim.com at the hotel ambassador in Vienna. Again, the hotel is located right at the heart of Vienna city centre, so we literally walked to all major attractions, 3 minutes to the cathedral, the operahouse, 15 minutes to the museum square. Apart from the not so friendly checkin staff, the lack of amenities was another con. It’s the first experience that a hotel does not provide water and coffee in the room. Fortunately, there is a supermarket nearby, and i could purchase water and what we needed for the three days. A final point is regarding airport transportation. A lady staff kindly offered to book a taxi for our morning flight on Jun 12. She said it’s a fixed rate for 50 euros and we would pay the driver directly. It’s truly helpful, however, the driver asked for 60 euros. Don’t know what caused the confusion but it’s not a pleasant impression for tourists.

I stayed 5 nights 6 days in Hotel with Family. I have a special memorial and my 2 baby realy happy in Hotel. When booking all include breakfast, we enjoyed everyday ate breakfast. We choiced and ordered for hot food, we required something. They were exactly made hot food and serving. But Sat or Sunday, too many customer in Resturant, they were really busy and we waited for ordered to spent time. we can understand this situation and ate buffet. If we visit in Autria Vien, we will book the hotel again. All the time Thank you for Concierge and All staff.

Nice room! Good views and perfectly clean, with quality services. By the way, 57 lounge really deserves a look, the perfect place to see the whole wien.

Este hermoso hotel nuevo cuenta con excelentes instalaciones, pero el servicio no lo es tanto. Viajamos a Viena en temporada alta, justo antes de Navidad. El precio, más de 7000 EUR sin desayuno, nos lo asignó inesperadamente la mujer blanca de recepción. Esto fue un inconveniente en todos los sentidos. Cuando pedimos otra habitación, dijeron que no tenían. Incluso nos ofrecieron una más grande gratis, sugiriendo que nos conformáramos. Contactamos con Ctrip para pedir ayuda y, al día siguiente, hicimos las maletas y nos cambiamos a una habitación supuestamente superior. Al irnos, solicitamos una salida tardía y en recepción nos pidieron que alguien nos ayudara con el equipaje, ya que el ascensor requería un tramo de escaleras y mis lesiones de hombro y espalda nos impedían esforzarnos demasiado. La misma mujer blanca esperó 20 minutos y tres intentos antes de poder conseguirla. Para cuando hicimos el check out y reservamos el viaje a la estación de tren, nuestro tren salía solo un minuto antes de la hora de salida. Tuvimos que gastar más de 300 EUR en billetes nuevos a Praga, y nuestros billetes de tren originales también eran inválidos por límite de tiempo. Incluso le dimos propina a la misma mujer cuando nos acompañó a la habitación. Después nos quejamos a Ctrip, pero el hotel nos respondió diciéndonos que previéramos posibles retrasos imprevistos. Me quedé con la risa. Si vuelvo a Viena, elegiré el confiable Mandarin Oriental. El Mandarin Oriental Vienna abrió sus puertas hace 25 años. En cuanto al servicio, tanto en China como en el extranjero, el Mandarin Oriental nunca me ha decepcionado.

La ubicación de las compras, el restaurante y el museo es muy conveniente. El entorno está tranquilo y tranquilo, porque está un poco lejos de las calles principales. La carta de la recepción es generosa y tranquila. Mientras proporciona el apoyo necesario, no me impresiona mucho el sentido de la distancia. El cuarto es compacto pero práctica, y el espacio de sofá en la ventana de forma rectangular es muy cómodo. Pero me preocupa un poco la ceniza, y lamentablemente no podía dejar de ir a la cama durante mi residencia.
