¡Estamos muy contentos con el hotel, la habitación y el servicio! La habitación tiene una cama enorme, buen baño. El servicio de limpieza fue bueno. Se proporcionan toallas para la playa. El desayuno era bueno y tenía una variedad bastante grande (panqueques, tocino, huevo, fideos fritos y arroz, pho, frutas y jugos,…) Los servicios adicionales también fueron muy útiles. Hicimos servicio de lavandería (40 k por kilo), reservamos una scooter (100 k por día), reservamos un crucero en barco de un día por la bahía y nuestro autobús de regreso a Hanoi directamente en la recepción sin ningún problema. El gerente de recepción hablaba un inglés bastante bueno y fue muy servicial. Nos dio una bebida fría cuando llegamos y nos dio una breve introducción a los alrededores. También recibimos agua y jugo extra cuando una vez esperamos en el vestíbulo. ¡Gracias! Además, el resto del personal fue amable y servicial. También hizo todo lo posible para apoyarnos: cuando no estábamos muy contentos con el recorrido en barco (no coincidía completamente con la descripción), trató con la empresa y nos dio un buen descuento. Además cuando tuvimos la scooter solo unas horas, nos hizo un 50% de descuento.

We had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel. The hosts were super nice and really treated us the best they could. At first the location seemed a bit away from the center, and without grab we were sceptic how to get to the center. But the hosts were super helpfull and brought us by car and picked us up as well. We even lend 1 scooter for an evening for free! The room was super new and had everything we needed. Good bed, big smart tv (for resting day), great shower, good AC and small balcony. We got homemade Vietnamese breakfast everyday. Even when my girlfriend asked for just fruits they made an amazing platter full. These people were so nice and asked nothing in return. We wanted to pay for the rides but they refused. The hotel is in a super new area and the streets are only accessible for people who need to be there, which makes it very safe as well. Just note that if booking a tour they cannot pick you up in front of the hotel, but just 3 minutes walk away, so no problems.

La experiencia de estadía aquí hace un mes fue muy buena, por lo que esta vez todavía me puse prioritario el de elegir para quedarme aquí. En realidad, el hardware y las instalaciones de renovación de este hotel son de primera calidad en Hai Phong, que es también la fuerza del hotel. I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! Muy recomendable!! Un BuenoBonitoBarato en la isla de Cat Ba. Según lo que hemos conocido es difícil encontrar algo así en Vietnam!!! Gem, la dueña, es súper hospitalaria, siempre con una sonrisa. Desde el día de la reserva se puso en contacto con nosotros para saber la hora de llegada y si necesitábamos algo (incluso nos ofreció transporte que nos recogería en nuestro hotel anterior en Ha Long y nos dejarían en la puerta del Napoli). Lo tiene todo preparado para que puedas organizar el viaje desde su ”centro de mando”: alquiler de motos, servicio de lavandería, diferentes tours por la isla y desayuno con diferentes menús, todos acompañados de bebidas y fruta. También el viaje para ir a tu próximo destino... Todo a buen precio Las habitaciones son como en las fotos, y la ropa de cama y toallas están limpias. Hay amenities básicas, así como café, té y agua. Hay nevera, y agua caliente. Si volvemos a Cat Ba, volveremos al Napoli!!

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

La habitación era increíble, las vistas desde el balcón del piso 14 eran impresionantes. Hay una cocina en la habitación, solo de exhibición, ya que te multan incluso por usar el microondas. 😂 Un día tuvimos que pedir toallas limpias y agua, porque se las habían olvidado al arreglar la habitación. El hotel es ENORME, así que ir y volver de la piscina o del restaurante abierto es un viaje largo; es imposible que los niños puedan ir solos a ningún sitio en este complejo enorme. El club infantil es solo una sala, no un club propiamente dicho. Los juegos del club infantil son carísimos, así que no los usamos. La vista desde el restaurante del tercer edificio es increíble si llegas lo suficientemente temprano para conseguir una mesa junto a la ventana. El desayuno buffet está bien. Sin embargo, cuando se llena, la comida se acaba constantemente. ¡Había una! Cafetera para unas 400 personas, así que tienes que correr de un lado a otro del enorme restaurante para comprobar si la han vuelto a llenar. Una vez comimos buffet, que fue bastante malo. Por 1,7 millones de VND ni siquiera te dan agua para beber, sino que tienes que comprarla aparte, y no hay muchas opciones para que los niños coman. Una vez más, se acabó la comida, así que tuviste que subir y bajar varias veces para comprobar si la habían repuesto y evitar las multitudes por el camino. No fue una experiencia muy agradable. El hotel no puede ayudarte con reservas ni sugerencias de excursiones a menos que reserves sus tours, que son carísimos y hay pocas opciones. ¡Las piscinas del hotel fueron increíbles para nuestros hijos! La estancia estuvo bien en general, pero no volveríamos a este hotel.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

I needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.
