Great hotel! The owner is an exceptionally friendly person. He is the genuinely nicest person we have met on our entire trip to Vietnam. He even advised us to leave the island because of the incoming typhoon when we wanted to extend for another night. The rooms are clean and new. There is really nothing we can complain about

The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! La habitación estaba impecable y muy bien equipada, con instalaciones nuevas y completas. El entorno era muy tranquilo y había todo tipo de restaurantes en la planta baja, lo que facilitaba mucho comer. La recepcionista hablaba chino y fue muy amable, incluso me recomendó lugares de interés cercanos. Espero tener la oportunidad de alojarme aquí de nuevo la próxima vez; sin duda volveré a elegir este hotel. ¡Me encantó! ❤️❤️❤️

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

The hotel lobby is emasculate if they pot as much effort into the the rest of the hotel as the reception lobby it would be good ..breakfast was poor no fruit and the nuddles was stuck to the bottom of the tray and it’s easy to cook them..cold tea and packet coffee when most hotels in Vietnam give you good coffee as there know for there coffee . Need a good maintenance man as the furniture is good but they just need a good maintains man to paint and keep up good maintenance but to be fair this seems to be the norm in Vietnam when it’s not hard to use a bit of decorators cork and paint with out hitting everything around what there meant to be painting. Builders working above my room and they tried to blame it on next door and the tv had very bad reception it was all fuzzy when I told them they said they will send someone up but no one came. Same as a few things and it could be a great hotel

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

¡Gran hotel por su dinero! Muy limpio. Una chica dulce y sonriente en la recepción, dispuesta a ayudar en todo. ¡Y es comprensible! ¡Inglés! ¡Tenemos una habitación con una enorme ventana panorámica! Buen desayuno: ofrecen varias opciones. Leí críticas aquí de algunos ”escritores”. ¿Quieres un hotel de cinco estrellas por $ 10 (desayuno incluido)? Baja del cielo a la tierra. En resumen: me gustó aquí, pero puedes hacer la vista gorda ante defectos menores, como un grifo en mal estado, considerando el precio.

La habitación es muy poca, y el trabajo de los agentes de viajes es muy poca, y se lleva mucho tiempo en la recepción. Ha llegado a la habitación con dos botellas de agua de minas, y el camarero de la recepción dijo especialmente que me habían enviado el agua de minas (es posible que ella se equivocara un poco con el chino?¿Se disculpó por el error en la recepción?), así que yo bebí ambas botellas de agua de minas. Pero la recepcionista se retiró y se cobraba dos barriles de agua de minas (porque yo retorcí a Trip.com cuando me quedé, la enojaba y canceló la entrega?)
