Además de la recepción incómoda, estábamos muy satisfechos con el hotel. Comida, playa, piscina, habitaciones, todo super. También un barman amable, sea mañana (Marina, Stavros) o por la noche, así como toda la equipo de animación (Paula, Sebastian...). Gracias, gracias.

Beautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame. With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️

Хороший отель в соотнощении цена качество. Вкусные завтраки и ужины, всего достаточно. Есть свой небольшой пляж. В номере чисто и уютно, есть все необходимое Хороший отзывчивый персонал!

Había estado en el mismo hotel dos o tres veces el año pasado, era muy bueno y agradable en comparación con los otros hoteles que visité en la península. Este año pensé que el gerente había cambiado y les pregunté si tenían un nuevo gerente, dijeron que no era el mismo, así que escuchen. Lo que voy a decir no nos beneficia a nosotros, los clientes, pero es la verdad y hay que decir que no nos beneficia porque el precio del hotel está subiendo y por eso digo que no beneficia. nosotros el gerente este año debe haber tenido una inspiración terrible porque vi un hotel completamente diferente nada que ver con todos los demás que había visto y créanme he estado yendo 15 años seguidos a la península más de 6 a 7 veces al año vacacionando en demasiados de ellos he vacacionado lo que vi este año nunca antes había visto en ningún hotel. Es decir desde el personal más amable que la recepción, increíble desde los restaurantes, la calidad de las comidas estaba a otro nivel, en general todo fue maravilloso, me gustaría mencionar una por una a las personas con las que interactué, pero es muy dificil epigramaticamente por eso el metro que esta en el restaurante konstantinos ella dirige la orquesta en el restaurante y créanme el encargado muy bien la señora eva en la recepcion nos ha atendido esta es la tercera vez que nos atiende ella misma en cualquier cosa que le he preguntado la última vez que nos trajo un cargador de su casa para cargar el móvil en la piscina al lado de donde está Artemis con los pinchos, todos los chicos son muy serviciales, por quién debo empezar, todos son increíbles, finalmente , quiero dar las gracias y felicitaciones a la dirección del hotel y especialmente al director, se las ha arreglado para hacerlo increíblemente bien...

Hotel is based in quite and peaceful area,to town center is about 10-15min walk, to the beach 20 min .Food in there amazing taste full and price really affordable .Hotel staff helpfull in any matter.We are really happy to guest in there. Big Thank you to the hotel.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση! Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους τους εργαζόμενους και κυρίως στην κυρία Ελένη. Πολύ όμορφα δωμάτια. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και νόστιμο, η τοποθεσία καλή, μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Ίσως να ήθελα το γυμναστήριο 24 ώρες γιατί το 8-6 δεν βταν πολύ βολικό για εμάς που ήρθαμε για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι. Κατά τα άλλα όλα υπέροχα.

The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

Great location, friendly stuff.  Nice pools.  So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.  Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.  They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.  We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.  The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.

Very friendly staff who go the extra mile. Location is good about 20 min from the airport .The spa that's on the hotel premises is very good too.

My husband and I had a good stay but maybe next time we visit we can get a ground floor accommodation as my husband has bad knees kind regards Lena Carr
