I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is exceptionally clean, with every detail carefully maintained. La ubicación del hotel es simplemente genial. El casco antiguo está a la vuelta de la esquina, y al otro lado de la calle hay un gran centro comercial y un mercado de agricultores. La estación de tren también está cerca. Hay mucha comida alrededor y hay varios supermercados. El mercado tiene de todo y los precios son más baratos que en China.

An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . . Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available. The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was. Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

The hotel is well located on the edge of the old town, a few minutes walk from the all old town attractions, excursion pick up points and tourist office. Excellent check in, well appointed room overlooking the river. A higher room would have been preferable, but room facilities excellent. Although accommodation is very reasonably priced, we found the €20 pp charge for use of the spa facilities a little out of kilter. Disappointed and surprised - especially at this time year - that we were not allowed a late checked even at the cost of €15 per hour after 1pm.

Paid extra, service very poor. Arrived to check-in, nobody to serve, no receptionist at the desk. Did wait around 10 minutes, gave a call, no answer, but the receptionist arrived. Then went to their restaurant, very vague service. No cocktails on the meniu (that's what we came for), asked and then the waiter gave separate cocktails menu. Finally came back to room and realised my bed sheet is dirty! Went to reception and asked to change it since we just arrived. Same person from reception came with new duvet and linen, had replace myself, meaning lack of staff if the same person does everything within entire hotel. Breakfast decent, saw people drinking wine, but it wasn't marked as it's included in the breakfast or not and bottle sits aside from all the breakfast on the bar table.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with an old town view, which was truly stunning. Additionally, they offered us complimentary spa entrance after checkout, which was a delightful bonus. The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, situated on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The spa was also impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

The hotel was in an excellent location only 5mins walk from the bus to and from the airport and central for the old town. Hotel staff and reception welcoming. Our room very clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and the room very cosy. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

El hotel es genial y está en una buena ubicación, justo en el centro del casco antiguo. El personal es muy amable y conocedor de la zona. Un miembro del personal llamado Lev es especialmente útil, conoce mucha historia sobre Letonia / dónde visitar y es muy profesional. El hotel tiene un gran carácter y un buen desayuno, con una encantadora sala de desayunos. Escuché que el restaurante también es genial, pero no tuvimos tiempo para ir con una visita tan corta. Definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo.

Fabulous location and very helpful staff on reception - keen to give recommendations for restaurants etc. I happened to mention it was my birthday during our stay and they put a bottle of Rigas sparkling wine and flute glasses in our room with a little card wishing me happy birthday. Lovely sized rooms, comfy beds, good shower and a quiet hotel.

Brilliant location in heart of Riga, 5m Origo , 10m Bazar, 10m cat house, everything is so close! Our room was clean, nice breakfast with plenty of choice, didn’t have any problems, would stay there again next time
