Servicio: Un mayordomo dedicado (¡mención especial para Tak!) brinda un servicio amable, habla inglés fluido, cuida hasta el último detalle y mantiene un alto nivel de servicio de manera constante.

Review: A Beautiful, Design-Led Oasis in Fisherman’s Village We recently stayed at the Hansar Samui, and it is truly a beautiful property with a thoughtful design. The location is perfect—just a short, pleasant stroll away from Fisherman’s Village, making it easy to explore the local area while still feeling like you have a quiet retreat to return to. The Highlights Dining Experience: The breakfast was a standout. I particularly appreciated having eggs made fresh to order; there is nothing worse than pre-cooked, rubbery eggs left under heat lamps, so this was a huge bonus for me. The Vibe: The swimming pool is lovely, and the beach is kept very clean. The hotel maintains a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by a great selection of background music. Service & Little Touches: The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I loved the ”turn-down” service around 5:00 PM, where housekeeping brought little chocolates and water—an adorable touch that made us feel looked after. Facilities: The gym is clean and well-maintained. Crucially for those working remotely, the Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable enough for me to take Zoom meetings without any issues. Room Design: The rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning balconies and views. The bathroom was a highlight, especially the large rainfall shower. Room Comfort & Maintenance We did have a significant issue with the bed. The mattresses are very soft, which didn't suit us at all as my husband has a bad back. It made sleeping quite difficult. However, the staff were wonderful and tried their best to accommodate us; they helped remove the mattress so we could sleep on the wooden base with just the mattress topper. While not ”luxury” comfort, it was much better for his back than the soft mattress. We also had a few issues with a temperamental toilet flush, but to the hotel's credit, maintenance was very prompt in coming to fix it each time. Dining & Logistics We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, ordering the Massaman curry and Chicken Panang. While the food was edible, it was just ”okay”—we were perhaps expecting a bit more given how high the quality of breakfast was. That said, the view from the restaurant in the evening is spectacular, and they occasionally have lovely entertainment. One small hiccup occurred when we booked a taxi through the hotel to take us to the pier for our trip to Koh Phangan. The driver unfortunately dropped us at the wrong port. We had to quickly catch a Grab to the correct one, but luckily we made it just in time for our ferry. Overall Despite a few minor glitches, this was a wonderful stay. The aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous, and the professionalism of the staff ensures that any issues are handled quickly. I would definitely recommend Hansar for anyone looking for a stylish and relaxed stay in Samui!

Расположение: нужно сразу понимать что потребуется транспорт. В пешей доступности есть пара кафе, но мы в них не ходили, народу в них тоже не наблюдалось, ну разве что пару раз видели несколько фарангов, которые завтракали. Репорт предлагает доставку на пляж и обратно по определенным часам. Про цену не помню: то ли бесплатно, то ли за символическую платную совсем низкую. Завтраки тоже предлагали заказывать с доставкой на виллу: это конечно дороже, чем в обычном кафе, но все же доступно. Мы этой услугой не пользовались, так как пришлось бы заранее планировать время завтрака (зачем?). Пляж… мы проживали во время дневных отливов, потому ничего хорошего про море не скажу, а сам пляж чистый и почти безлюдный. Сюрпризы: бронировали виллу с тремя спальнями и гостиной + бассейн. При просмотре фото номеров ( во время бронирования) никак не мог понять расположение комнаты а также не мог понять приватность бассейна. Будет ли бассейн только нашими или его надо будет делить с гостями из какой-то другой виллы. Даже в Гугл мапс «погулял», но так до конца и не понял. По прибытию Приятно удивило то, что эта самая вилла состоит из двух отдельных домовую между которыми расположен бассейн ( не маленький, средних размеров). Один дом состоит из двух спален с отдельными входами и отдельными сан узлами, а другой дом сострит из огромной гостиной, столовой, кухни и спальни + 2 сан узла. Грандиозно! Еще патио. Из минусов: не очень стабильный wi fi, телевизор задумчивый. Пожалуй все. Еще кондиционеры не так быстро охлаждают, как хотелось бы, но это вина конструктива зданий. Огромная площадь остекления которое выполнено в одиночном исполнении из дерева. Угли в будущем поставить нормальный алюминиевые конструкции со стеклопакетами, то можно будет добиться лучшего эффекта от кондиционеров+ сэкономить на электроэнергии и улучшить звукоизоляцию. Тем не менее кондиционеры вполне справляются со своей задачей. Практически всегда было тихо. В целом все ок. Денег своих это место стоит. Хозяйка по имени Лана очень доброжелательна и безупречно говорит на русском.

Quite a new hotel, open in Jan 2024. Very Nice and clean in which the designer looks into every little detailing in designing the room. All the staff are very friendly and polite. I book a room with private pool but upon check in, there is no bathtub in the room. So we request to change room with bathtub, their friendly staff, Nat, show us the room, help to change and upgrade the room for us. Hotel is near lots of nice restaurants and places of interest. Breakfast food provided is very nice and we enjoy the breakfast very much for 3 days. They provide activities like pilates, hydro fit exercise in the morning and evening and free ice-cream and 1 For 1 drinks at the poolside. Overall, a very nice and friendly hotel which we will come back again.

Our expectations were high and in the beginning it really seemed to be living up to them. First of all the staff is incredible - polite, smiling and helpful. The management was thoughtful and caring and the cleanliness was of the highest standard. When trying to use the pool during the day you will find it's impossible. Thai heat simply makes it unbearable and there's absolutely no cover from the sun - in my opinion poor design of the pool area that should have been considered during construction. Another thing is ordering a cocktail by the pool you get it in a plastic cup for water with decoration being a single piece of pineapple. Even the cheapest bars I used to visit would try harder to decorate the cocktail and in my opinion for the price we paid here it definitely shouldn't be served like this. Just seems like low value for money - same goes for the restaurant: We were told there was a barbecue event at the beach but actually it was only the normal menu of the restaurant just like every other day - price is simply too high for the presentation of the food which was just average. Breakfast was also underwhelming and a huge issue for me was the taste of the coffee! I don't know if it's due to desalinated sea water used as drinking water but americano had a horrible salty taste that was impossible to drink. In my opinion bottleded water must be used for the espresso machine because as such it is undrinkable. Finally the location of the resort itself isn't the best, the beach is tiny and rocky and to get anywhere you need to be driven in a buggy which you need to book and then wait. Many times I've witnessed peaople frustrated and give up on waiting for it and walk instead, as we done a few times also. Unfortunately overall I wouldn't plan on returning again even though the staff is exceptional.

Garrya Tonsay Bay fue un oasis hermoso y tranquilo en Koh Samui. Nos alojamos un par de noches y nos encantó la variedad de actividades incluidas, desde yoga y muay thai por la mañana hasta clases de circuito, paddle surf y snorkel; todo muy bien organizado. El restaurante era excelente; disfrutamos de la cena ”Sabores del Norte de Tailandia”, y el desayuno buffet fue uno de los mejores que hemos probado. El personal fue increíble, increíblemente amable y atento a cada detalle. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente este relajante refugio!

Another Amari disappointing stay. first was amari hua hin and 2nd is this hotel. stayed in amari koh samui for 4nights, we just got back from koh samui a few days ago. location wise sure cant deny that, it's by the beach front, 5 mins drive away from central koh samui mall and walking from the night life but so does other resorts around the area. when you get to the hotel specially after paying so much per night and to be classified as a 5 star hotel, you expect a good service, a 5 star service. Specially when the first point of contact to the customer service is the front staffs, however very disappointing. Most, if not all of the staffs doesnt seem to smile at all. We arrived early so we had lunch first and sure they managed to give us earlier check in at almost 2pm, their check in is at 3pm. we let it go perhaps we were just too tired and sensitive as we just arrived in koh samui and it was humid, however, throughout our stay their customer service was absolutely lacking. VERY LACKING. specially a few staffs driving the buggy service, we even had an accident one time when we were on our way back to the room, one of the driver drove so fast, THEY ALL DRIVE REALLY FAST, and he rammed onto one of the on coming buggy, i was holding my baby so tight. luckily nothing happened to us. same buggy driver who was had a grumpy look the entire stay and we saw him throwing luggages on to the buggy instead of handling them with care. so when you are taking a buggy, tell them to drive slow. the room, we booked a connecting room, which was a mistake. booking 2 rooms would have been cheaper but anyhow, the room was not clean at all, the bathtub was moldy the floors felt dirty and there were alot of mosquitos every single day. first day we arrived we killed 10 mosquitos in one room whats up with that. breakfast had good selections, they have 3 pools around the resorts as it is a big resort best one is the one over looking the beach, kid friendly pool. they have kids room, not that big just a small room.. anyway overall would i come back here in Amari Koh Samui, absolutely NOT. Would i recommend amari koh samui, absolutely NOT. if you want to stay in a beach front, there are alot of beach front resorts near amari and around the area check that out.. they did something nice from my baby;s birthday, decorated the mirror and gave cake so i appreciated that. with kids i would recommend hyatt koh samui, they are friendlier to kids and service is top notch. we moved there after amari THANK GOODNESS

Amazing resort! Couldn't Reccommend it highly enough! I see the effort of the staff every day with the fruit and water around the pool to all guests and the environment so well kept. They even provide a small treat before sleep on the bed waiting and throughout our stay the upmost care and attention to all needs of their customers. We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆

Lo usé en mi luna de miel. Se decoró la habitación y nos sirvieron un pastel. El personal es muy amable y todos pueden hablar inglés. La playa estaba cerca y la piscina era genial. Sin embargo, debido a renovaciones, parte de la piscina y el restaurante no estaban disponibles, por lo que le di una puntuación de 4. En cambio, me dieron un crédito por valor de 1000 baht. También fue desafortunado que no pudiéramos utilizar el restaurante llamado Star debido a la lluvia del día anterior. No hay nada que pueda hacer al respecto. En general estuvo muy bien. Quiero ir otra vez

Mi reciente estancia en el Hotel Cape Fahn, Koh Samui, fue extraordinaria. Desde mi llegada a la isla privada, me sumergí en un mundo de lujo, tranquilidad y belleza inigualable. La ubicación del resort es simplemente impresionante. Situado en una isla apartada frente a la costa de Koh Samui, Cape Fahn ofrece un nivel de privacidad y exclusividad inigualable. Accesible solo en barco, el viaje a la isla crea el ambiente perfecto para una escapada inolvidable. Al llegar, me recibieron con una cálida hospitalidad y una refrescante bebida de bienvenida. La atención al detalle del personal fue evidente durante toda mi estancia, desde el impecable proceso de registro hasta los detalles que me hicieron sentir como un huésped valioso. Mi villa superó todas mis expectativas. Ubicada a orillas del mar azul, ofrecía vistas panorámicas del océano y las islas circundantes. El diseño interior era elegante y refinado, con todas las comodidades imaginables para garantizar una estancia cómoda y lujosa. La piscina infinita privada y la espaciosa terraza ofrecían el entorno perfecto para la relajación y la contemplación. Cenar en Cape Fahn fue una delicia culinaria. Los restaurantes del resort servían una variedad de platos gourmet inspirados en sabores locales, cada uno preparado con precisión y creatividad. Ya fuera disfrutando de una cena romántica bajo las estrellas o de un almuerzo relajado junto a la piscina, cada comida era un deleite para los sentidos. Las instalaciones del resort eran igualmente impresionantes. Desde la piscina infinita hasta el gimnasio de última generación, había una gran variedad de maneras de relajarse y rejuvenecer. Disfruté especialmente del spa, donde disfruté de un masaje maravilloso con vistas al océano, que me dejó con una sensación de frescura y rejuvenecimiento. En general, mi experiencia en el Hotel Cape Fahn, Koh Samui, superó todas mis expectativas. Es un santuario de lujo y serenidad, donde cada momento se aprecia y cada necesidad se anticipa. Estoy deseando volver a esta joya escondida en el paraíso.
