Loving the facilities and varieties of free activities provided. We literally just stay in the hotel to join as much activities as we can. The kids had lots of fun at kids club, we parents joined latte art class, aerial yoga. Even grandparents enjoyed the stay, my mum & I managed to join the flower arranging class, mums finally got to have fun too 🥰

El hotel era muy limpio! La arquitectura es hermosa con una combinación negra y blanca de color y una estructura elegante minimalista. El servicio fue sorprendente! El personal también es muy amable y útil! ¡Puedo decir con confianza que es una de las mejores 4 estrellas en semarang, y merece ser en la lista de 4 estrellas selecciona!

Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

Luxurious 5-star hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Location is central with attached mall. Within walking distance to car-free Sunday. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Best value for the price we paid.

En primer lugar, este hotel era muy barato, por lo que no esperaba mucho. Parece un hotel que está a punto de cerrar o se está preparando para una renovación importante. El personal era muy servicial, la habitación estaba sucia pero bastante agradable y la cama muy cómoda. Me impresionó mucho la comida, cenamos en el hotel y desayunamos, ambos fueron geniales. Si puedes hacer la vista gorda ante el ”cansancio”, recomendaría este hotel.
