The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! We had a great stay here, the people are lovely and offered us help with laundry & transport back to Hanoi. For the price, it's a great option. The breakfast is basic but the fact it's included is incredible. My only negative feedback is some of the cleanliness but this was rectified straight away on the first night of our stay 😊 a really great budget option! thanks for having us!

El entorno era muy tranquilo y había todo tipo de restaurantes en la planta baja, lo que facilitaba mucho comer. La recepcionista hablaba chino y fue muy amable, incluso me recomendó lugares de interés cercanos. Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

Reservamos una suite de dos habitaciones en la cuarta planta con cocina, balcón y dos baños. La habitación está bien, pero algunas zonas necesitan reformas y limpieza en seco. Nuestro baño tenía un jacuzzi al que había que subir para ducharse. Era muy incómodo. Los utensilios de cocina eran escasos y las tazas muy pequeñas. Solo usamos la tetera y el fregadero, que necesitaban limpieza. La esponja estaba vieja y había que cambiarla. El refrigerador olía mal y apenas enfriaba. El hotel está bien ubicado en una zona tranquila cerca de un lago. Hay cafeterías a poca distancia a pie. Reservamos una excursión a Lanhu en el hotel. La excursión funciona de 8:00 a 17:00 y cuesta 600.000 dongs por persona. También reservamos un autobús a Ninh Binh en el hotel por 350.000 dongs. Debido a un tifón, nos registramos en el hotel un día tarde, y aunque la reserva no es reembolsable, nos compensaron por ese día. El personal es amable.

Nice HomeStay in the mountains. The facilities were good and the owners hired us scooters and arrange for our transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba. They had some books, cards and board games available. The tables around the pool were nice to have food or a drink around. The location is out of town, so not as many food options available but the homestay offers okay food - the banana pancakes were nice. The room was spacious, cold aircon and hot water with a little balcony which was nice. It was excellent value for money and very easy to get to the nation park and caves from on a scooter ☺️ If you book any day tours, they will pick you up from the hotel too. The boat tour was enjoyable - we booked through GetYourGuide, but the homestay also offers tours as well.

Chambre très spacieuse et vue d’angle au 9ème étage. La propriétaire s’occupe de location de scooters (100000kVND) des excursions, landry et transferts. Possibilité de tout payer à la fin du séjour en carte bancaire ou en sans contact. Les petits déjeuners pourraient être mieux variés

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

En resumen: me gustó aquí, pero puedes hacer la vista gorda ante defectos menores, como un grifo en mal estado, considerando el precio.
