VVmicroCapitalUn hotel sencillo y elegante. La habitación incluye la famosa tarta Sacher gratis. La habitación es pequeña y el baño es aún más pequeño. Sin embargo, esto suele ser el caso en los hoteles del casco antiguo. La ubicación es muy práctica. Es la calle peatonal y las principales atracciones. Está a poca distancia del Salón Dorado.

LLINGBINGEl servicio es super bueno, el minibar de nuestra habitación es gratis, el agua potable sin café también puede dejar que la tía tome unas botellas. Si tiene alguna pregunta, puede encontrar la recepción. Cuando regrese, también puede reservarnos un taxi. La velocidad es muy rápida y el desayuno es rico. La ubicación no es muy céntrica, ligeramente al norte, va al centro de la ciudad por uno o dos kilómetros, hay muy poca gente cerca y la calle está vacía.

UUsuario invitadoThe location of this hotel couldn’t be better – tram stop right outside the hotel making it so easy to explore the city. We were only there for one night, but I truly wish we could have stayed longer.
The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful, spacious room that was both elegant and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully have the chance to return for a longer stay next time!

As someone who’s traveled extensively, I’ve seen my share of beautiful hotels. Many shine on the surface, but very few have what this place has a soul. And that soul comes from the people.
What struck me most during my stay wasn’t just the elegance or the comfort. It was the warmth, the attention to detail, and the sense of care from every single person I met. From the housekeepers to the receptionists, the breakfast staff to the management, every interaction felt meaningful.
In the hotel industry, teamwork is everything. It’s like the gears of a watch. Every single cog, no matter how small or large, plays a vital role. If one is missing, the clock stops ticking. And at The Ritz-Carlton, every cog turns perfectly.
Breakfast, for instance, was an experience I won’t forget. Their Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t just about the dish. It was the way it was served, with care, with pride, and with the intent to make my morning special.
To everyone who works here: thank you. You’re not just doing a job, you’re creating moments that stay with people. You turned my stay into something I’ll look back on with a smile, and that’s not something that happens everywhere.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is located next to the main railway station in Vienna. You walk about 5-10 minutes from the station to the hotel. The railway station is Okish central located, but well connected to the Viennese public transport system. The hotel has a park in front, that has two restaurants inside - die kleine Steiermark and the Arsenal stüberl.. if you walk cross the park,(5-10 minutes) you will find yourself next to one of the top sights in Vienna - the Belvedere castle. there is a restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel - Eugen.. which was really empty (just one guest) when we were there.. we need to wait for the waiter for 10 minutes.. we thought already the restaurant was closed (We were there at 9pm on a Friday) anyway the food served was good. Had a flank steak. There no other shops or anything else around the hotel.. the hotel feels a kind of remote.. you need to go to the railwaystation if you need a convenient store..
What we can recommend is the roof top bar Aurora(?) directly in the 16th floor of the hotel with maybe the best view across Vienna.
The rooms themself are modern and efficient.. have everything you might ask from a modern Hotel.. although the hotel is located more or less directly over the rails of the nearby railway station, we didn’t hear any traffic noises..
We didn’t expect too much when we booked the hotel.. but were happily surprised about the efficiency of the rooms.. so overall a nice stay for one night… if you look for a hotel to discover Vienna.. I would go to a more central location like in the first district or 6th with a more lively neighborhood.

Our recent 3-night stay at House of Ble in Vienna was an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! We couldn't agree more with all the glowing reviews – it's a truly fantastic hotel.
The location is simply perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna's most iconic sights on foot or with a quick hop on public transport from the nearby MuseumsQuartier station. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully modern and stylish, creating a really comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Beyond the aesthetics, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and great advice, which truly enhanced our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at their restaurant, Salt & Honey – a wonderful way to start each day.
Overall, House of Ble offers excellent value for money for such a prime location and high standard of service. We didn't experience a single negative point during our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep.
Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance.
Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful.
Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated.
Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience.
The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

UUsuario invitadoCuando me registré, la persona de recepción no parecía tener información sobre mi pago anterior o lo que había reservado (le mostré mi recibo, que aceptó), pero primero me envió a una habitación pequeña con una sola cama individual pequeña. Tuve que volver a recepción y mostrarle que había pagado por una habitación más grande con una cama doble o dos camas individuales. Luego me dio una habitación mucho más grande con una cama doble, pero 1) la reserva en sí debería haber mostrado que la habitación estaba prepagada en su totalidad, y 2) la reserva debería haberle mostrado qué tipo de habitación había reservado, y 3) debería haber mirado el recibo que le mostré para confirmar qué habitación había pagado. ¡Todo el proceso de registro fue extraño y ser enviado primero a una habitación muy inferior fue molesto!
