호텔은 전반적으로 좋았으나, 방음이 되지 않습니다. 위에서 의자 끄는 소리가 너무 많이 났네요. 하우스키퍼 분들 수다소리,카트소리도 엄청나더군요... 추가 돈을 지불하고 체크아웃 시간을 연장하였는데 굉장히 아쉬웠습니다.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to famous sightseeing and dining spots, however it is under renovation so it is dusty. The room is very spacious, cleanliness is average. The service quality is more like a hostel than a hotel.

El hotel está situado justo en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que es super cerca de casi todo el restaurante local n de comida (si viene a HaiPhong para una excursión de comida) - El limpieza es bastante justo, nada que quejarse de nada, pero lo único que me siento gracioso es: ofrecen cocina, microondas, lavadoras, pero no hay equipos como arco/cojinete/ pan... o incluso algo muy básico como jabón de mano. ¿Entonces cuál es el propósito de que nos lo ofrezcan? Pero no se preocupe si sólo planea quedarse allí 2-3 días, no afecta mucho a nuestros propósitos de viaje. - el sistema de cancelación del ruido no es bueno, así que si las personas fuera hablan alto, lo oirán todo, pero la mayoría de las veces, no tantos allí. - los guardaespaldas son muy bonitos

Not the worse hotel ever. The room is spacious with generous amenities. The location is strategic, only 2km from airport. Breakfast is surprisingly good with home cooked taste. However I have a few complaints. The pool is smal, the gym is not in the hotel but in the building across the street and very dirty. Also can get noisy at night

Kept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

Paul Chabot es un encantador hotel boutique con un hermoso diseño inspirado en la viñeda y una ubicación céntrica, y nuestra habitación era inmaculadamente limpia y ofrece una cómoda base para explorar la ciudad. El personal del hotel fue amable y atento, garantizando una entrada y una estancia agradable. Aunque la estética nostalgica es hermosa, el diseño abierto del patio y los corredores puede a veces dejar fuera el eco de ruido muy alto, lo que es algo que tener en cuenta. En general, es una gran opción para los viajeros que aprecian un diseño único, elegante y una ubicación maravillosa.

The location is ok. The facility is seem too old. The service is not good during Sunday because no cleaning service. However, they arrange another room to compensate such problem.
