I stayed at the ibis because I was looking for an international hotel. The hotel was nice. The area the hotel is in is still significantly under development. So there didn’t appear to be a lot of options for going outside and eating. Therefore, I went to the hotel restaurant, which was quite nice. Food was good price was reasonable. The only drawback on this hotel at all is the location if you’re interested in being able to go outside and walk around and see things.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it is well located near the city centre and its staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged a car to pick us up from the airport when we arrived and helped us check the time and location of the show we wanted to see. When we arrived they upgraded our room, which was beautiful, spacious and very clean.

A really excellent hotel! The reception staff are so friendly and professional, and they speak very good English. They helped give me directions to nearby ATMs and also called a taxi service for me to go to the airport on my last day. The room was always very clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a laundry service that is quite cheap, and it was very convenient - you just have to put your dirty clothes in a bag and give it to reception, and they will return it to your room (usually on the same day). The breakfast was also delicious - a combination of a cooked breakfast, fruits, yoghurts, salad, cereals and cakes, along with tea, coffee and juice. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back!

Fantastic. Got in late and met a guy from New Zealand who helped me out. Met connections from Australia completely by accident which hope will lead to job interviews. Close to city centre. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are not 5 star but suited needs and the staff do everything to make you comfortable. I took advantage of the gym and the sauna and also used the breakfast restaurant. Very good. Beer was also on tap and service was appreciated. Will definatly stay here again and highly recommended.

La habitación era relativamente espaciosa, pero había marcas de cigarrillos en el sofá. El ambiente general era clásico y antiguo, pero el personal, disponible las 24 horas, fue realmente genial. El aire acondicionado no se podía bajar de 25,5 °C, así que hacía un poco de calor, pero lo aguanté con el ventilador y el de techo. Al principio me molesté cuando dijeron que era un problema debido a la temperatura anormal, pero lo entendí.

Estaba un poco nervioso después de leer las críticas antes de venir aquí, preocupado de que hubiera varios problemas, pero ahora puedo decir con confianza que este es un hotel en el que puedo alojarme sin preocupaciones. El precio no es alto en Ulaanbaatar y la ubicación es relativamente buena. Hay un centro comercial en construcción al otro lado de la calle y está a 20 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. El hotel también tiene su propia cafetería en el primer piso donde podrá tomar un descanso. Es bastante visible desde la distancia, pero es un poco sinuoso cuando se camina y no es tan fácil de encontrar. Hay un cartel de un restaurante coreano en el primer piso, lo cual es bastante confuso. Hay otros edificios altos cerca del hotel, pero no bloquean seriamente la vista. Se encuentra a 4 km de la estación de tren, unos 40 minutos a pie. Llegamos alrededor de las 10:30. El hotel fue muy considerado y nos registró temprano. La habitación es grande y relajante, con una cama suave, agua caliente las 24 horas (no necesariamente disponible en los hoteles de Mongolia), una bañera grande, toallas cómodas y gel de ducha de buena calidad. Un problema es que hay muy pocos enchufes. Sólo hay dos enchufes en toda la habitación, y uno está en el baño...no es muy conveniente. Una de ellas es que no hay servicio de habitaciones. Como solo me quedaría dos noches y la comunicación era incómoda, no pedí limpieza. Pero en general, es una buena opción para alojarse en Ulán Bator.

It's was a lovely hotel the staff was excellent very professional a special thanks to Saran and reda we arrived at the hotel early in the morning due to the flight time and with the check in time being 14.00 we was in for a long wait the hotel really looked after us and Saran moved heaven and earth to get us in the room by 11.30 which was really kind of him the hotel itself was really good the room was excellent and absolutely spotless the hard working staff really deserve credit. We didn't have breakfast but the cafe bar was very nice and really reasonably priced.me and my wife loved our 7 nights stay and a would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting ulaanbaater

Nice hotel in centre, friendly staff, nice breakfast and gym

Esta casa, que está reservada para su ubicación geográfica (a cerca de donde voy), es de todo tipo, aunque no en un punto muy malo, pero no puede ser capaz de hacer nada. La noche puede oír el sonido de KTV, el desayuno es muy malo, no es delicioso, la comida fría es principalmente, el servicio es muy general, el servicio de sonrisas no puede hacerse, el restaurante del segundo piso no está bien.

El agua caliente no es buena. Es demasiado caro.
