The hotel was really clean! The architecture is beautiful with it's black and white combination of color and it's minimalist elegant structure. The service was amazing! The staffs are also very kind and helpful! I can confidently say it's one of the best 4 star in semarang, and deserved to be in the list of 4 star select!

The hotel is still good even though it is an old hotel. The food for breakfast is not much and limited. Maybe I will only stay here once for breakfast. It is hot in the elevator because there is no air conditioning. Hopefully the hotel can invest in air conditioning in the elevator. I will bring a group to Semarang but because of the breakfast and the elevator, this hotel may not be my choice.

Como se ha mencionado en mi anterior revisión, el hotel mañana ofrece una excelente experiencia y unas instalaciones de envejecimiento. My stay at the Quest Hotel was satisfactory, except for an interaction with a front desk employee whose demeanor was inconsistent with the expected level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber. While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience.

Many varies of Breakfast menus, but the taste should be improved. Hot water and air cond settings bit difficult. Overall, still have a nice stay,

I recently traveled to Semarang for a business trip and stayed at Quest Prime Semarang. The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to key areas of the city, which made my commute to meetings quite convenient. The room was neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a long day. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the service from the staff was excellent; they were attentive and always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. However, I did find the breakfast options to be somewhat limited, which was a minor drawback in an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, my experience at Quest Prime Semarang was positive and contributed well to my business trip.

The lobby is so beautiful but not really match with the room situation. Actually I expect more… poor cleanliness, carpet looks old and also the AC knob looks so dirty. And very disappointed, when I took my breakfast, they are still using many broken bowl 🫣🫣🫣 Out of standard… I think the hotel should improve this problem… I am not sure to return for the second stay…

No se puede comprobar como se me dijo en el check-in en Dafam Wondosobo que no hice ninguna reserva en este hotel. Qué desilusión cuando se me dijo a Dafam Wondosobo fue reservado por la noche cuando intenté cambiar mi reserva.

El proceso de registro fue muy largo. A las 15:30 la habitación aún no estaba lista. Después de presionarme para que lo estuviera, me dieron una habitación para fumadores, que al final era la número 919. La habitación olía a cigarrillo. Las toallas estaban sucias y manchadas, y el televisor y los muebles de la habitación eran viejos. Hay servicio de valet parking, pero el desayuno es normal; no merece la pena alojarse en este hotel.
