Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Ko Samui

Llevé a mi bebé de vacaciones con mis padres, así que quería encontrar una habitación con capacidad para cuatro personas. El hotel es fantástico, muy tranquilo y no hay muchas habitaciones. Originalmente quería reservar una villa junto al mar. todo reservado😂 Nos alojamos en una villa de dos habitaciones y era muy cómoda. Podíamos jugar tranquilamente en la piscina de nuestro propio patio y los niños estaban muy contentos. La habitación también cuenta con cocina, con ollas, sartenes, cubiertos, platos y microondas. Los dulces de coco que se regalan son deliciosos😋 y puedo ver la versión china de Netflix libremente. Mi hijo ha visto varias películas. La ubicación no está en una zona concurrida, pero es muy tranquila. Está muy cerca del muelle para ir al mar. También hay un 7-11 a cinco minutos a pie. Templo Senju Guanyin y el Templo del Gran Buda También hay algunos restaurantes si caminas más, también puedes pedir comida en el hotel. No es particularmente caro y sabe bastante bien. El desayuno se reservó en la recepción el día anterior. Un joven lo llevaba a la habitación por la mañana y ayudaba a preparar los platos. Había estilos tanto tailandés como occidental, por lo que había muchas opciones el primer día que salimos. al mar, incluso nos los empacó😄 Las señoras de la recepción fueron muy amables cuando me fui, incluso me llamaron un taxi, lo cual era más barato que agarrarlo. Además, perdí mi estuche de gafas de sol y mis gafas en la recepción. y la señora me ayudó a entregarlos después del trabajo. Mi segundo hotel, fue tan angelical 🤭 Pasé tres días súper feliz.

Расположение: нужно сразу понимать что потребуется транспорт. В пешей доступности есть пара кафе, но мы в них не ходили, народу в них тоже не наблюдалось, ну разве что пару раз видели несколько фарангов, которые завтракали. Репорт предлагает доставку на пляж и обратно по определенным часам. Про цену не помню: то ли бесплатно, то ли за символическую платную совсем низкую. Завтраки тоже предлагали заказывать с доставкой на виллу: это конечно дороже, чем в обычном кафе, но все же доступно. Мы этой услугой не пользовались, так как пришлось бы заранее планировать время завтрака (зачем?). Пляж… мы проживали во время дневных отливов, потому ничего хорошего про море не скажу, а сам пляж чистый и почти безлюдный. Сюрпризы: бронировали виллу с тремя спальнями и гостиной + бассейн. При просмотре фото номеров ( во время бронирования) никак не мог понять расположение комнаты а также не мог понять приватность бассейна. Будет ли бассейн только нашими или его надо будет делить с гостями из какой-то другой виллы. Даже в Гугл мапс «погулял», но так до конца и не понял. По прибытию Приятно удивило то, что эта самая вилла состоит из двух отдельных домовую между которыми расположен бассейн ( не маленький, средних размеров). Один дом состоит из двух спален с отдельными входами и отдельными сан узлами, а другой дом сострит из огромной гостиной, столовой, кухни и спальни + 2 сан узла. Грандиозно! Еще патио. Из минусов: не очень стабильный wi fi, телевизор задумчивый. Пожалуй все. Еще кондиционеры не так быстро охлаждают, как хотелось бы, но это вина конструктива зданий. Огромная площадь остекления которое выполнено в одиночном исполнении из дерева. Угли в будущем поставить нормальный алюминиевые конструкции со стеклопакетами, то можно будет добиться лучшего эффекта от кондиционеров+ сэкономить на электроэнергии и улучшить звукоизоляцию. Тем не менее кондиционеры вполне справляются со своей задачей. Практически всегда было тихо. В целом все ок. Денег своих это место стоит. Хозяйка по имени Лана очень доброжелательна и безупречно говорит на русском.

- Great location at the end of Lamai beach with a lovely view of both sand and beautiful boulders. -There is a little beach bar just beside the hotel that provides spots to sit on a giant boulder, which is a great perch in the evening or for sunrise. It looks like there are paddle boards and snorkels for use at the hotel. It’s near to the Grandmother/father rocks and Lamai beach is perfect for swimming and walking. - We loved the breakfasts, especially the delicious homemade croissants and pain au chocolate, along with fresh fruits changed daily and eggs to order. The Thai lunch options were also very good. -Win and Naing were kind and warm and helped us with what we needed. - The pool and frangipani tree, along with a variety of spots for lounging, including big covered round beds, created a chill atmosphere: so comfortable that were much lazier than we thought we’d be because we were so relaxed. Tip: The rooms have only partial views and the best view is #8. Note: Our room was a bit stuffy and the bathroom was a little dark and a little smelly, but definitely not too bad. The alley just outside the hotel is unlit and foul smelling, but a short walk away from some massage places and a few restaurants and bars. In general, the property is well maintained but shows a bit of wear, including stained patio cushions and umbrellas and things like that, but just a touch of aesthetic upgrades are needed- it’s still a great beach resort, a very good value, and we’d be back again. Merci!

El hotel esta ubicado en primera linea de la playa y a 15min del aeropuerto en taxi. Alrededor del hotel hay muchos lugares de copas, restaurantes, agencias y tiendas, encontrarás todo lo necesario. Al lado del hotel hay un lugar de copas muy agradeable donde colocan musica hasta la madrugada, el cual alcanzaba a escucharse un poco hasta la habitación, sin embargo esto no fue problema para mi. Las instalaciones y servicio genial, muy limpio y organizado. El personal muy atento y amables. Hemos reservado con desayuno y el buffet estupendo, bastante variado. Lo recomendaria sin dudar, mi estancia fue estupenda. Volvería allí alojarme si vuelvo a Koh Samui.

Amazing resort! Couldn't Reccommend it highly enough! I see the effort of the staff every day with the fruit and water around the pool to all guests and the environment so well kept. They even provide a small treat before sleep on the bed waiting and throughout our stay the upmost care and attention to all needs of their customers. We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆

Habitaciones amplias, limpias y fragantes. Un baño muy grande con ducha y bañera. Hay batas y pantuflas. Tranquilo, no se oye nada la ciudad ni las fiestas. El personal es de buen carácter. Desayunos muy variados y de calidad. Importante: este hotel está ubicado en un remanso, por lo que no hay oportunidad de disfrutar del mar y su profundidad (al menos durante la temporada alta, abril). Resulta que es como un baño de mar en el hotel. Para nadar en el ”agua grande”, es necesario caminar por la playa más cercana al centro de Chaweng. de 13 a 15 de la tarde happy hour: dos cócteles por el precio de uno. Y descuentos en el menú del mediodía. Me gustó mucho todo, todos contentos :) Ah, y el hotel es sólo para adultos, eso fue una gran ventaja para nosotros 🤪

¡Los puntos fuertes de este hotel son el desayuno y la playa! + Desayunos buenos y variados, dos máquinas de café, gran variedad de platos y opciones vegetarianas. + La playa frente al hotel ahora es fantástica; la limpian. Esta parte de la playa solía ser un poco accidentada, pero ahora es increíble, con agua turquesa cristalina y una playa de suave pendiente. Tenga en cuenta que en Chaweng Noi el sol brilla hasta las 5 de la tarde. + Los dos perros de la playa son muy amables, cariñosos y dulces; ¡los extraño mucho! + El masaje en la playa donde se encuentra el hotel es realmente excelente, especialmente con dos mujeres adultas; es el mejor. No valía la pena ir a otros lugares y probar otros masajes. Este lugar ofrece un masaje muy bueno a un buen precio. + Me gustó mucho el encargado del estacionamiento que me ayudó a acceder a la carretera de circunvalación. Es muy amable y hace bien su trabajo. - No me gustó el registro de entrada. Llegué al hotel a las 14:00 y me dijeron que el check-in era a las 15:00 (en la recepción me dijeron que era a las 14:00; las habitaciones son diminutas, al parecer les falta personal). Me dijeron que esperara junto a la piscina, pero hubo un lío para conseguir una toalla. Llegué a las 16:00 para registrarme y todo seguía siendo confuso. La primera habitación que me ofrecieron era peor, algo que nunca me había pasado, sobre todo porque nunca me había alojado allí. Después de rechazarla, me ofrecieron una mejor. No fue muy acogedor. - El wifi es pésimo en todo el hotel; hay que correr para conseguir señal. En otros hoteles, el wifi funciona incluso a 50 metros, no cuando estás justo delante, a un metro de distancia, en la playa o en el gimnasio. - El gimnasio es horrible; no le han hecho nada desde que lo construyeron. Un banco roto tirado encima, mancuernas en pésimas condiciones, una cinta de correr estropeada que lleva siete días sin arreglarse y cuyo coste se desconoce, y un aire acondicionado que apesta y es peligroso respirar... Nunca había visto nada igual. Esto refleja directamente su actitud hacia los huéspedes, al igual que la ducha estropeada en la playa, que lleva siete días sin arreglarse. El hotel está bien, por el precio que siempre ha tenido (4000-5000 rublos) es excelente, pero el doble de precio no lo justifica en absoluto. La habitación es pequeña y básica, pero el tamaño y las fotos están indicados en el comparador, así que no hay quejas. Todo está viejo y descuidado, no apto para personas sensibles ni para quienes aprecian las instalaciones impecables. Por un precio más bajo, volvería a alojarme en este hotel. Lamento haber tenido que lidiar con todas estas deficiencias, ¡y les deseo que sigan prosperando!

La mía es la habitación del fondo, así que la vista al mar es peor que la obstrucción del techo delantero. La piscina es muy pequeña. Al principio salí de la playa para nadar, pero la calidad del agua era mala y vi mucha agua negra, así que volví a la piscina para nadar un rato. La habitación está bien en general, pero el agua caliente de las duchas a menudo tarda un poco en salir y la presión del agua es insuficiente, algo con lo que estoy un poco insatisfecho. Cada día hay otro personal de limpieza después de limpiar, y el champú y el gel de ducha siempre cometen errores. Debido a mi cumpleaños, el hotel me regaló anuncios especiales y una tarta de cumpleaños. Fue muy cálido, y el personal es muy entusiasta, digno de elogio. A este precio, personalmente creo que este hotel es una buena opción.

Nice resort but can do with some reservations. Amenities can be improved too as what is offered is below its own concept standards. Only 2 bath towels provided, adding hand or face towels would be good. No pool towels in the plunge pool room, having it would be nice. Umbrella is damaged so can’t use it properly, room maid should check these things. Only 2 pillows provided, having 4 pillows would be nice so each person can have 2 pillows for comfort sleeping. Rooms with Plunge pool should have its own on/off switch for guests to operate instead of having to call reception to turn it on every time we need to use it. The water flow in the bathroom shower and wash basin is not consistently flowing with pressure, it low and high water pressure.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Nice swimming pool, have cayak and sub board for free borrow. No breakfast but have kitchen that you can do by youself.
