Muy satisfecho, efectivamente es un hotel de primer nivel. El hotel equilibra muy bien la riqueza de la historia y la cultura con el lujo de las modernas instalaciones y el servicio es impecable.

El servicio es super bueno, el minibar de nuestra habitación es gratis, el agua potable sin café también puede dejar que la tía tome unas botellas. Si tiene alguna pregunta, puede encontrar la recepción. Cuando regrese, también puede reservarnos un taxi. La velocidad es muy rápida y el desayuno es rico. La ubicación no es muy céntrica, ligeramente al norte, va al centro de la ciudad por uno o dos kilómetros, hay muy poca gente cerca y la calle está vacía.

The location of this hotel couldn’t be better – tram stop right outside the hotel making it so easy to explore the city. We were only there for one night, but I truly wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful, spacious room that was both elegant and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully have the chance to return for a longer stay next time!

As someone who’s traveled extensively, I’ve seen my share of beautiful hotels. Many shine on the surface, but very few have what this place has a soul. And that soul comes from the people. What struck me most during my stay wasn’t just the elegance or the comfort. It was the warmth, the attention to detail, and the sense of care from every single person I met. From the housekeepers to the receptionists, the breakfast staff to the management, every interaction felt meaningful. In the hotel industry, teamwork is everything. It’s like the gears of a watch. Every single cog, no matter how small or large, plays a vital role. If one is missing, the clock stops ticking. And at The Ritz-Carlton, every cog turns perfectly. Breakfast, for instance, was an experience I won’t forget. Their Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t just about the dish. It was the way it was served, with care, with pride, and with the intent to make my morning special. To everyone who works here: thank you. You’re not just doing a job, you’re creating moments that stay with people. You turned my stay into something I’ll look back on with a smile, and that’s not something that happens everywhere. Absolutely Fantastic Stay at House of Ble! Our recent 3-night stay at House of Ble in Vienna was an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! We couldn't agree more with all the glowing reviews – it's a truly fantastic hotel. The location is simply perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna's most iconic sights on foot or with a quick hop on public transport from the nearby MuseumsQuartier station. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully modern and stylish, creating a really comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and great advice, which truly enhanced our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at their restaurant, Salt & Honey – a wonderful way to start each day. Overall, House of Ble offers excellent value for money for such a prime location and high standard of service. We didn't experience a single negative point during our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

El hotel es muy nuevo. Al lado están el consulado ruso y el consulado iraní, y puedes visitar la iglesia rusa. El desayuno era de buena calidad, incluido salmón ahumado entero. La calidad general cumple con las expectativas de precio y los mayores de la familia viven cómodamente. El pasillo es relativamente largo, por lo que puedes pedir una habitación no lejos del ascensor. El gimnasio y la piscina están casi sin uso.

No pensé que la habitación fuera maravillosa, la habitación era muy grande, el entorno era limpio y la ubicación era muy cerca de los tractores de metro, compré un billete de 48 horas en Viena, el hotel estaba muy cerca de la iglesia de Carl y el hall dorado, a cinco minutos a pie. El desayuno es rica y el servicio también es muy bueno.

La habitación era bastante espaciosa, aunque no tenía bañera. Las instalaciones eran bastante nuevas y la ubicación muy conveniente. Me volvería a alojar aquí la próxima vez. El bar del lobby del hotel también está muy bien.

Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance. Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful. Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated. Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience. The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

Este hermoso hotel nuevo cuenta con excelentes instalaciones, pero el servicio no lo es tanto. Viajamos a Viena en temporada alta, justo antes de Navidad. El precio, más de 7000 EUR sin desayuno, nos lo asignó inesperadamente la mujer blanca de recepción. Esto fue un inconveniente en todos los sentidos. Cuando pedimos otra habitación, dijeron que no tenían. Incluso nos ofrecieron una más grande gratis, sugiriendo que nos conformáramos. Contactamos con Ctrip para pedir ayuda y, al día siguiente, hicimos las maletas y nos cambiamos a una habitación supuestamente superior. Al irnos, solicitamos una salida tardía y en recepción nos pidieron que alguien nos ayudara con el equipaje, ya que el ascensor requería un tramo de escaleras y mis lesiones de hombro y espalda nos impedían esforzarnos demasiado. La misma mujer blanca esperó 20 minutos y tres intentos antes de poder conseguirla. Para cuando hicimos el check out y reservamos el viaje a la estación de tren, nuestro tren salía solo un minuto antes de la hora de salida. Tuvimos que gastar más de 300 EUR en billetes nuevos a Praga, y nuestros billetes de tren originales también eran inválidos por límite de tiempo. Incluso le dimos propina a la misma mujer cuando nos acompañó a la habitación. Después nos quejamos a Ctrip, pero el hotel nos respondió diciéndonos que previéramos posibles retrasos imprevistos. Me quedé con la risa. Si vuelvo a Viena, elegiré el confiable Mandarin Oriental. El Mandarin Oriental Vienna abrió sus puertas hace 25 años. En cuanto al servicio, tanto en China como en el extranjero, el Mandarin Oriental nunca me ha decepcionado.
