Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Oslo

Great hotel with good transport links (I think you have the metro, tram and bus all within 10 min walk) but it is worth mentioning that this is slightly out of the centre so it takes about 30 minutes to get in. For business travellers with offices around I guess that dosent matter but for tourists it might be slightly time consuming although the Ruter zone 1 transport pass does cover this so more on time rather than cost for transport here. Breakfast was splendid and I really enjoyed the spread and quality which I think is even better than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Oslo and other parts of EU. Staff in breakfast was great, although reception staff was not the friendliest per se - professional though just not as friendly. I put a DND on my room door twice but both times housekeeping still came to clean my room so I’m not really sure if the signs mean anything. Amenities though was horrendous - nothing except poor quality towels and soap which were a let down. Overall good hotel but definitely more things could be done to achieve the maximum potential.

El restaurante del hotel puede bajar a la estación de metro, muy conveniente, hay un pequeño supermercado abajo y es muy conveniente volver a casa. El desayuno del hotel es rica y hay muchas opciones, porque el tiempo está muy temprano, la hermana alta de la recepción me ha dejado encantada ir a la estación de metro a buscar café y servicio en el lugar.

El hotel está situado a 5 o 6 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, cerca del mar. Tiene un pequeño vestíbulo, pero también podremos utilizar algunas mesas de su restaurante, mientras disfrutamos de café o té gratis durante todo el día. También ofrece cena ligera incluida en el precio y fue una de las razones por las que lo elegí. La cena incluye buffet de ensaladas y aderezos increíbles, además de una sopa diaria, una comida y pan recién horneado. El desayuno era muy sabroso, bellamente decorado en una mesa pequeña, e incluía una variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, que se reponían inmediatamente cuando se vaciaban. Todo lo ofrecido era de alta calidad. También hay un gimnasio y una sauna gratuitos. La habitación no es grande, pero es suficiente. Bonita decoración. Camas no demasiado grandes en una habitación doble. El baño es bastante pequeño, con cabina de ducha inteligente. Bonitos ventanales con sol todo el día. Sorprendentemente, no había nevera. La televisión tenía sólo unos pocos canales nacionales. Todos los miembros del personal son muy educados y serviciales. Conseguí la habitación inmediatamente después de mi llegada, unas horas antes de la hora oficial de check-in. El check-out está muy bien, programado al mediodía. Hay una consigna de equipaje muy pequeña pero gratuita. Finalmente, obtuve un muy buen precio en Trip.com, en comparación con otros proveedores.

Simple hotel, yet clean. Staff are very helpful. Location is easy walk from the train station through the shopping mall, but it is not exactly near the center of attractions. Breakfast is simple but very nice (really love their croissants). Appreciate the breakfast pack given by the hotel for us also; since our train to Bergen is very early in the morning 🙂

Highly recommended. The hotel is part of an old post office, located right behind a bus stop, 100m from a tram stop and 500m from Oslo Central Station. There are restaurants just downstairs or nearby. The room is large enough and well-equipped, with a washing machine, a big drying rack, a microwave and all utensils. There is a public room for (self-service, super convenient, pretty large space) luggage storage facilities and all the necessites (tea packs, towels, linens, and ear plugs etc., though it is quiet at night) Everything is done on app, including check-in/out and opening the doors. However, the door-opening function in the app doesn't work sometimes so you have to use code instead (there's no reception). Also, you have to go through some stairs at entrance and a winding passage to reach your room. The room is a little bit dark at night (even with all the lights on) for reading and writing. The TV is located in a weird position.

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my recent 20-day trip. It’s perfectly located with stunning views of the city and right next to Oslo Winter Park, making it an ideal choice for skiers like me. Although it takes about 30 minutes by train to reach the city center, you may find it hard to leave the hotel because of its beautiful scenery. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee, hot tea, and apples available in the common areas. The staff were friendly; we had a lovely chat with one of them for almost half an hour. The breakfast included was quite good as well. The only downside was that the room, especially the shower, was a bit small, but it was perfectly acceptable for the price. I would definitely consider visiting again.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Bergen, a unas 10 minutos a pie de la playa y a unas 10 minutos a pie de la playa. El hotel está equipado con personal muy agradable y habla varias lenguas. El desayuno, que se abre a las 6:30, es un sueño. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Un grupo de estudiantes de educación superior y yo regresamos a casa tras una conferencia en la que nos alojamos en este hotel. El personal fue muy atento y educado. Todas las mañanas pedíamos toallas limpias en recepción y nos las proporcionaban en el momento o nos las entregaban en la habitación en 10 minutos. El hotel está a unos 10-15 minutos a pie del puerto deportivo, la estación de metro y el Palacio Real. Los estudiantes disfrutaron mucho de lo cerca que estaba de todo. El registro de entrada y salida fue sencillo y las habitaciones estaban limpias. Había un código QR en la habitación para escanear si querías que el personal de limpieza viniera a diario. Había una pequeña selección de aperitivos en la recepción. Por otro lado, la variedad del desayuno era realmente buena: desde gofres y tortitas recién hechos hasta desayuno caliente, cereales, yogur, fruta, batidos y zumos recién hechos. En general, este hotel es ideal si buscas una base para explorar Oslo. Lo recomiendo para una escapada de fin de semana.
