The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! I sincerely thank the entire CatBa Oversleep hostel team for your work, your love for what you do, and your complete dedication. Your care for each guest, your attentiveness, and your kindness! If fate brings me back to this island, I will return to you without hesitation!

Очень красивый отель. Идеально чистый. Новая мебель и сантехника. Никаких насекомых. Все удобно, уютно. Вкусный завтрак входит в стоимость. Очень красивый вид из окна. Приветливая хозяйка. Очень тихо в номерах. Красивый район, вокруг зелено, тихо и хорошо пахнет. До ближайшего пляжа примерно 1 км, до центра города 2 км.

Great hotel. Feels very new, fancy public areas and rooms are nicely decorated and very clean and fresh. Balcony was a nice thing also. Location is not that bad but there was a really annoying trumpet playing early morning from the nearby military compound. Otherwise no noise from street or corridor. Staff was good and mostly helpful but check in and out a bit cumbersome. Breakfast options really amazing. Also had some drinks and snacks at the rooftop bar but plenty things sold out. Would definitely come back but then try get a room facing the other side away from the trumpet people.

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

Muy recomendable!! Un BuenoBonitoBarato en la isla de Cat Ba. Según lo que hemos conocido es difícil encontrar algo así en Vietnam!!! Gem, la dueña, es súper hospitalaria, siempre con una sonrisa. Desde el día de la reserva se puso en contacto con nosotros para saber la hora de llegada y si necesitábamos algo (incluso nos ofreció transporte que nos recogería en nuestro hotel anterior en Ha Long y nos dejarían en la puerta del Napoli). Lo tiene todo preparado para que puedas organizar el viaje desde su ”centro de mando”: alquiler de motos, servicio de lavandería, diferentes tours por la isla y desayuno con diferentes menús, todos acompañados de bebidas y fruta. También el viaje para ir a tu próximo destino... Todo a buen precio Las habitaciones son como en las fotos, y la ropa de cama y toallas están limpias. Hay amenities básicas, así como café, té y agua. Hay nevera, y agua caliente. Si volvemos a Cat Ba, volveremos al Napoli!!

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

El mejor hotel de Kappa El servicio del personal es excelente La capacidad de respuesta es de primera La ubicación en sí es excelente El desayuno es excelente El gimnasio está bien si te centras en ejercicios de peso corporal y mancuernas (hay un vídeo de Chris Bumstead en la pared, pero... eso no es posible con las instalaciones). Pero si solo lo usas temporalmente, está bien. Piscina: ¡¡¡PERFECTA!!! Incluso en un frío día de enero, la piscina cubierta era bastante agradable. (Por qué hay una cancha de futvoley y una mesa de ping pong en medio de la piscina... es un misterio...) Sala de juegos: La paso... Los juegos son viejos y un poco desgastados. Sala de niños: No esperes que los niños jueguen allí mucho tiempo. Sin embargo, la ubicación y las vistas le dan 6 puntos, así que definitivamente vale un 5.

The hotel lobby is emasculate if they pot as much effort into the the rest of the hotel as the reception lobby it would be good ..breakfast was poor no fruit and the nuddles was stuck to the bottom of the tray and it’s easy to cook them..cold tea and packet coffee when most hotels in Vietnam give you good coffee as there know for there coffee . Need a good maintenance man as the furniture is good but they just need a good maintains man to paint and keep up good maintenance but to be fair this seems to be the norm in Vietnam when it’s not hard to use a bit of decorators cork and paint with out hitting everything around what there meant to be painting. Builders working above my room and they tried to blame it on next door and the tv had very bad reception it was all fuzzy when I told them they said they will send someone up but no one came. Same as a few things and it could be a great hotel

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

Necesito un lugar para quedarme cuando las ferries se cerraron debido a un tifono y este era un buen lugar para encontrar en breve. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Hay snacks y bebidas en la habitación que son baratos, pero he tenido dudas sobre el agua botellada cuando lo había visto ya se abrió y me pregunté si se llenó en lugar de ser una nueva botella? El desayuno era pequeño en la variedad y el desayuno inglés que recibí era lo que me siento como una forma de ahorrar costes dandole más que bacon? En algunos aspectos, sólo porque se pagó el precio, esperaba algo de mejor calidad, pero estoy agradecido por un lugar donde quedarme cuando estaba ahogada. El hotel está situado en una zona de la playa, a unas 10 minutos a pie de la playa.
