The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment after a full day of meetings. I especially appreciated the complete amenities, which made the stay convenient and hassle-free. With its good service and comfortable facilities, Noormans Hotel is a solid choice for business travelers. I’m happy to give it a 4.5 out of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Semarang.

NNora KDHotenya bagus, bersih, unik, kamarnya juga nyaman, breakfast ala carte dengan menu mostly western.. mungkin saran ditambah varian menu lokal.. ky soto/buryam kalo bawa anak agak susah kalo menunya spt itu..

SSharon PSKhas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

UUsuario anónimoWhat impressed me the most was the breakfast, which is why I sent the pictures while enjoying it. There were various meal options, and all of them were delicious. The room was fine; I didn’t take pictures, but it was clean, and I was very comfortable during my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic and the distance from the city center, but overall, it was still a great value for the price.

PPaulus P SitumorangThe good thing about this hotel is their Housekeeping and Front Office staf are honest. When my nephew left his e-toll card in the room, the hotel staff kept it, and when we get back to this hotel, we ask for the e-toll card and they handed it back to us.
But the food in the breakfast is awful. The toilet bowl is dirty.
I don't think I will come and stay in this hotel again.

AArdent travellerDining area for breakfast - table and chair arrangement makes the sitting spaces tight. On the other hand, the occupancy rate must be high until it requires more temporary tables to be set up in the space that is shared with the reception area.

Tolong utk menu breakfast bisa diperbyk biar lbh byk variasi krn selama 3mlm di sana menu soto sll ada dg isian yg sm meski kuah berbeda 😂 Tidak bisa nitip pesanan apapun dr ojol di resepsionis jd agak ribet mnrt sy. Tp over all puas dg hotel ini krn dekat kl mau ke mn2. Thanks.
