Yyongsherntys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) From the moment we arrived at Marasca, we knew we were in for something special. The resort is very well-secured at the entrance, giving us peace of mind right away. The front office team was simply superb—friendly, efficient, and attentive in just the right way. Our porter was quick to assist with our luggage, no fuss, no wait—just seamless service. Although early check-in wasn’t available when we arrived, the hotel’s app made all the difference. Through the app, we could explore the resort, make requests, and track our room status. Eventually, we received a notification that our room was ready—such a convenient system! The room itself? Immaculate! Spotless and thoughtfully designed with a massive bed, a sparkling clean shower area, a cozy separate seating space, and an automated toilet that lifts the cover for you. No-touch toilet seat? That’s a huge bonus! We were also greeted with a delightful welcome basket in the room, packed with special drinks, snacks, and even a handwritten postcard by the General Manager. It was such a warm and personal touch—it’s hard not to fall in love with the place instantly. We did try the spa, and while it’s on the pricier side, the service and facilities were absolutely worth every penny—top-notch from start to finish. Cabanas, the beach club at Marasca, is another highlight. Ultra-chilled vibes, beautifully designed with lush greenery, comfy furniture, and a view that opens right up to Chaweng Beach. It was the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast? Impressive. A great mix of Western and Asian dishes, plus a healthy spread of salads, pastries, yogurt, juices, and smoothies. The little touches like free healthy shots in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon truly made our stay even more enjoyable! Marasca also offers daily activities for guests, so you’ll never run out of things to do. To sum it all up: this is, hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Huge shoutout to the amazing team—Mo, Tony, Ja, Chet, Jenny, Puppup, Andy, Pui, Golf, and the rest whose names I can’t recall. Your teamwork and hospitality were unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back. See you again, Marasca!

SsimpleologistThe location was great considering it is only 20 mins from the airport and near the famous Bo Phut/Fisherman's shopping street (walking distance). However, the whole stay experience was average. We were given the ground floor having paid the more expensive price for the sea view. The heater wasn't functioning on the first day (they later fixed it). There were mosquitoes inside the room which I had quite a few bites from them on my face. The room's lighting was quite dark. The layout is not to my liking (there is no door to the bathroom, so the aircon temp affects the bathroom). The cleaner did not change our bathroom floor mat for 3 nights, and the cleaner only changed our bath towels once (we stayed for 3 nights). Overall, it was not satisfactory considering the price we paid and this is actually a 5-star hotel.

UUsuario invitadoMi reciente estancia en el Hotel Cape Fahn, Koh Samui, fue extraordinaria. Desde mi llegada a la isla privada, me sumergí en un mundo de lujo, tranquilidad y belleza inigualable. La ubicación del resort es simplemente impresionante. Situado en una isla apartada frente a la costa de Koh Samui, Cape Fahn ofrece un nivel de privacidad y exclusividad inigualable. Accesible solo en barco, el viaje a la isla crea el ambiente perfecto para una escapada inolvidable. Al llegar, me recibieron con una cálida hospitalidad y una refrescante bebida de bienvenida. La atención al detalle del personal fue evidente durante toda mi estancia, desde el impecable proceso de registro hasta los detalles que me hicieron sentir como un huésped valioso. Mi villa superó todas mis expectativas. Ubicada a orillas del mar azul, ofrecía vistas panorámicas del océano y las islas circundantes. El diseño interior era elegante y refinado, con todas las comodidades imaginables para garantizar una estancia cómoda y lujosa. La piscina infinita privada y la espaciosa terraza ofrecían el entorno perfecto para la relajación y la contemplación. Cenar en Cape Fahn fue una delicia culinaria. Los restaurantes del resort servían una variedad de platos gourmet inspirados en sabores locales, cada uno preparado con precisión y creatividad. Ya fuera disfrutando de una cena romántica bajo las estrellas o de un almuerzo relajado junto a la piscina, cada comida era un deleite para los sentidos. Las instalaciones del resort eran igualmente impresionantes. Desde la piscina infinita hasta el gimnasio de última generación, había una gran variedad de maneras de relajarse y rejuvenecer. Disfruté especialmente del spa, donde disfruté de un masaje maravilloso con vistas al océano, que me dejó con una sensación de frescura y rejuvenecimiento. En general, mi experiencia en el Hotel Cape Fahn, Koh Samui, superó todas mis expectativas. Es un santuario de lujo y serenidad, donde cada momento se aprecia y cada necesidad se anticipa. VViktorРасположение: нужно сразу понимать что потребуется транспорт. В пешей доступности есть пара кафе, но мы в них не ходили, народу в них тоже не наблюдалось, ну разве что пару раз видели несколько фарангов, которые завтракали. Репорт предлагает доставку на пляж и обратно по определенным часам. Про цену не помню: то ли бесплатно, то ли за символическую платную совсем низкую. Завтраки тоже предлагали заказывать с доставкой на виллу: это конечно дороже, чем в обычном кафе, но все же доступно. Мы этой услугой не пользовались, так как пришлось бы заранее планировать время завтрака (зачем?). Пляж… мы проживали во время дневных отливов, потому ничего хорошего про море не скажу, а сам пляж чистый и почти безлюдный. Сюрпризы: бронировали виллу с тремя спальнями и гостиной + бассейн. При просмотре фото номеров ( во время бронирования) никак не мог понять расположение комнаты а также не мог понять приватность бассейна. Будет ли бассейн только нашими или его надо будет делить с гостями из какой-то другой виллы. Даже в Гугл мапс «погулял», но так до конца и не понял. По прибытию Приятно удивило то, что эта самая вилла состоит из двух отдельных домовую между которыми расположен бассейн ( не маленький, средних размеров). Один дом состоит из двух спален с отдельными входами и отдельными сан узлами, а другой дом сострит из огромной гостиной, столовой, кухни и спальни + 2 сан узла. Грандиозно! Еще патио. Из минусов: не очень стабильный wi fi, телевизор задумчивый. Пожалуй все. Еще кондиционеры не так быстро охлаждают, как хотелось бы, но это вина конструктива зданий. Огромная площадь остекления которое выполнено в одиночном исполнении из дерева. Угли в будущем поставить нормальный алюминиевые конструкции со стеклопакетами, то можно будет добиться лучшего эффекта от кондиционеров+ сэкономить на электроэнергии и улучшить звукоизоляцию. Тем не менее кондиционеры вполне справляются со своей задачей. Практически всегда было тихо. В целом все ок. Денег своих это место стоит. Хозяйка по имени Лана очень доброжелательна и безупречно говорит на русском.

UUsuario invitadoEl tipo de habitación de villa que reservé es excelente, el paisaje es súper hermoso. Este tipo de habitación es relativamente rentable en Koh Samui. Hay muchas piscinas públicas en el hotel, pero también hay muchos huéspedes. bueno como el anterior Vana Belle, pregunté después de agregar prestigio. ¡Me tomó 2 días responder a la pregunta! Pero puedes llamar directamente a la recepción, así que no es un gran problema. El único inconveniente es que la ubicación es remota, no hay nada fuera del hotel y todavía está un poco lejos de lugares populares en taxi. La comida del hotel es normal.

Ффедор куйдинWe booked the All Inclusive package at Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa through Trip.com, but unfortunately the experience did not match what “all inclusive” usually means. At check-in we were told that our “all inclusive” included only two dishes per person for lunch and dinner, plus breakfast the next day. This was very surprising, because we paid significantly more specifically for the full package. The administrator also informed us that desserts were included and that our son could order ice cream anytime. However, at lunch the waiter said desserts were not included, and only after calling the manager were we allowed to take one dessert for free “as an exception”. The sauna was also not included, even though we expected it to be part of an all-inclusive stay. For dinner, the all-inclusive menu in the seaside restaurant was extremely limited compared to the regular menu, so we could not find anything suitable and had to go to the main restaurant instead. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, but later at the beach bar we were unexpectedly told that drinks were no longer included, which had not been explained in advance. What made the experience even more disappointing is that we previously stayed at another Marriott property — Le Meridien Khao Lak — where the All Inclusive package was absolutely outstanding. It included multiple à la carte restaurants, a full buffet with unlimited dishes, drinks, and desserts, and overall was far superior — while actually costing slightly less than what we paid at Renaissance Koh Samui. Overall, although we paid several times more for the All Inclusive package at Renaissance Koh Samui, what we received was only two dishes per meal, a very limited menu, almost no included desserts or drinks, and inconsistent information from the staff. Unfortunately, it was far from the Marriott-level all-inclusive experience we expected and not worth the extra cost.

AAshleigh ThereseGarrya is like an island in itself. It is secluded and has it's own private beach. The staff are extremely lovely and there is a lot of passion behind everything Garrya does. So many little extras are included in your stay, which makes all the difference. There was 3 different restaurants we could choose from (which was great as it rained the whole time). The buffet breakfast has such a good variety and so many fresh fruits and choices. We loved our stay here.

AAteSophiaAl decidir mi destino de luna de miel, vi Silavadee Pool Villa y me enamoré tanto que hice una reserva de inmediato y fue tan buena como esperaba. ㅎㅎ Fue realmente genial nadar en la piscina privada por la mañana y por la noche. 🤗 El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y el pad thai fue el mejor 👍👍👍 Fue una pena que no pudiéramos ir a la piscina pública que aparecía en el MV de Girls' Generation porque estaba en construcción, pero en cambio nos dieron un crédito por noche, ¡así que lo usamos de manera útil! ¡Y realmente tienes que ir al bar 'Star' cuando llega el atardecer (se requieren reservas/puede que no haya asientos)! Es lo mejor 🌟 Sin embargo, debido a que el complejo tiene un ambiente natural, hay algunas hormigas e insectos, algunos mosquitos, ¡y las instalaciones no están tan limpias...! ㅠㅠ Pero el personal era amable y era fácil comunicarse con la aplicación. Quiero irme de vacaciones otra vez 🥹

AAzy AbdullahEl registro fue sin problemas. Había muchas escaleras, así que terminamos ayudando al portero, lo cual estuvo bien, pero fue bastante desagradable subirlas y hacer el check out. El apartamento de dos habitaciones en el que nos alojamos (el 106) estaba bien para una estancia corta. Me encantaron las instalaciones del piso 2: tienen dos neveras, una por cada planta. Fue una grata sorpresa. No vi pañuelos desechables ni cepillos de dientes. No había agua caliente en el baño del piso 1. Una noche nos pilló un chaparrón y nos secamos el pelo con agua tibia después de ducharnos de nuevo con agua fría. El servicio de limpieza fue puntual y minucioso todos los días. Mi única queja fue que apagaban las luces del pasillo después de cierta hora y, personalmente, que alguien volviera borracho, tropezar por las escaleras es un accidente a punto de ocurrir. Tenía hijos, así que me preocupaba que tropezaran al volver de cenar y pasear por Chaweng. Simplemente no creo que sea seguro para los viajeros mayores. El desayuno era básico. Pide el desayuno del menú. Pero en general, para una buena noche de descanso, buena cama, aire acondicionado y wifi.
